Both Are Jealous

1/4/2026

Yina Yin instinctively wanted to throw someone over her shoulder.

But as fast as she was, someone else moved even faster.

In the midst of attack and defense, Yina Yin was already firmly restrained by the other person.

Even without turning her head, Yina Yin knew exactly who it was.

Except for her own brother, Miles Gu, no one in this school could beat her!

Miles Gu's voice carried a hint of coldness: "Come with me for a moment."

"No way!" Yina Yin stubbornly stood her ground, refusing to budge.

Miles Gu was worried about hurting Yina Yin, so both of them froze in place.

The boy making crafts was instantly terrified by the aura of the two of them.

Oh my god, he was just making a simple craft—why did he have to face such scary people!

Yina Yin twisted around to push Miles Gu, but Miles blocked her with his elbow. The two of them started fighting right inside the tent.

The classmates in this group were so scared they shouted, "Don't tear down our tent!"

Miles Gu and Yina Yin heard them and walked outside together.

Wow, the two of them kept fighting as they walked out, and instantly a crowd gathered to watch.

Actually, Miles Gu was only using thirty percent of his strength. How could he ever bear to really fight Yina Yin?

But Yina Yin was genuinely angry, going all out with her moves, so Miles could only use thirty percent of his strength to defend himself.

Neither of them expected that what started as a little couple's spat would turn into a dazzling martial arts show!

Soon, more and more people gathered around to watch.

Whenever the fight got exciting, everyone applauded!

Cherry Miller was patrolling the area and saw everyone forming a circle, so she couldn’t help but come over to take a look.

As soon as Cherry Miller saw what was happening, she nearly got a stomachache!

Could these two ever get along?

It was only the first day of the school festival, and they were already fighting?

How were they supposed to get through the next few days?

Cherry Miller wanted to break them up, but she just didn’t have the ability!

After thinking it over, Cherry Miller turned and pulled Ethan Yin over.

When Ethan Yin saw what was going on, he laughed, "Wow, they’re really going at it!"

Cherry Miller immediately complained, "It’s all your fault—what kind of lousy idea did you come up with? Hurry and get them to stop!"

"No, no, let them vent a little." Ethan Yin shook his head, "Both of them have a fire burning inside. If they don’t let it out, it’ll be even worse. A fight is good for them—it’ll help them calm down and talk things out."

Sure enough, once Yina Yin was tired out, Miles Gu easily grabbed her wrist and said, "Xiao Nuo, let’s talk!"

"There's nothing to talk about!" Yina Yin still wanted to resist, but she was really out of strength—she’d been fighting for over half an hour!

"I have something to say to you!" Miles Gu’s attitude hardened as well.

Cherry Miller was about to rush over, but Ethan Yin grabbed her wrist: "Let the couple argue—don’t get involved. Even if you’re her sister-in-law, it’s not your place."

Cherry Miller’s cheeks instantly turned red.

Sister-in-law.

She’d never thought about that word before.

Cherry Miller lowered her head, avoiding his gaze, and said, "I am not."

"You already are!" Ethan Yin said domineeringly. "Want me to announce it over the school broadcast?"

"No! You can’t!" Cherry Miller cried out anxiously.

That would be so embarrassing!

Ethan Yin looked at her with a half-smile: "Hmm? Is it 'no,' or 'don’t stop'?"

Cherry Miller couldn’t help but cover her face. Oh my god, how could Young Master Yin be so dirty-minded!

Meanwhile, Miles Gu didn’t care whether Yina Yin agreed or not—he just picked her up and carried her off!

The classmates watching were left wanting more. Oh my god, that fight was amazing!

No one expected close combat to look so cool—it was like watching an action movie!

It was just too awesome!

Miles Gu carried Yina Yin into a lounge, locked the door behind them, and gave her no chance to escape.

"What do you even want?" Yina Yin looked up at Miles Gu, fuming.

"That’s what I should be asking you—what do you want? So, after flirting with girls, now you’re flirting with guys?" Miles Gu was angry too. He pinned Yina Yin against the wall with one hand, his red eyes blazing with fury.

"What nonsense are you talking about!" Yina Yin got mad too. She tried pushing Miles Gu, but no matter how hard she pushed, he didn’t budge.

"Me, talking nonsense? Haven’t you flirted enough with Cindy Wu? What, is one Cindy Wu not enough, so today you’re flirting with a little warm guy too?" Miles Gu’s words were dripping with jealousy.

"What do you mean, 'flirt'?" Yina Yin was even angrier and shouted, "You’d better explain yourself today!"

"Fine, I want to explain it too! Yina Yin, do you even care about me? Do you even know who your fiancé is? Right in front of me, you’re flirting with other people?" Miles Gu shouted back.

"Hey, Miles Gu! Make yourself clear! What do you mean, flirting with others right in front of you? Who did I flirt with? Get lost!" Yina Yin tried to kick him, but Miles grabbed her leg, leaving her standing on one foot.

Luckily, she was in good shape—most people couldn’t stand like that for long.

"Do you even realize what Cindy Wu thinks about you?" Miles Gu shouted angrily. "Why won’t you listen to me, or believe me, no matter what I say?"

"Ha! You’re accusing me?" Yina Yin screamed back. "What about you? Weren’t you hugging other girls today? So, you’re allowed to do whatever you want, but I’m not?"

"Ha! That’s funny! I should be the one saying that, right? Clearly you’re the one doing whatever you want, and I’m not allowed to!" Miles Gu was truly furious.

Inside the room, the two of them were arguing at the top of their lungs, while outside, Cherry Miller and Ethan Yin were straining to eavesdrop.

"Do you think they’ll be okay if they keep fighting like this?" Cherry Miller looked worried. "They’ve never fought this badly before!"

"What couple doesn’t argue or bicker? They’re both young and hot-headed—their personalities need some time to mesh. It’s totally normal," Ethan Yin replied nonchalantly. "Besides, Miles Gu knows his limits. Mom and Dad used to fight a lot too, and look how in love they are now! So don’t worry, nothing bad will happen. They care about each other too much to break up over a fight!"

"That’s true, but I’m still worried," Cherry Miller couldn’t help saying.

Ethan Yin made a shushing gesture: "Let’s keep eavesdropping."

Cherry Miller nodded and, along with Ethan Yin, pressed her ear to the door, trying to listen in.

But inside the room, it seemed like nothing was happening anymore.

Separated by a door, Miles Gu and Yina Yin had argued to the point that neither wanted to speak to the other.

"So you really don’t care about me at all," Yina Yin said coldly. "If you did, you’d never treat me like this! Since that’s how it is, I’ll go tell Mom and Dad to break off our engagement and set you free—go fly wherever you want!"

Miles Gu was so angry he laughed: "I don’t care about you? Huh? Do you even know I’ve watched over you for more than ten years? Do you even realize that, in this life, I’ve never wanted to get close to any woman but you?"

"If you care about me, then why are you so unreasonable?" Yina Yin retorted.

"And what about you? If you cared about me, would you ignore my feelings like this? You get upset when I’m close to other girls—so what, am I supposed to be happy when you get close to someone else?" Miles Gu shot back.

Yina Yin was at a loss for words, then said, "I’m just close with girls—they all know I’m the eldest daughter of the Yin family!"

"What about Cindy Wu? Does she know? Does she look at you the same way as everyone else? Yina Yin, use your head! There are people in this world who don’t see gender clearly! Why do you think Cherry Miller doesn’t approve of you getting close to Cindy Wu? It’s because she can already tell something’s off with her! Why are you still so stubborn?" Miles Gu fired back.

Yina Yin might have a temper, but she wasn’t clueless. Hearing Miles Gu say this, she remembered Cherry Miller really didn’t approve.

"And you say I don’t care about you? I’ve already told the whole world that my wife will only ever be Yina Yin of the Yin family! I made that announcement as the Earl Field! And you still dare say I don’t care about you? I care about you so much it’s driving me crazy, but you keep ignoring how I feel!" Miles Gu sounded even more aggrieved.

"I didn’t! Today was just a misunderstanding! That guy only fixed my clothes because he accidentally ripped them!" Yina Yin’s voice grew quieter—clearly, she knew she was a little guilty.

"Oh yeah? Fixing them that close?" Miles Gu gritted his teeth. "Maybe he doesn’t need those hands anymore!"

"Hey, Miles Gu, could you be reasonable for once?" Yina Yin snapped again.

"Reasonable? Hmph! I am reason! You tell me!" Miles Gu couldn’t hold back anymore—he grabbed Yina Yin’s chin and kissed her, hard.

Yina Yin was still standing on one leg, too tired to push him away, so she could only let Miles Gu kiss her so forcefully.

As they kissed, Yina Yin’s whole body grew hot, and her stubbornness melted away.

Outside the door, the two eavesdroppers didn’t hear anything for a long time.

Ethan Yin thought about it for a moment and figured out what was happening inside.

Cherry Miller was still worried. "Oh no, I hope they don’t start fighting again!"

"Yeah, they’re fighting all right—just in a different way now," Ethan Yin replied.

Cherry Miller got even more anxious. "What do you mean, a different way?"

Ethan Yin smirked mischievously. "Want to know?"

Cherry Miller shot him a look. "Do you know or not? Then hurry up and tell me! I’m dying to know!"

"This kind of fighting isn’t something you talk about—it’s something you do! You really want to know? Are you sure?" Ethan Yin’s smile grew even more wicked.

"Of course! Hurry up!" Cherry Miller was even more impatient.

Ethan Yin gave a devilish grin, pulled Cherry Miller into his arms, and smiled down at her. "You asked for this! Don’t blame me!"

As soon as he finished speaking, Ethan Yin leaned down and kissed Cherry Miller!

Cherry Miller was completely stunned!

Hey, hey, hey! I wanted you to tell me how they were fighting, not to kiss me out of the blue!

Ah, wait!

I think... I think I get it now.

Ethan Yin, you’re just too bad!
