Serve the Prince Once

12/19/2025

Prince Zane Tuoba let out a cold laugh, his aura suddenly intensifying. "This won’t do, that won’t do—are you deliberately going against me?"

"I wouldn’t dare," Grace replied. "The Spirit Alliance has strict rules. Even as President, I can’t do as I please. I hope Your Highness will understand."

Prince Zane Tuoba stared at her, then flashed a wicked, charming smile. "Understand? How exactly do you want me to understand you?"

"No need for anything special—just hope Your Highness will follow the rules." Grace said.

Suddenly, Prince Zane Tuoba got up and walked toward Grace.

Grace tensed all over and stood up as well.

Standing before her, Prince Zane Tuoba actually reached out and tried to pinch Grace’s chin.

Today, he was here to mess with Grace Zhu.

Evan Xiao had made him eat crow all day, and his prestige in the army was dropping by the day.

And just as that little vixen Lily Xu asked him to hand over the Soulveil Sand job, he came right over.

Today, with Evan Xiao out of Yan City, he was determined to slap a bright, shiny green hat on him and get his revenge!

Grace reacted quickly, stepping back a few paces, staring at him in shock. "Your Highness, what are you doing?"

"Didn’t you want me to understand you?" Prince Zane Tuoba smirked. "If you serve me for one night, maybe I’ll consider it!"

Grace knew all too well that Prince Zane Tuoba was a notorious womanizer.

But she never expected him to actually make a move on her.

This never happened in her previous life...

Grace’s expression turned cold. "I assume the Imperial Inspector is done investigating? I won’t see you out—please help yourself!"

With that, she turned and walked away.

Inside this room, it was just her and Rina Chu—truly dangerous.

Prince Zane Tuoba’s cultivation was so strong, even Evan Xiao couldn’t beat him.

Whoosh! A deadly force sliced through the air, aiming straight for the door.

Grace barely dodged it, and before she knew it, Prince Zane Tuoba blocked the door.

Grace frowned and shouted toward the outside, "Someone!"

But no one answered from outside.

Someone must’ve tampered with things and sent everyone away!

"Don’t waste your breath—there’s nobody out there! You could scream yourself hoarse and no one would hear!" Prince Zane Tuoba said smugly.

"Eighth Prince, my father is the Marquis Loyal and Brave, and the Emperor himself betrothed me to the General. Don’t you think you’re going too far?"

"Trying to scare me?" Prince Zane Tuoba advanced on her. "Your father and that General—I don’t care about either of them!"

"Even if you don’t care about them, do you not care about the Emperor?"

"I’m the Emperor’s own brother. Forget making you serve me for a night—even if I killed you, he wouldn’t do a thing!"

"What about the Spirit Alliance? Aren’t you afraid of offending them?"

"Ha! Your Eastern Alliance’s leader has gone missing, the whole place is in chaos. Who do you think has time to worry about your little romantic drama?"

"Looks like Your Highness really did think of everything," Grace replied coolly, pulling Rina Chu behind her.

At the same time, she slipped a pill into Rina’s hand.

It was the antidote for the Poison Gas Bomb.

Prince Zane Tuoba must’ve lost his mind, daring to come to the Spirit Alliance and try something like this.

She’d toss a Poison Gas Bomb soon and see if he could survive!

But Rina Chu blinked, looking at the pill in her hand. "What’s this?"

Prince Zane Tuoba’s eyes narrowed. Suddenly, he whipped out a mask from his robe and put it on.

It was an anti-poison mask filled with Soulveil Sand.
