Harvey Yule raised his hand to quiet everyone, then said, "For the past century, the Ten Wilds Continent has been drenched in blood! Everyone wants to wipe out Damian Black and his monsters! But the Wildlands Tribulation Thunder Array still hasn't been broken!"
Harvey Yule looked over at the pale, frail sect leader of the Sigil Sect, who needed help just to walk, and called out, "Lord Faustin, Immortal Warden."
"Huh?" Faustin looked at Harvey Yule.
"In the end, breaking the Wildlands Tribulation Thunder Array still falls to the Sigil Sect!" Harvey Yule straightened his robes and bowed deeply. "We're counting on you!"
The disciples of Evercrest Immortal Mountain all bowed in unison.
Then everyone present bowed to him as well.
Lord Faustin, trembling, rose to his feet and declared with determination, "To flatten the Primeval Demon Wilds, my Sigil Sect will do its utmost! We will absolutely cooperate with the High Gods!"
"It's not just cooperation," Harvey Yule declared. "If the array isn't broken, none of us can do anything! So your Sigil Sect is the real leader here—the vanguard! What do you say?"
Faustin coughed weakly. "Ah! Of course, it's my responsibility! It's just this cursed body of mine... Last time I went in, I was struck by tribulation lightning and my foundation was damaged. I truly can't handle the big picture... So, when Little Fish returns, I'll discuss it with her."
At that moment, someone in the crowd called out to Faustin.
"Huh? What's the matter?" Faustin looked over and saw it was Harvey Yule's disciple, Shawn Vaughn.
"There's something I've never had the heart to tell you," Shawn Vaughn said, looking deeply troubled.
"What is it?" Faustin asked.

"You met my disciple?" Faustin asked weakly. "She's been away for quite some time and hasn't come back. I can't reach her either. Where did she go, and what has she been doing?"
Shawn Vaughn continued, "She contacted us through her Heaven-Bestowed Order Token, asking for help, saying she'd been captured by the Demon Emperor and Azure Flame. We tried to rescue her, but Damian Black and Azure Flame were too strong! We were no match and nearly wiped out—unable to save Lily."
Tears welled in Shawn Vaughn's eyes. "In her distress message, Lily said the Demon Emperor planned to throw her into Yellow Springs Volcano—to make an example of her!"
"What! You're saying our Senior Sister is dead? Killed by the Demon Emperor?" The Sigil Sect disciples crowded around, shocked and furious.
Shawn Vaughn nodded, "That's right!"
"Did you see it with your own eyes?"
"We didn't dare follow, so no, we didn't see it with our own eyes," Shawn Vaughn said. "But later we went to Yellow Springs Volcano and brought back... her remains."
After he finished speaking, he took out a small urn and handed it to Faustin.
Faustin took the urn and stared at it, lost in thought.
The Sigil Sect disciples wailed together, "Senior Sister!"
"Senior Sister! You died so tragically! Your soul was scattered—there's not even a trace left!"
"I can't believe even Lily..." Harvey Yule wiped his eyes with his sleeve. "Faustin, we must avenge Lily, Nine Li, and all our immortal friends who died at the Demon Emperor's hands!"
