Invincible Dice Points

2/14/2026

"Hahaha! Have you ever even played dice? One second? What, you think you're the God of Gamblers or something? Might as well just admit defeat now—what's the point of playing like this?" Seeing Evan Lin slam down the dice cup in just one second, someone next to Gavin Guan couldn't help but mock.

"When you lose, don't try to weasel out of it. It's rare for Young Master Gavin to play so seriously with you!" Another guy snickered coldly.

The pretty croupier nearby watched Evan Lin's technique, her eyes full of disdain.

She'd worked in casinos for ages and seen plenty of dice masters, but never anyone who could shake out anything special in just one second.

"If you're so eager to lose, I'll help you out." Gavin Guan grinned and decisively lifted the lid of his dice cup.

Inside were six dice: four sixes and two fives.

"Thirty-four points! Young Master Gavin is unstoppable!"

"How can you lose with that? Young Master Gavin couldn't lose even if he tried!"

A few people nearby burst into laughter.

The croupier's eyes flashed with a hint of surprise.

A crowd of gamblers had gathered to watch the show, and now they all gasped in amazement.

Only these long-time casino regulars really understood how hard it was to shake six dice in one cup. Scoring thirty-four points? That took years of practice.

"A bit of a shame, really. If I hadn't gone so long without playing, I could shake out six sixes in my sleep. Guess I'm a little rusty." Gavin Guan grinned, pretending to be modest but his eyes were full of pride.

"Hurry up and open it! What, scared to lose?"

Everyone turned to stare at Evan Lin, faces eager—they looked like they wanted to grab the dice cup themselves.

"Can't wait to lose, huh?" Evan Lin chuckled. "Fine, I'll grant your wish."

Evan Lin reached out and lifted the cup.

Every eye locked onto the table.

Six sixes.

The atmosphere around the table turned weird in an instant.

"Holy crap, did I see that right? Six sixes in one second?" A gambler rubbed his eyes.

"No way, is this real?" another blurted out, face stunned.

Selina Shi froze, staring at Evan Lin with a strange look. That move was way beyond what she'd expected.

Gavin Guan's expression stiffened. He just stared, dumbfounded, at the six sixes in front of him.

The guys who'd been so eager before now looked pale and awkward.

"Damn."

Someone cursed under their breath.

"This has gotta be cheating, right?"

Someone started guessing.

"I win. You strip." Evan Lin tapped the table.

Instantly, all eyes turned to Gavin Guan.

Gavin's face burned hot; his expression kept shifting, totally confused.

One second. Six sixes!

Is this guy actually the God of Gamblers reborn or something?

"You lost, so pay up." Evan Lin glanced at him. "If you really don't want to strip, I'm pretty easygoing. It's our first time meeting, after all. How about you kowtow to me, and I'll call this round even?"

Kowtow!

Evan Lin's calm words made the atmosphere tense again.

"Are you insane?"

"What are you thinking? Kowtow to you?"

"Aren't you afraid of bad luck?"

A bunch of people cursed, totally shocked.

"Enough!" Gavin Guan slammed the table, stood up, and without hesitation ripped off his shirt, showing off his bony frame.

"Let's keep going!"

Gavin's face went cold and hard. He'd rather believe the whole thing was a fluke—no way he could really lose!

More importantly, Gavin was sure that if he'd shaken for another thirty seconds, he could've gotten six sixes too.

He only lost this round because he underestimated his opponent!

"This time, let's see who rolls the lowest score! You go first!" Gavin said, his face grim.

Evan Lin nodded, picked up the dice cup, and shook it with a bang.

Another second.

Then Evan slammed the cup onto the table. "I'm done."

Watching Evan Lin act so casual, Gavin Guan steeled himself and picked up the dice cup, starting to shake.

Clatter clatter.

Gavin's face was serious, his shaking getting more and more meticulous.

This time he shook for a full five minutes before slamming the cup on the table. "I'll open first!"

Gavin looked grim as he yanked off the lid.

"Young Master Gavin is unstoppable! Six ones!"

"Haha, six dice, total of six points! You can't get lower than that! If anyone does, I'll streak with the loser!" A skinny guy next to Gavin burst out laughing.

More people looked at Evan Lin's cup—the best outcome would be six ones versus six ones, which would be a tie.

Just as Evan was about to open his cup, Gavin said, "Wait a second."

"What is it?" Evan Lin glanced at him.

Gavin grinned. "Let's add a rule. Since I invited you here, I'm the banker at this table."

At those words, the faces around the table changed.

Selina Shi was taken aback too.

If the points are tied, the banker wins. That's the rule.

They'd thought Evan Lin would never agree, but to their surprise, he nodded. "Sure."

"Well, that's it. The outcome's set." Someone sighed inwardly as they watched.

Six ones would just be a tie.

But now that Evan agreed to Gavin's rule, even if he rolled six ones, he'd still lose.

"He's doomed to lose."

Plenty of people shook their heads, sighing, thinking this sunglasses-wearing Evan Lin was just a total idiot.

"Good, let's open it now." Gavin Guan grinned, nodding in satisfaction.

He could already see victory within reach.

"This guy's so arrogant he's gone stupid."

Someone sneered.

Evan Lin reached out and opened the cup.

Selina Shi looked worried, full of concern.

Some people couldn't even bother to look—they thought the result was a foregone conclusion.

As Evan Lin lifted the lid...

Gavin Guan, who'd been so sure of victory, suddenly froze.

He stared, face full of disbelief.

"Holy crap?" Someone blurted, stunned.

"Did I see that right? This... this is nuts!" someone exclaimed, as if witnessing a miracle.

"Damn, this kid's a legend. No wonder he agreed so confidently—rolling that in one second, even the God of Gamblers couldn't do it that perfectly!" someone marveled.

No one on Gavin's side dared make a sound.

A bunch of guys looked pale; Gavin's fist clenched, sweat beading on his forehead. That smug look was long gone.

All Gavin could see was Evan Lin and the dice in front of him.

"You really do know how to surprise people," Selina Shi breathed a sigh of relief, mumbling as she looked at Evan Lin's profile, her eyes shining.
