Evan Chu’s Wedding (Part Three)

1/19/2026

When Evan Chu arrived at Heavenly Fragrance Pavilion, dawn was just breaking. Unlike with the other two sects, he felt no anxiety here—there was no need for any persuasion or extra words at all.

The flower palanquin landed with Evan Chu just outside the gates of Heavenly Fragrance Pavilion, and Evan walked straight into the sect. Along the way, he encountered many disciples, but all of them showed him only respect and admiration.

Snow Lin had been waiting in the main hall early for Evan Chu. As soon as she heard the disciples say he had arrived, she immediately came out to greet him. "Snow Lin greets Sect Master Chu! The Pavilion Master has been prepared for quite some time. Please follow me!"

"Snow Lin, when you succeed the Pavilion Master someday, you must let me know—I’ll come and witness the ceremony! Don’t forget to invite me!" Evan Chu said.

"I’ll definitely notify Sect Master Chu when the time comes. I will always remember your great kindness to Heavenly Fragrance Pavilion, and I promise not to disappoint you!" Snow Lin said.

When Evan Chu arrived at Selena Yale’s room, she hadn’t put on her red bridal veil yet, but she was already dressed in her wedding gown.

Snow Lin did not follow him in. When Selena Yale saw Evan Chu enter, her heart leapt with joy and she immediately rushed over to him, saying, "Lin Feng, you’re finally here! This night felt so endless, as if morning would never come. I was getting anxious waiting for you."

Evan Chu laughed, "Heh, Sister Ping, you look so beautiful today! You’re the last bride I’ve come to fetch—hope you’re not upset!"

"Of course not. I’m different from Serena Dream and Lynne Nie—I’m already a mother, so technically I got you before they did! Is everything ready? I’m really curious how you’re going to marry three women at once." Selena Yale said with a laugh.

"You’ll find out soon enough. Is everything arranged with the sect?" Evan Chu asked.

"Everything’s been taken care of. Lin Feng, I’m so happy I can finally become your woman. I feel so blessed," Selena Yale said.

"Have the sect members set out too. There’s a surprise waiting for you a thousand miles away!" Evan Chu said.

He then placed Selena Yale’s red veil over her head, picked her up in his arms, walked out of the room, and teleported away from Heavenly Fragrance Pavilion.

As Evan Chu breathed in Selena Yale’s scent, he couldn’t help but feel something stir in his heart. Today he had carried three women: Serena Dream had trembled slightly in his arms, perhaps because it was her first time being held by a man and she was a bit nervous.

Serena Dream carried a faint osmanthus fragrance, which felt warm and comforting. Lynne Nie’s personality was more open and cheerful; although she too trembled a bit at first, she soon calmed down.

Her scent was like roses, leaving a deep impression on Evan Chu. They talked a lot along the way before reaching their destination.

Selena Yale, on the other hand, showed no restraint at all. Her scent was the most unique of all—like a blend of a hundred flowers. She clung tightly to Evan Chu the whole way, her two soft, ample curves pressing constantly against his chest, making his heart race with heat.

Soon, Selena Yale and Evan Chu arrived before the enormous flower palanquin. By now, nearly two hundred people had gathered outside—it was Evan Chu’s true wedding escort.

Dozens of girls held baskets filled with fresh flower petals, and dozens of musicians stood quietly with various instruments, waiting.

After gently placing Selena Yale inside the gigantic flower palanquin, Evan Chu instantly teleported away—this time, back to Frostbane Sect. Mengji was there, and he couldn’t neglect her; she deserved to ride a flower palanquin into Frostbane Sect just like Selena Yale and the others.

Evan Chu knew he was pressed for time and couldn’t afford any delays. Each teleport took him farther than the last. He’d had the giant flower palanquin wait a thousand miles away from the three sects precisely to save time—so once he brought Selena over, the people from all three major sects would arrive right on schedule.

After returning to Frostbane Sect, Evan Chu went straight into Selena’s room and said, "Sel, today is our great day of joy. I promised you a proper explanation and I’ll keep my word. Come, I want you to ride a flower palanquin into Frostbane Sect too!"

"Lin Feng, I thought I’d just wait for you here, but you actually want me to ride the flower palanquin too. I’m so moved! Thank you!" Selena said.

"No more talking—we’re short on time. Let’s go!" Evan Chu picked up Selena and instantly teleported away.

When Evan Chu placed Selena into the giant flower palanquin, the three women inside were startled—they didn’t understand why there was suddenly another bride, but none dared to ask.

Evan Chu knew they had questions, so he said, "This is Selena—she’s the woman I knew before I met any of you. I promised her a proper wedding, so today, all four of you will marry me together. I hope you’ll get along and not make things difficult for me."

"Lin Feng, we know what to do. Don’t worry!" Selena Yale was the first to speak up.

Evan Chu then announced to the crowd, "Let the music begin! We’re heading back to Frostbane Sect!"

Immediately, the musicians began to play, their instruments producing sounds like celestial music. The giant flower palanquin was steadily carried by eight people, each at least at the seventh level of the Divine Martial Realm.

The wedding procession moved slowly through the sky. The girls with flower baskets scattered petals from above, creating a scene of grand magnificence.

Before long, the Freewind Palace Master, Bloodfiend Hall Master, Heavenly Fragrance Pavilion’s Snow Lin and Lin Shuang, and several other important sect members all arrived. Seeing such an extraordinary wedding procession, they were all astonished.

Especially the enormous flower palanquin—it was dazzling. Only now did they understand Evan Chu’s true intention in fetching his brides this way. Perhaps this was the grandest wedding procession in the history of Azure Tide Ruins, and all three sects felt honored.

The commotion naturally drew the attention of other sects. Some who had come for Evan Chu’s wedding joined the procession, and even members of minor sects who hadn’t received invitations took to the skies to join the festivities.

Evan Chu flew ahead of the giant flower palanquin, his spirits high and his face beaming with joy. But among the Freewind Palace disciples, Young Lord Feiyu was seething with anger.

"Evan Chu, enjoy your happiness for now. Once you reach Frostbane Sect, you won’t be smiling anymore. When all nine great sects are poisoned at once, Frostbane Sect will be finished. Rina is mine—no one can take her!" Young Lord Feiyu thought to himself, a wicked smile spreading across his face.

His smile was noticed by the Freewind Palace Master nearby. She hadn’t wanted him to come, fearing he’d be heartbroken seeing Rina marry Evan Chu. But now, seeing his expression, she sensed something was off and asked, "Feiyu, why are you smiling?"
