"You're going to help us up yourself? Wow, what a big mouth. I'm so scared!" Hugh Hu laughed loudly.
Henry Zhang's face turned serious. He shouted at the security guards coming in through the door, "Get to work!"
As soon as he finished speaking, the uniformed security guards surged forward aggressively.
Everyone sitting at the table turned pale, clearly shaken by the group of security guards flooding in.
At the same moment, Zack Guang shook his head slightly, drained his teacup in one gulp, and gently set it down on the table.
Bang.
As the teacup landed, Zack Guang stood up from his seat.
He twisted his neck, making a crisp cracking sound, then looked at the dozens of fierce security guards and sighed, "Sorry, trash—I’ll hold back a little. As for whether you end up crippled for life, well, that’s up to your own luck!"
As soon as Zack Guang finished speaking, his eyes turned cold and sharp. Without hesitation, he strode forward to meet the fifty-plus security guards rushing toward him!
Henry Zhang watched Zack Guang’s back, feeling a faint sense of crisis welling up inside.
Meanwhile, Hugh Hu didn’t show the slightest change in expression.
Dozens of security guards were already swinging their rubber batons, shouting angrily as they charged straight at Zack Guang.
Zack Guang didn’t dodge or flinch. He casually threw a punch, and with a crackling sound in the air, a whole row of guards went down instantly.
"Honestly, what’s the point? Even if you bring more people, it won’t help. At best, you’ll just be targets for my fists." Zack Guang advanced step by step, dropping guards with every punch.
The fierce security guards could barely last a second against Zack Guang.
To everyone watching, Zack Guang was like a wolf among sheep—the guards were basically paper targets, collapsing at a touch.
Seeing this, Henry Zhang’s face grew so dark it looked like he could drip water. He clenched his fists tightly, fear rising in his heart.
Yolanda Fang and Lynn Chen looked stunned; they hadn’t expected Zack Guang to be this powerful.
"I told you—too few people, not worth my time. Don’t you get it, little supervisor?" Hugh Hu narrowed his eyes, his voice icy. "I gave you a chance, but you insisted on provoking me. Now look, all your men are down. So, should I smash up your crappy place or not? Smash it, or leave it? Hm?"
Hugh Hu found it all amusing. Seeing Henry Zhang’s ashen face, he felt a wave of satisfaction inside.
This was exactly the effect he wanted!
"Ha, you think you can fight Zack? You must be crazy. Go ask around in Jinnan—do you even know where Zack's from?" Ryan Chen gloated loudly. "Forget fifty guards, even if you double it, Zack could knock them all down with one hand!"
"Of course. Zack’s been training in martial arts since he was a kid," Neil Kong chimed in, grinning with satisfaction. The uglier Lucy Lu and Joy Zheng’s faces got, the happier he felt.
"A bunch of country bumpkins—no idea how the world works. Even if you tried to ask around, you wouldn’t even know where to start!" Sharon Chen sneered.
She shot Lucy Lu and Joy Zheng a provocative look. "Wasn’t your kid supposed to be so capable? Hm?"
"Now he’s been called over to Old Man Su, and he still hasn’t come back. Maybe he heard what was happening and got scared off."
Just thinking of Evan Lin’s face made Sharon Chen seethe with resentment. Seeing Zack Guang go wild gave her confidence.
"Joy Zheng, Lucy Lu, when that kid comes back, you should really talk to him. Kids should be honest and low-key—look at this one, so strong, but he’s been sitting here quietly the whole time." Stella Cui lectured Joy and Lucy, obviously referring to Evan Lin.
"Yeah, Joy Zheng, Lucy Lu, you two really ought to keep your kids in line. And Yolanda Fang, Lynn Chen, you should learn to be more sensible and chat with Brother Hugh. Otherwise, it’s just rude." Sharon Xiao added with a big smile.
Ivy Zhang and Yolanda Wang immediately caught on, scrambling to sit next to Hugh Hu and get closer to him.
"Tsk tsk, so? Can you finally sit and have a proper meal with me now?" Hugh Hu turned his gaze back to Yolanda Fang, eyes full of smugness.
He glanced at Henry Zhang’s pale face, thinking how ridiculous this guy was—like a mantis trying to stop a chariot, totally clueless about his own limits!
Bang!
Over on the other side, Zack Guang threw another punch, knocking out the last few security guards and sending them crashing to the floor.
He retracted his fist, rolled his neck, and said with a hint of helplessness, "Just a few guys—not even as satisfying as my wooden training stakes. Didn’t even loosen me up."
After he finished speaking, his expression returned to calm. He was about to turn and head back to the table when he suddenly paused, glancing toward the main entrance.
At the doorway stood a teenage boy, hands in his pockets, face indifferent.
He just stood there at the entrance, looking like he'd been there a while, though Zack Guang hadn’t noticed him until now, which made Zack a little curious.
Still, he didn’t pay much attention to the newcomer—just found the scene a bit odd.
All over the floor, the black-suited security guards lay sprawled, groaning in pain as if their lives depended on it.
But among all those fallen guards, one teenage boy stood out like a crane among chickens.
In anime or games, this would usually be the final boss. But Zack Guang didn’t think this unimpressive-looking kid could possibly be any kind of boss character.
"Hey, you want a beating too?" Zack Guang hadn’t planned to bother with this kid, who seemed like a total nobody.
But for some reason, he found himself asking anyway—mostly because he didn’t like the way the boy at the door was looking at him.
That look made Zack Guang feel as if he was being completely ignored.
It wasn’t just contempt—it was absolute indifference.
