The other Sigil Sect disciples caught his fervor and shouted together, "Swear to break the Wildlands Tribulation Thunder Array!"

Zane Lin: "Avenge our Senior Sister!"

Other Sigil Sect disciples: "Avenge our Senior Sister!"

"Eh? What vengeance are you talking about for me?" Suddenly, a voice rang out.

The Sigil Sect disciples, mid-passionate shouting, froze in disbelief.

Did they just hear Senior Sister answering them from the sky?

Someone, tears in their eyes, looked up at the sky.

And then they saw Lily Bai, ethereal as ever, float down from the clouds and land gracefully beside Lord Faustin.

"Senior Sister! You're alive!" The Sigil Sect disciples cheered with joy.

"I'm totally alive!" Lily Bai said. "Who said I was dead?"

"Just now... Senior Brother Shawn said you were captured by the Demon Emperor, burned up in Yellow Springs Volcano." One disciple pointed at the urn in their leader's hands. "He even said he brought back your ashes!"

Lily Bai turned to Shawn Vaughn: "Senior Brother Shawn, are these... my ashes? Don't scare me like that!"

Shawn Vaughn was cool under pressure; after a brief shock, he put on a beaming smile. "So these ashes aren't yours! Lily, you're safe—that's wonderful! How did you escape the Demon Emperor?"

Lily Bai said, "I didn't escape. They let me go."

"Let you go? Why would they do that?" Shawn Vaughn asked.

"I have no idea!" Lily replied. "They just let me go, that's all."

She glanced at Shawn Vaughn, then at Lord Faustin, and asked, "What's wrong? I come back alive and you two don't look all that happy?"

"No, no, not at all!" Shawn Vaughn said, forcing a smile.

"Senior Sister's back, that's amazing!" Zane Lin shouted again. "Senior Sister, Nine Li was attacked by Baxa! We have to avenge him together!"

"Who said I was attacked?" Suddenly, another voice echoed down from the sky.

Nine Li swooped down from the clouds, looking as cool as ever.

And right beside him? All those missing disciples from the top immortal sects and fancy noble clans—yup, back from the dead!

Zane Lin: "...Well, this is awkward."

Shawn Vaughn: "...Seriously?"

Can we even hype up the crowd anymore, or what?

The disciples scattered, each heading back to their own sect or family, like a reunion party gone wild.

Most of them were the top dogs’ kids—or, like Lily Bai, the next-in-line to rule the sect.

The whole place exploded with joy—tears, cheers, you name it.

Lord Faustin and Shawn Vaughn exchanged glances, both looking like someone stole their thunder.

But hey, the Oath-Taking Assembly wasn’t about to end just because their big dramatic moment got wrecked.

Once everyone finally stopped freaking out, Lord Faustin boomed, "Today, we’re here for one thing and one thing only: busting the Wildlands Tribulation Thunder Array and kicking Shenxiao out for good!"

Lucky for us, Lily’s back! With the Sigil Sect leading the charge, we’re tearing out this toxic weed—no matter what it takes!"

The crowd roared back, pumped up and ready for action.

Lord Faustin, practically vibrating with excitement, shouted, "The Fourth Divine Prince and Young Master Drake bagged Baxa! Today, we’re baptizing the war banner with his blood!"

The crowd went wild—cheers, whistles, the whole nine yards.

Everyone craned their necks, dying to see what this legendary Baxa looked like.

Then Young Master Drake—Leo Drake—made his entrance, cool as ever.

He raised his hand and summoned a divine artifact—talk about showing off.

A prison cage, no less.

This wasn’t just any old cage—it was a top-tier Divine Realm lockup, built for the worst of the worst. No escape, no loopholes, no mercy.

Inside sat a hulking brute, battered and bleeding, eyes blazing with murder. The way he stared down the immortals, you’d think he was about to gobble up the whole crowd.
