Seeing this scene unfold, Ryan Ling felt his scalp go numb. In broad daylight, in a city as powerful as War City, thugs were openly snatching women off the street—absolutely outrageous!

What was even more shocking was that the nearby citizens just ignored it. This was supposed to be War City, home of the most hot-blooded people around—folks who’d throw down at the drop of a hat. How could they just stand by and do nothing?

Ryan Ling couldn’t take it anymore. Just as he was about to step in, an old man beside him grabbed his arm: "Kid, don’t stick your nose in this! You can’t handle it. Those guys are all from Heaven-Earth Sect—nobody dares mess with them!"

"Heaven-Earth Sect?" Ryan had pretty much guessed it already—he’d heard those words on the street earlier, and this sect disgusted him. Right now, the woman getting her clothes ripped off was screaming like crazy, clearly scared out of her mind.

Even Lily was trembling beside him, looking like she might rush in at any moment!

At that moment, Ryan finally snapped. Without a second thought, he charged forward, shouting, "You bastards, stop right now! Or don’t blame me for what happens next!"

The woman finally saw someone coming to help and started shouting, "Hero, save me! Hero, save me..."

"Damn it, we’re Heaven-Earth Sect! You really have a death wish, huh?" One of the burly thugs yelled, clearly not taking Ryan seriously at all.

Ryan was furious. Without hesitation, he threw a wild punch straight at the guy—but he only used about ten percent of his strength!

He was pissed, but Heaven-Earth Sect was no joke. Ryan didn’t want to blow things up if he could help it—he just wanted to get the woman out of there and call it done.

That punch did the trick—there was no way the thug could block it. He went flying, blood splattering everywhere.

"You—you dare hit someone from Heaven-Earth Sect? Are you trying to die?!" The rest of the so-called Heaven-Earth Sect guys started yelling, but the one Ryan hit couldn’t even stand up. Ryan hadn’t expected these ‘elite’ thugs to be so weak.

"If you don’t scram, I’ll kill you all myself!" Now that he’d made a move, Ryan wasn’t going to hesitate. He shouted, ready to fight them to the end if he had to.

"Fine, fine—you just wait!" The Heaven-Earth Sect thugs clearly realized they weren’t a match for Ryan. They had no choice but to drop the girl and run off with their tails between their legs.

The girl was still half-crazed with fear, but she stumbled over to Ryan to thank him. Lily didn’t hesitate—she grabbed the girl and urged, "Go! Get as far away from here as you can! Don’t stick around!"

The girl nodded over and over—clearly she wasn’t a local, probably just came to War City to make a living. You could tell from her clothes.

She hurried off right away.

The old man beside them quickly warned Ryan again: "Kid, you two should get out of here too—if you wait any longer, it’ll be too late!"

Ryan understood—the old man was clearly looking out for them. Sticking around now would be a bad idea.

"Thanks!" Ryan didn’t hesitate—he grabbed Lily and got ready to leave.

But as soon as they stepped out of the street, a squad of soldiers surrounded them—alongside those same Heaven-Earth Sect thugs from before.

"That’s him! Grab him—don’t let him get away!" The thug Ryan had beaten shouted, clearly out for revenge.

"Alright, men—arrest that guy!" The soldiers didn’t hesitate and moved in on Ryan.

"Son of a—!" Ryan was fuming. These soldiers were obviously War City’s own guards, but now they were helping the bad guys. He couldn’t stand it.

Ryan yelled, "You bastards! Helping the villains, huh?"

Right after he said that, Ryan’s Da Luo Golden Immortal aura exploded. He hadn’t wanted to make a big scene—he was new to War City and didn’t know the lay of the land. But now things had taken a wild turn, and he couldn’t hold back anymore.

"No way! How is his Da Luo Golden Immortal aura so strong? What’s going on? I—I..." Several of the soldiers couldn’t withstand the pressure and were sent flying. The Heaven-Earth Sect thugs looked like they’d seen a ghost. They thought the city guards could take Ryan down—no way did they expect him to be this OP!

"I was gonna let you guys live, but you just had to ask for it! Don’t blame me!" Ryan snarled, his aura surging again. In an instant, the whole street was locked down by his Da Luo Golden Immortal power—everyone around was scared out of their minds.

One of the squad leaders suddenly shouted, "I just got intel—Barbarian City’s got a top Da Luo Golden Immortal heading this way. This guy might be him!"

"Heh, a little late for that! You bastards are out here snatching women—disgusting! But what pisses me off even more is you city guards. You’re supposed to protect War City and its people, but instead you’re helping these thugs. Every last one of you deserves to die!" Ryan was beyond furious. He didn’t hold back—his Da Luo Golden Immortal power blasted out, ready to unleash absolute carnage on War City.

The ordinary people of War City were stunned. They knew better than anyone that these soldiers were in cahoots with Heaven-Earth Sect, preying on the city's women just to curry favor with the sect. Most folks were too scared to speak up. But now, with someone finally standing up and saying exactly what everyone was thinking, their anger flared—they crowded forward, eyes blazing like they wanted to tear someone apart.

"Damn it, it’s a riot! A riot!" the squad leader shouted. The whole mood had flipped—Ryan’s arrival had fired up the people of War City.

"Die, you bastard!" Ryan didn’t hesitate. He could see right through the squad leader, and knew he was rotten to the core. The first one he wanted dead was him.

But just as things were heating up, a terrifying aura burst out from the center of the city—a Primordial Immortal’s power, and it was at its absolute peak.

Ryan’s strength was more than enough to wipe out the Barbarian City Ancestor, and after days of training, he could handle ten of those Ancestors at once. But this new arrival was something else—even Ryan couldn’t match him!

Unless his own power leveled up again.

"Lily, get behind me—everyone else, clear out!" Ryan could sense how dangerous this power was. He shouted, trying to get the crowd to safety.

The peak Primordial Immortal power came crashing straight at Ryan. He had no way out—Lily was right beside him, so he had to stand his ground. But the force was overwhelming; Ryan felt his own aura thrown into chaos, nearly blacking out from the pressure.

"Kid, you’re tough—still standing after taking my hit. You’re the strongest Da Luo Golden Immortal I’ve ever seen!" A voice rang out from the distance...
