Master? Can Fight?

In Eldest Brother Su's eyes, Victor Su is someone who cannot be casually disrespected!

Plenty of people call Victor Su by name behind his back, but in public, almost no one dares do it—especially not at his birthday banquet!

“Is what he said true?”

Eldest Brother Su’s gaze was sharp as a blade, his whole presence intimidating as he stared directly at Evan Lin.

Kai Chen and his crew looked on, gloating.

Helen Qi’s lips curled up—she was practically thrilled: “Of course it’s true, everyone here heard it just now!”

Helen Qi was fanning the flames, making things worse on purpose.

Selina Shi was still racking her brain for a way to get Eldest Brother Su to let Evan Lin off the hook.

But unexpectedly, Evan Lin, still lounging on the sofa, met Eldest Brother Su’s eyes and said in a perfectly calm voice, “Go ask Victor Su if he dares to nod and let me leave.”

Victor Su!

Would he dare to nod?

Hearing Evan’s blunt words, Eldest Brother Su’s face grew so dark it looked like it could drip water.

Selina’s pretty face changed. She pinched her temples with two fingers—Evan Lin’s way of doing things always caught people off guard.

Kai Chen, Eric Yu, and the others looked complicated for a moment.

Wasn’t he just asking for trouble?

“Stop talking nonsense! Do you have a death wish or something?” The manager on the side was sweating bullets, about to drag Evan Lin out—only to be yanked back by Eldest Brother Su.

Eldest Brother Su shot Evan a cold glare. “Do you even know what you just said?”

“I’ve spent decades in the army—I’ve seen all kinds of tough punks and wild kids. There are plenty who mistake ignorance for courage, but their endings are always ugly!”

His voice was low and dangerous, with a hint of menace—like a beast on the verge of snapping.

The guards behind him were also stone-faced, their eyes sharp, all locked on Evan Lin.

"My fate isn't your problem. You’re Eldest Brother Su, right? I heard you’ve been losing so badly lately you look like a stray dog. If you’ve got time to worry about me, maybe you should focus on your own mess instead."

Evan Lin’s voice was calm and indifferent.

The crowd, who’d just been watching for fun, all froze at those words.

Everyone had already heard about Eldest Brother Su’s unit losing to the others. It wasn’t just some competition—it was about the future of the whole Su family.

Even the gossiping society ladies had been avoiding that topic, not wanting to piss off Eldest Brother Su.

But now, this kid just called it out, right to his face!

The whole atmosphere instantly froze.

Eldest Brother Su’s rough hands clenched into fists.

He glared at Evan, eyes flickering, face dark as iron.

Evan met his gaze, completely unfazed.

No one else even dared to breathe.

After a long moment, Eldest Brother Su let out a heavy breath and said coldly, "Kid, you really piss me off, but I’ll give you this—you’ve got guts to say that to my face."

"Now get out! I won’t hold the earlier mess against you."

Eldest Brother Su snorted. He’d been completely pissed off by Evan’s words, but at the critical moment, he held back and didn’t make a move.

That surprised Evan a bit. He glanced at Eldest Brother Su, a hint of approval in his eyes.

It takes guts to face your own failures head-on. That alone made Evan respect him a little.

Most people thought the kid would just take the out Eldest Brother Su gave him—he’d made his point, gotten attention, eaten and drunk, and now had a perfect excuse to leave.

But instead, the boy didn’t budge. He shifted on the sofa, got even more comfortable.

"Like I said: get Victor Su over here. Ask him if he dares to nod."

Evan looked straight at Eldest Brother Su and repeated himself.
