"But my Heaven-Seeking Compass can't possibly be wrong," Reverend Fang Buyi insisted.
Boss Nether muttered suspiciously, "Looks like this isn't as simple as we thought."
"Could they be fighting inside?" Jiang Feng wondered aloud.
"Maybe so," Boss Nether murmured.
"If that's really the case, then those two are unbelievably strong—to actually stand up to the Flame Behemoth." Jiang Feng knew the Forbidden Ground well, and if this was true, it far exceeded his expectations.
Not just the three of them—everyone else was curious too, so the crowd kept waiting outside.
Meanwhile, Evan Yang and Megan Rain were discussing their next move.
"That last shot only destroyed its eye and weakened its power, but I'm completely spent—I don't even have the strength to draw the bow anymore." Megan Rain was now gasping for breath, though at least she hadn't fainted.
