Terrifying Heaven Mosquito

1/19/2026

The Heaven Mosquito’s aura kept climbing, its primordial pressure so intense that even Goldwing and the Golden Dragon King—both peak Immortal Beasts—were forced to retreat, unable to withstand the overwhelming force despite their power and distance. Evan Chu felt the beast hierarchy in full effect; this was the true terror of a Primordial beast.

"Damn, it's strong—already reached late God-Person Realm! Even I have to give it credit." Evan Chu grinned, but his heart was pounding. This was going to be a brutal fight.

"Lowly humans, today you'll witness the true might of the Heaven Mosquito!" it spat, now fully transformed into its true form and speaking with chilling arrogance.

Its five-meter-long proboscis spewed a massive cloud of black poison fog, which spread at a terrifying speed—within moments, hundreds of meters around them were blanketed in darkness.

Evan Chu’s heart jolted. "Everyone, get away from that fog! That’s definitely some kind of deadly poison!" he shouted, his warning hot-blooded and urgent.

All five retreated several hundred meters. Evan, closest to the poison fog, felt some of it cling to him without noticing. As he backed away, a wave of numbness swept through his body—like being struck by lightning, unable to move.

So this black fog can paralyze you? Not bad! Evan thought, but the numbness faded quickly—his Primordial Dragon blood could neutralize any poison. The Heaven Mosquito’s toxic mist was no threat to him.

The Heaven Mosquito sneered at Evan’s group: "Soon you'll understand. My paralyzing poison fog can cover thousands of li in an instant—none of you will survive!"

Evan glanced at his four companions and saw their movements slow, signs of the poison taking effect. He instantly teleported to Yvonne Xuan and asked urgently, "Yvonne, how do you feel? Any weakness or symptoms of poisoning?"

"I do feel weak, but I never touched that black fog. It's really strange—this Heaven Mosquito's poison is no joke. Be careful, Evan!" Yvonne Xuan replied, her tone worried.

Rest assured, Palace Lord—I’ll protect them with everything I’ve got. We’ll be waiting for your return!" The Golden Dragon King flashed away toward Yvonne Xuan.

The four quickly flew off, leaving Evan standing alone in midair. The black fog had already surrounded him, but he felt nothing, staring straight at the Heaven Mosquito. Its six massive mosquito legs trembled violently, shaking the space around them—Evan had no idea what it was planning.

Soon, the six mosquito legs stopped moving, and something strange happened before Evan’s eyes: the three legs on each side began to rapidly fuse, and within a few breaths, they formed two gigantic super legs.

What the hell? It can do that? The Heaven Mosquito's tricks never end!" Evan exclaimed, stunned to see multiple spikes sprouting from the two new super legs, just like the ones on its proboscis—an utterly bizarre sight.

Seeing this only made Evan more determined to kill it, his killing intent surging. But the Heaven Mosquito sneered, 'Why aren’t you running? Now you know how deadly my black fog is. Still able to stand? I’ll admit, you’ve got some skill!'

Screw you!" Evan snapped, unable to hold back a curse—it had been ages since he’d talked like that, and he couldn’t even explain why it slipped out now.

You dare curse me? Then your death will be even more miserable! You really think your friends can escape? Even though this place is wrecked, the original swamp gases remain. As soon as my black fog appears, it spreads everywhere—within thousands of li, my poison is everywhere.

I bet they're already lying on the ground, unable to move. The fact that you're still standing surprises me—but soon, you'll be down too. Stop pretending to be tough; I'll put you out of your misery." said the Heaven Mosquito.

Oh? Your black fog is so deadly? Funny, I don't feel a thing—maybe it just doesn't work on me! Hahaha!" Evan flashed several meters away, leaving the Heaven Mosquito stunned.

You're not poisoned? How is that possible?!" the Heaven Mosquito roared at Evan Chu.

It'll take more than your poison fog to hurt me. Enough talk—let's see if you can survive this!" Evan didn't want to waste any more time; he'd already started circulating his Chaos Immortal Force at full throttle.

He instantly activated Ninefold Divine-Dragon Metamorphosis—only threefold for now, but enough to kill. Four Evans appeared in midair, and he unleashed Divine Cleave. The sky shook and the clouds swirled as his attack exploded forth.

His powerful sword qi merged into one, thundering toward the Heaven Mosquito. The beast had never seen such force before—fear flickered in its eyes, but as a primordial immortal beast, it wasn't so easily cowed. Its two super legs whipped into action.

Suddenly, the spike on its mouth shot out—a meter-long segment, like a deadly hidden weapon, hurtling straight for Evan Chu.

The spike moved with incredible speed—Evan could hear it slicing through the air, thunder roaring behind it. If it hit, it would pierce right through him. But he trusted his Ninefold Divine-Dragon Metamorphosis.

Boom! A deafening crash echoed in the sky—Evan's sword qi smashed into the flying spike. He watched as the spike shrank, then was shredded to nothing by the sword qi. The Heaven Mosquito's attack was completely destroyed.

Evan's sword qi continued toward the Heaven Mosquito's massive body—dodging was impossible. Just as Evan was sure his attack would heavily injure or even kill the beast, something strange happened.

A Hexagram Star Sigil appeared before the Heaven Mosquito, blocking all the sword qi. The sigil was powered by its two super legs—a phenomenon so bizarre that Evan was left momentarily stunned.

To Evan's shock, the Hexagram Star Sigil completely blocked his strongest attack. If this barrier really was that strong, getting the Heaven Mosquito's blood would be nearly impossible—he'd have to find a way to break through it.

Evan knew the Heaven Mosquito couldn't maintain the Hexagram Star Sigil for long. An idea flashed in his mind—maybe his next strike could finally break the beast. A faint smile appeared on his lips...
