No Problem That Can't Be Solved With a Kiss

No one except the few of them knew what happened in the lounge.

Others just saw them storm off angrily, then come back all smiles.

Honestly, nobody had a clue what they were up to.

When the four returned, Yina Yin and Cherry Miller’s faces were flushed.

Miles Gu and Ethan Yin? Well, they just wore those sly grins.

Cherry Miller cleared her throat softly and said, “I’m going to keep making my rounds.”

Yina Yin quickly grabbed Cherry’s hand. “I’ll go with you!”

“Okay!” Cherry took Yina’s hand, lowered her head, and hurried off.

“Satisfied now?” Ethan Yin grinned at Miles Gu. “Told you this was the most effective way!”

“Not bad.” Miles pretended to be serious, but couldn’t hold it in and burst into laughter. “Mom called and said we’re going out for dinner tonight. Do you think I should mention to her that it’s time to set up my engagement with Yina?”

Ethan laughed. “Yina’s only sixteen! Aren’t you a little too eager?”

Miles’s red eyes flashed with helplessness. “I won’t be able to relax until she’s officially mine.”

Ethan nodded. “You’ve got a point. I should figure out a way to get Cherry to agree to an engagement soon. Once it’s official and public, there’s nothing to worry about.”

The two handsome young men exchanged a knowing smile.

Cherry and Yina marched off at a brisk pace. Only when they were out of sight did both finally breathe a sigh of relief.

At the same time, Cherry and Yina asked each other, “What were you guys doing back there?”

Then both of them blushed and fell silent.

Well, no need to ask. It was obvious what just happened.

With slightly awkward expressions, Cherry said, “Looks like we’ve wandered off. Let’s head back.”

"Sure!" Yina Yin replied, her cheeks flushed red.

The two girls turned around and slowly started walking back.

After just a few steps, they saw Cindy Wu standing by the roadside, waving at passing classmates to visit her class's festival booth.

Seeing Yina Yin and Cherry Miller, Cindy Wu smiled warmly at them.

Cindy Wu handed what she was holding to someone else and walked over to greet them.

"You finally made it!" Cindy Wu said with a bright smile. "Want to come in and check out our class's festival?"

"Sure!" Yina Yin answered with a smile.

Cherry Miller nodded at Cindy Wu with a smile. "Looks like you guys did an amazing job!"

Cindy Wu glanced back and replied with a smile, "Yeah. This is my dream. After graduation, I want to open my own café and do what I love."

"Come on, let's try your freshly ground coffee!" Cherry Miller grabbed Yina Yin and led the way.

Cindy Wu looked at Cherry Miller, a gentle smile appearing on her lips.

Inside the tent, quite a few people were already enjoying their coffee.

Although their coffee beans weren't the most expensive, their attitude was absolutely the most sincere.

Cindy Wu led them to a table in the corner and personally brewed coffee for them.

"Cindy, I've seen your grades for every subject. You're really outstanding. Have you ever thought about studying at Saint Diana Academy?" Cherry Miller asked.

"I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought about it," Cindy Wu replied. "But I have to consider some real-life issues. Even if Saint Diana University waives the tuition, they might not cover other expenses."

Cherry Miller nodded. "That's true."

"My family's situation just doesn't allow it." Cindy Wu paused her work and continued, "Maybe you guys don't really know what my life is like. I grew up in a single-parent family—my dad passed away when I was very young. My mom raised me all by herself. I study hard because I want to make her proud. The reason I went to Forest Grove High School is because they gave me a full scholarship. For us, that's already a huge blessing."

Cherry Miller nodded. "With your grades, you could easily go to a better school."

"Yeah, but better schools cost more for tuition and fees. My mom can't afford it, so I chose Forest Grove. I'm using these three years to save up for the first two years of university, and the rest I'll earn by working part-time." Cindy Wu said, "Does all this make you uncomfortable?"
