"Alright, I'll go in right now and break the Devil-Fiend Well." Evan Yang said.
Evan said, "Someone just told me this formation has twenty-six nodes. If you destroy all twenty-six at the same time, it'll break."
"Twenty-six? All at once? How can you possibly do that?" The Wine Beggar exclaimed. Even with the three of them, they could only handle three nodes at most.
Lydia Yang also looked at Evan curiously, wanting to know what he would do. Evan just smiled, "I can do it. Just watch."
"Alright then, just be careful." The Wine Beggar said.
Evan nodded, then used the unstable formation to enter from the outside. Following the diagram given by the hunchbacked elder, he found the twenty-six nodes and prepared twenty-six needles. "Third Young Master, will this work?" Lydia Yang asked worriedly.
"No idea. We'll only know once it's done." The Wine Beggar replied.
Evan was already prepared. He began controlling the twenty-six needles, attacking all twenty-six points at once. Boom! The needles pierced through like sharp objects bursting a balloon.
"They're probably connected to the Devil-Fiend Well. It's these symbols that made the well effective, but now their power is lacking and the Devil-Fiend Well has collapsed." The Wine Beggar analyzed.
Before they could react, the space suddenly became abnormal.
"This is bad, there's a spatial anomaly!" Evan exclaimed, recalling what would happen after breaking the formation.
"What do we do now?" The Wine Beggar realized he couldn't move, but his body was rising upward. Lydia Yang was also rising, and so was Evan—the three of them floated upward one after another.
"No idea which space we'll end up in." Evan said gloomily.
"Where else could we go? I'm betting we're headed for the Devil Realm." The Wine Beggar said, equally frustrated.
Just thinking about only being able to use half their strength in the Devil Realm made Evan and the others feel depressed. But there was nothing they could do—they could only pray there weren't any experts there, or they'd be in real danger.
Maybe their prayers worked, because when the three appeared, they found themselves in a mountain range. The mountains surrounded them, and there were symbols under their feet.
These symbols released a lot of energy.
"What are these?" Evan asked suspiciously.
"These are probably related to the Devil-Fiend Well. It's these symbols that made the well effective, but now their power is lacking, and the Devil-Fiend Well has collapsed." The Wine Beggar analyzed.
"So how do we get back?" Evan asked.
"We'll have to find another exit. Come on, let's get out of here first—if anyone from the Devil Realm spots us, we're in trouble." The Wine Beggar said.
"Lila Xiao, hand it over and we'll let you live," the leading man sneered.
But soon, a group of people appeared in the mountain range. Each was overflowing with demonic qi, and one had a 'Wood' character above his head. His face changed drastically. "What's going on here?"
"Wood Demon Envoy, it looks like the Devil-Fiend Well has been destroyed." someone said after checking.
"Damn it, how could this happen?" The Wood Demon Envoy—one of the Five-Element Emissaries of the Devil Realm, and the main supervisor of the Devil-Fiend Well—was furious at the unexpected situation.
"Harth and his group already returned earlier. They probably know something." someone said.
"Harth? The Fire Demon Envoy's disciple?" Wood Demon Envoy asked.
"That's right, it's him. He and dozens of experts were in charge of security beneath the Devil-Fiend Well." the person replied.
"Quick, bring them here." Wood Demon Envoy ordered.
"Yes, I'll contact them right away," the person replied, then began reaching out to Harth.
About half an hour later, Harth finally arrived, with the Fire Demon Envoy following behind.
Seeing the Fire Demon Envoy, Wood Demon Envoy said, "Old Fire, you're here too?" "Old Wood, how could I not come? My disciple told me there were two Immortal Realm Emperors at the Devil-Fiend Well, both extremely strong. I brought people to check it out. What's going on here?" Fire Demon Envoy asked curiously. "It's bad, the Devil-Fiend Well seems broken—only an empty shell remains now," Wood Demon Envoy frowned. "What? Impossible! The five of us spent years building this well. How could it be destroyed?" Fire Demon Envoy protested. "Ask your disciple—what happened down there?" Wood Demon Envoy said.
Fire Demon Envoy said, "My disciple rushed over earlier and told me there were Immortal Realm people below. Looks like those few caused the trouble." "That can't be. There are twenty-six nodes down there—at least twenty-six people would be needed. How could a handful manage it?" Wood Demon Envoy didn't believe him. "I don't know. Let's have Master Morcal take a look," Fire Demon Envoy suggested.
"I've already contacted him. He should be here soon," Wood Demon Envoy said.
A short while later, a cloaked figure arrived, completely covered so his appearance was hidden, but his voice was clear and powerful: "What's going on?"
"Master Morcal, please help us check what happened with the Devil-Fiend Well," Wood Demon Envoy said.
Master Morcal took out something like a sieve, shook it in the air a few times, muttered to himself, and then everyone saw what happened half an hour ago: the Devil-Fiend Well shattered, and three people flew up from below, then vanished after arriving here.
When everyone saw the Devil-Fiend Well destroyed and three people coming up, they all looked furious.
Wood Demon Envoy said, "Damn it, who are those three?" "One is Evan Yang, the other two are Emperor-class experts, but they're weaker here," Harth replied.
"Evan Yang! Him again! Damn it!" Fire Demon Envoy said. "Who's Evan Yang?" Wood Demon Envoy asked angrily. "He's the one who ruined my big plans in the Immortal Realm. Damn it, how did he get to the Devil Realm and destroy the Devil-Fiend Well?" Fire Demon Envoy was furious and unwilling. "Enough talk. You'd better search for them fast. If they escape the Devil Realm and the Immortal Realm Alliance learns about the Devil-Fiend Well, we're in big trouble," Master Morcal said.

Wood Demon Envoy said, "That's right. The most important thing now is to stop those three and keep them from leaving the Devil Realm. We can't let news reach the Immortal Realm Alliance—or our whole plan will be ruined."
"Let's get moving. We'll split up and search everywhere." Fire Demon Envoy said.
Everyone quickly arranged their teams and spread out in all directions. They also sent word to Demon Mountain.
Demon Mountain was where the most experts in the Devil Realm gathered. The other three emissaries and several Devil Sovereigns were also there, though the Devil Sovereigns didn't concern themselves unless it was a major issue. Only the lower-ranked Devil Emperors and emissaries handled Devil Realm affairs.
When Demon Mountain got the news, they were furious. Evan Yang's group's portraits were sent across the Devil Realm—anyone who saw them was to report immediately.
As for Evan and his companions, they were flying around deserted areas, not daring to ask anyone for directions. After all, this was the Devil Realm—if their whereabouts were discovered, they'd be in real danger.
"What do we do now?" Evan muttered.
"What else can we do? We have to ask someone, but that'll expose us," The Wine Beggar said.
"Expose ourselves? Not really. You two should use Hidden Dragon Elixirs," Evan said.
"Hidden Dragon Elixirs? What do they do?" The Wine Beggar asked curiously.
"Hidden Dragon Elixir is a type of disguise pill," Evan explained.
"If it's just a disguise pill, it won't help. Devil Realm people have demonic qi, and we don't. That's the biggest difference between us and them," The Wine Beggar said.
"Demonic qi? What's it like?" Evan asked curiously.
"It's a kind of energy. We use Immortal Essence, they use demonic qi. You can tell by the aura," The Wine Beggar said.
"That's a real problem," Evan frowned.
Knowing that waiting wouldn't help, Evan said, "How about this—I go invisible, and you two enter my inner space."
"Looks like that's our only option for now," The Wine Beggar said.
Evan acted immediately, storing the Wine Beggar and Yang Min away, then went invisible and flew through the air.
In the Devil Realm, the energy was different from the Immortal Realm—more turbid, and all demonic qi. Evan saw the pale blue gas in the air, knowing it was related to Devil Realm cultivation. "I have to find someone to ask." Right now, Evan could only use his early Immortal King strength—he couldn't match Emperor-class foes, so he had to choose his target carefully.
While Evan was considering whom to approach, two groups ahead were fighting over a treasure. The battle was brutal, leaving only one woman on one side, holding a black bottle and glaring angrily. "You're all despicable!" she shouted.
"Miss Xiao, hand it over and we'll let you live," the leading man sneered.
"Give it to you? Dream on! You killed so many of my people—I'd rather die with it than hand it over," the woman snorted.
"Not going to give it up? Then we'll stop being polite," the leader said. The group attacked, leaving the woman covered in wounds. The leader laughed, "No strength left, huh? Well, boys, let's have some fun—it's the least we can do for our fallen brothers."
"What are you planning?" the woman demanded angrily.
"We were just after the treasure, but now we want you too. Look at that skin—so tempting. Can't help ourselves," the leader sneered.
"Yeah, let's all join in," the others echoed.
With that, the leader spread his hands, and so did the others. They gathered black qi in their palms, shrouding the wounded woman in darkness.
