The Gourd Sage heard Liam Yang's sour, mocking words and sneered, "Kid, aside from your sharp tongue, what else are you good at?"
"So you, a senior, want to attack someone who's only a few decades old? Aren't you embarrassed?" Liam Yang said with a smile.
"A few decades old? Kid, do you think you're some kind of prodigy? Let me tell you, with cultivation like yours, it's impossible without thousands of years. Don't think I'm blind just because I'm old." The Gourd Sage retorted, clearly not believing him.
Liam Yang chuckled, "Believe whatever you want. It's not like I can change your mind."
"Enough talking. Elder Hugh Hu, why aren't you acting yet?" the Gourd Sage demanded when he saw Elder Hugh Hu still hesitating.
Elder Hugh Hu replied awkwardly, "Uh..."
"Do I have to do it myself?" the Gourd Sage pressed. Elder Hugh Hu answered, still embarrassed, "I really can't."
At that moment, Liam Yang stepped up and asked, "Where's Faye Lin and the other girl?"
"Dad!" Liam Yang exclaimed in delight when he saw Yang Han.
Yang Han smiled, and Brocade grinned, "Kid, learned your lesson yet?"
Liam Yang sighed, "This was a tough pill to swallow. Good thing you two showed up—I thought I'd never see you again."
"So you're this kid's dad!" the Gourd Sage snapped. Yang Han smiled, "Mind telling me what my son did to tick you off?"
"He let the Demon Tiger loose. That's a capital offense. No matter what, he's dying today!" the Gourd Sage snorted. Yang Han smiled, "Demon Tiger? You mean this guy right here?"
After he finished speaking, Yang Han released the Demon Tiger. When the Gourd Sage saw the beast, he exclaimed in shock, "You!"
"He's my partner now. Any thoughts?" Yang Han said, smiling.
"Heaven's Guardian Hall exists to eradicate demons. Today you dare to openly stand with the Demon Tiger? Fine, I'll seal you both together!" The Gourd Sage shouted angrily.
The rest stared at Yang Han, dumbfounded. Anyone hanging out with the Demon Tiger couldn't be a good guy—or so they figured.
Seeing the Demon Tiger, Elder Hugh Hu led the group to prepare for an attack on Yang Han and his companions.
The three of them joked around as they headed toward their destination. Meanwhile, the Gourd Sage rushed back to Heaven's Guardian Hall, calling up a huge army to chase after Yang Han and his crew.
"No matter what, it's still the Demon Tiger. We have to seal it," Elder Hugh Hu insisted.
Yang Han smiled after hearing Elder Hugh Hu's words. "If you really want to make a move, I won't hold back either." With that, Yang Han stood atop the Demon Tiger, holding the Limitless Spear.
Yang Han, spear, and Demon Tiger merged as one. In midair, he shook the Limitless Spear, and the surrounding space shattered like a mirror under his aura.
Seeing this, the Gourd Sage fumed, "Don't think you're so great just because you have some power! Damn it, die!"
Everyone launched attacks at Yang Han, but he didn't hesitate—wielding the Limitless Spear, he aimed straight at the Gourd Sage. The spear's overwhelming force scared the Gourd Sage, forcing him to retreat quickly.
No matter where he tried to hide, Yang Han chased after him, laughing, "Weren't you so brave? What now, just going to keep running from me?"
"Kid, don't get cocky," the Gourd Sage snapped angrily.
"I'll be as cocky as I want. What, live or die!" Yang Han snorted.
At that moment, Liam Yang stepped forward and asked, "Where's Faye Lin and the other girl?"
"No idea," the Gourd Sage replied stubbornly.
"You! Dad, teach him a lesson!" Liam Yang said angrily. Yang Han smiled helplessly, "You really think I'm your hired muscle, huh?"
"Dad, I know you're super capable. Go ahead!" Liam Yang grinned.
Yang Han smiled, "Alright then." He pointed the Limitless Spear at the Gourd Sage. "No hard feelings."
Swish, swish—the Limitless Spear left the Gourd Sage unable to defend himself. Soon, Yang Han had subdued him and tossed him into a corner. He warned the others, "You'd better not make a move. If he dies, it's not my fault."
Everyone quickly stopped, shocked and unsure what to do. After all, anyone who could subdue the Gourd Sage so quickly had to be incredibly powerful.
"Got any other tricks?" Yang Han asked with a smile.
The Gourd Sage glared furiously at Yang Han, but had no choice. He finally said, "Fine, I'll tell you where the girls are."
"Go ahead," Yang Han said with a smile. The Gourd Sage explained the whereabouts of the two girls. Yang Han smiled, "You'd better not try anything funny." Then he left with Liam Yang.
After they left, the Gourd Sage ordered, "Get back to Heaven's Guardian Hall and prepare to deal with this villain."
The others exchanged suspicious looks, unsure what the Gourd Sage was really capable of.
"Dad, when did you get here? I almost thought I was going to die today," Liam Yang said with a bitter smile as he followed Yang Han.
"Kid, if I hadn't shown up, who knows what would've happened to you." Yang Han laughed.
Liam Yang frowned in suspicion. "Dad, what made you suddenly decide to look for me?"
"What, you don't want me here?" Yang Han said with a smile.
Liam Yang shook his head. "Dad, you're overthinking it. That's not what I meant. I just wondered why you suddenly came for me, instead of letting me handle things myself."
"I'm taking you back to where I used to live. Plus, your grandparents want to go back too. You haven't met them yet, right?" Yang Han asked.
"I have met them, remember? Last time I visited your artifact." Liam Yang replied.
Yang Han was surprised. "So that's it. I almost forgot."
"And then?" Liam Yang asked curiously.
"I'll take you back for a visit, and settle a few loose ends while we're at it," Yang Han said.
"Alright, let's go after I find those two girls," Liam Yang said with a smile.
"Two girls? Can you handle that?" Brocade exclaimed, not knowing the details.
"Uncle Brocade, stop teasing me," Liam Yang said, feeling awkward.
"Haha, but compared to your dad, you're still way behind," Brocade laughed.

Yang Han laughed at Brocade, "What, you dare to joke about me now?"
"Boss, you're overthinking it. I'm just chatting with him," Brocade laughed.
Yang Han said helplessly, "Alright, stop corrupting him."
"Yeah, don't lead him astray," Liam Yang laughed.
The three of them joked and laughed as they headed toward their destination. Meanwhile, the Gourd Sage returned to Heaven's Guardian Hall, mobilizing a large army to pursue Yang Han and his group.
Yang Han and his group soon found the two girls, but their situation didn't look good.
"Are you two alright?" Liam Yang exclaimed in shock when he saw the two trapped people.
"We're fine," they replied in unison.
"I'll get you out," Liam Yang said excitedly, approaching them. They were trapped inside a formation, which used the surrounding mountains as its core.
As soon as Liam Yang stepped forward, he was bounced back. He frowned, "Dad, what's going on here?"
"It's fine, I'll handle it," said Yang Han, an expert at breaking formations. He scanned the area, searching for the formation's core.
Yang Han slowly destroyed the formation cores hidden in the mountains. Afterward, he muttered, "This really is a peculiar formation, but it can't stump me."
Soon, the formation disappeared. Liam Yang hurried forward to comfort them, while Yang Han and Brocade waited outside the mountain. Brocade asked curiously, "Boss, your son really takes after you. The girls aren't even fighting over him."
"What are you thinking? Why don't you find some female spirit beasts to mate with?" Yang Han laughed.
"Boss, what are you saying? I'm a trickster, you know," Brocade laughed.
Yang Han said speechlessly, "Still up to your tricks, huh."
"Heh heh," Brocade chuckled. Just then, Yang Han noticed the army approaching.
"What's going on?" Yang Han wondered. Brocade glanced over and laughed, "Looks like those you taught a lesson earlier are now bringing a whole crowd."
"I don't like killing. With so many people, how long would it take? Let's just leave," Yang Han sighed.
"Boss, if we don't teach a few a lesson, they'll think we're easy targets. Want me to handle them?" Brocade laughed.
Yang Han thought for a moment and said, "Teach them a lesson, but don't kill anyone."
Brocade nodded and rushed out. Without hesitation, he moved at lightning speed, grabbing one after another and tossing them to the ground. Soon, many inattentive people were knocked down.
The Gourd Sage saw this and shouted angrily, "Everyone, attack!"
A barrage of attacks descended on Brocade, but he dodged and disappeared underground, leaving everyone furious and helpless.
"Boss, I'm back. How was that?" Brocade laughed.
Yang Han nodded, "Good enough. Let's go."
Brocade called over Liam Yang and the two girls, then tunneled underground and vanished, leaving the others unable to find Yang Han. The Gourd Sage searched everywhere in frustration.
After Yang Han and his group left this plane, he said to Liam Yang, "Let's go. I'll take you back to the Immortal Realm. Your grandparents should get some fresh air too—instead of staying cooped up in the artifact all day."
"Okay." Liam Yang was eager to see the place where Yang Han used to live.
So Yang Han led Liam Yang and the others toward the Immortal Realm. Meanwhile, in the Heavenly God Realm, a few days later, a group appeared. Their leader grabbed the Gourd Sage and said, "Answer my questions, or deal with the consequences."
"Yes, yes, absolutely," the Gourd Sage was intimidated by their strength—each one was stronger than him.
"Have you ever seen someone wielding this kind of spear?" The man showed him a Limitless Spear identical to Yang Han's.
Seeing it, the Gourd Sage immediately said, "That's him. I'd never forget."
"You know him?" the man asked curiously.
"He was here just a few days ago, and he injured a lot of our people," the Gourd Sage replied.
The man smiled, "So he really did show up here. Thanks for the info." With a flash, he and his group left.
Watching them leave, the Gourd Sage muttered, "Who are these people, anyway?"
