The Destruction of the Yang Clan Foundation

2/27/2026

Those who had just left were from Five Gods Hall. They were searching everywhere for the whereabouts and identity of the person who possessed the Five God Spear. As Evan Yang led his group toward the Immortal Realm, those people had already launched a wide-ranging search, hoping to find any clue tied to Evan Yang.

Evan Yang crossed countless regions and finally arrived at the Immortal Realm. It had only been a short time since his last return, so Evan himself hadn’t changed much. But for those inside the treasure, like Liam Yang and the others, it felt like ages had passed—after all, they experienced time at fifty times the normal speed.

When Liam Yang and the others appeared, they were thrilled to see the long-lost Immortal Realm again. Liam looked at Leon Yang and said, "Leon, come here, let Grandpa take a look at you."

"Grandpa, what's so interesting about me? Look at them—these are your two future granddaughters-in-law," Leon Yang joked.

Liam Yang and the others were stunned. Evan Yang hadn’t been married for long, and his child had only just appeared—now there were already granddaughters-in-law? After recovering from the shock, Liam Yang burst out laughing, "Good, good! Let’s go back to the Yang Clan and take care of your affairs."

"Isn’t this a bit too fast?" Evan Yang was dumbfounded—he hadn’t even agreed as the father yet.

Evan Yang’s mother smiled and said, "Not fast, not fast. Let’s go home right now."

Patriarch Yang was the happiest of all. His grandson was married, and now his grandson’s son was about to marry as well. He laughed heartily.

Seeing everyone so excited, Evan Yang felt helpless and almost regretted coming home. Still, he led them back to the Yang Clan. But when they arrived, everyone was stunned—all the Yang-controlled planets had been destroyed, and not a single person remained.

"What happened here?" Patriarch Yang roared in fury and disbelief.

Evan Yang realized things weren’t so simple and said, "Let’s find someone to ask."

"There’s nobody here anymore," Patriarch Yang said, his eyes red.

"Dad, don’t worry. My younger brother and sister are here somewhere—we’ll definitely find them," Liam Yang comforted. Thinking of the two, Patriarch Yang said, "Yes, they’re still out there."

Patriarch Yang took out his Transmission Stone, but couldn’t reach them. Seeing this, Patriarch Yang and the others felt disappointed. Evan Yang muttered, "Looks like this isn’t simple. For the Yang Clan to be destroyed so suddenly, those two might have met with disaster as well."

"What?" Patriarch Yang cried out in shock. When Liam Yang heard that the two might be in trouble, he scowled, "Damn it."

Evan Yang said, "Let’s ask around nearby. Something this big happened—someone must know at least a little."

"Right, I’ll go now," said Liam Yang, and headed to a nearby city to investigate. Leon Yang, who had never been to the Yang Clan before, could only quietly watch everyone as such a disaster unfolded.

"Dad, don’t worry. I’ll make sure Evan helps you handle this," Evan Yang’s mother said to Patriarch Yang.

Patriarch Yang sighed, "Ah, the Yang Clan was destroyed in my hands. I really don’t know who wiped out our foundation."

"Dad, don’t worry. No matter how much they destroyed, we’ll take it all back," Evan Yang’s mother continued to reassure Patriarch Yang.

Evan Yang sat there, deep in thought. Leon Yang came over and asked, "Dad, who do you think destroyed our Yang Clan?"

"You’re asking me? Honestly, I have no idea. Your old man made plenty of enemies back in the day," Evan Yang replied.

"Then shouldn’t you go comfort them? This mess is your fault," Leon Yang said, earning a glare. Evan Yang retorted, "What do you know? Just focus on your wife."

Leon Yang could only quiet down after hearing that, until Liam Yang returned. Patriarch Yang stood up and asked, "Well?"

"There’s some news. The Yang Clan fell into chaos—some people led several families in rebellion, and your younger brother and sister were captured," Liam Yang reported.

Patriarch Yang was furious when he heard this. "Rebellion? Who could pull that off! Damn it—if I find out which family it was, I’ll destroy them for daring to ruin the Yang Clan."

"Dad, right now the most important thing is to find those people. I’ve learned that lately, several of the families who caused trouble sometimes show up in town," Liam Yang said.

"Good. I want to see who’s stirring up trouble. If they’ve harmed those two, I won’t let them off," Patriarch Yang said angrily.

With that, everyone went to the city and hid in an inn, not wanting the troublemakers to realize the Yang Clan had returned.

Liam Yang said to Evan Yang, "As a Yang Clan member, you have to rescue them no matter what. Remember—don’t let them get hurt, or I won’t forgive you."

"Dad, don’t worry. Even Leon Yang can handle this—let him do it," Evan Yang said. As a Heavenly Dao-level cultivator, he felt it was overkill to deal with these people himself, so he spoke to Liam Yang.

"Me?" Leon Yang exclaimed.

"You’re a God-realm cultivator—what, are you scared? I’m telling you, in this world, the strongest is just an Immortal Sovereign," Evan Yang said.

"That low? Only Immortal Sovereign?" Leon Yang asked, skeptical.

Evan Yang nodded. "That’s right, just that low."

"Alright then. Grandpa, leave it to me," Leon Yang said to Liam Yang, who nodded in agreement, "Mm."

"Hey, you’d better be careful. Your grandpa’s younger brother and sister are still in their hands—don’t be reckless, and watch out for any tricks," Evan Yang reminded Leon Yang.

Leon Yang grinned, "Dad, relax. This is nothing."

Evan Yang nodded, then said, "You can go now. No one knows you here. Just work with your grandpa—he’ll stay hidden, and you’ll act openly."

Leon Yang laughed, "I’ve been itching to get started." With that, he left for the main street.
