"Our only trump card is Mr. Hirayama. It seems they don't know him," Earl Field whispered.

Cecilia Gu didn't say anything to Rona Muir, just held a child in her arms, giving them a sense of security.

Jiro Hirayama said calmly, "I can do that."

Jiro Hirayama shifted his gaze to Rona Muir, a flash of resolve in his eyes.

"Looks like this vacation isn't going to go as smoothly as we thought," Charles Yin sighed.

Normally, he'd just stand here and face off against them.

But now, that's not an option!

Cecilia Gu and the children were here—he absolutely couldn't let them be put at risk!

After all, an island is never as safe as solid ground.

Charles Yin made a quick decision: "We'll act like nothing happened and finish the bonfire party. After dinner, everyone goes back to their rooms and packs. Meet at 3 a.m. and quietly leave for our main ship. I'm afraid Silverwave Island isn't safe anymore. They've gone to the residential area, but we don't know why. Just in case, we shouldn't get involved in whatever they're doing."

The others nodded in agreement.

No matter what they do, it's best if we stay out of it.

That way, trouble won't come looking for us.

After relaying the orders, Earl Field glanced at Miles Gu. "Want to come with me?"

What he meant was: Do you want me to protect you?

Miles Gu instinctively looked at Cecilia Gu, then at Ethan Yin.

Those eyes, almost identical to Earl Field's, flickered. "Of course, Father," he said.

Miles Gu knew exactly what he wanted.

Since he'd already accepted his place in the Field Family, it was time to face his identity head-on.

Earl Field was very satisfied with Miles Gu's answer. He immediately said to Charles Yin and Cecilia Gu, "Miles is a bit tired. I'll take him to rest!"
