Breaking Through the Peak of the Void Immortal Realm
"That's right!" The beauty nodded quickly. She looked a little shy, but her eyes were absolutely certain!
Ryan Ling was beyond surprised, but he kind of agreed. After all, this beauty was radiating visible heat, her whole body practically burning, giving off a weirdly seductive vibe.
Ryan swallowed hard, but quickly suppressed that thought. Even if the beauty was telling the truth, he couldn't just make a move—one, he’d only just arrived at the Sky-Burial Necropolis, and while it was cold, he could still handle it for now; two, they’d only just met, and he barely knew anything about her. Better to stay cautious.
"Please don’t worry, Benefactor—I’d never force you! Besides, with your skills, you wouldn’t be bewitched by me anyway. I just want to help you!" The beauty seemed to see right through Ryan’s thoughts and quickly bowed as she spoke.
Even though Ryan had suppressed those thoughts, the beauty’s whole body exuded a strong sense of temptation—especially those fiery eyes. One glance from her and you’d feel hot all over. Ryan felt that if he kept her around, something would definitely happen sooner or later.
But honestly, who knew what the inside of the Sky-Burial Necropolis was really like? He couldn’t be sure. If he really couldn’t resist the cold, having the beauty’s help might actually work wonders!
"Alright, since you genuinely want to help me, I’ll bring you into the Sky-Burial Necropolis. But I don’t take advantage of people lightly!" Ryan said, following up.
"Okay!" The beauty nodded again, flashing a faint smile—so enchanting that it made you want to stare forever.
Clearly, her seduction skills were top-notch—even someone as disciplined as Ryan Ling had a hard time resisting, let alone a regular guy!
The two of them set off together. Through their conversation, Ryan learned the beauty’s name was May Xia—honestly, a perfect fit for someone so charming and seductive!
May Xia seemed to know the Sky-Burial Necropolis well. She explained that it was divided into zones: the outer layer was the Human Immortal and Void Immortal burial ground, the second layer was the True Immortal burial ground, the third layer was the Earth Immortal burial ground, and the very core was the Heavenly Immortal burial ground.
When he set out, Lydia Jin had already warned him not to enter the core zone—it was way too dangerous. Still, Ryan knew that if he could reach that core burial ground and actually get something out of it, the rewards would be insane.
Right now, with his strength, the Human Immortal and Void Immortal zones were basically pointless. Those corpses still had some power left, but it was super weak. Plus, Ryan was already late-stage Void Immortal, so that stuff was useless to him!
But the deeper you went, the colder it got—and the yin energy inside was seriously intense, almost enough to knock you off your feet.
"Benefactor, if you start feeling cold, just hold my hand!" May Xia chirped. It really was wild—no matter how far they walked, she stayed barefoot in just a single layer, not even shivering. In fact, after all the walking, she was sweating!
"I’m good, I can still handle it!" Ryan replied, a bit surprised, but with his current power, he could still tough it out.
Without hesitation, he skipped right past the Human Immortal and Void Immortal zones and dove straight into the True Immortal burial ground. Ryan was strong, but still just at the Void Immortal level—if he wanted to level up, he’d have to absorb some True Immortal power!
He didn’t hesitate—he shot up into the air and landed right on top of the True Immortal burial ground!
"Inhale!" Ryan didn’t hold back—he started madly devouring. Who knew how many spirit bones were buried here? The whole place was packed with True Immortal corpses, and the energy inside them was overwhelming—practically endless!
Ryan inhaled like an elephant sucking up water—limitless True Immortal power poured into his body, saturating his organs, and even Primeval Heavenwood benefited!
The Immortal Water inside Primeval Heavenwood had already been drained dry, but now, under the impact of all this True Immortal power, it started crazily sucking in Immortal Qi again. Ryan was stunned—the True Immortal aura here was insanely strong, way stronger than even Earth Immortal energy. In just a blink, Primeval Heavenwood’s Immortal Water burst past a hundred drops, and kept climbing at dozens of drops per second. The numbers were unreal!
If Ryan hung around here for half a day, he could probably stockpile ten thousand drops!
Ryan took a deep breath—Lydia Jin was totally right, the Sky-Burial Necropolis really was a treasure land. As long as you could handle the cold and yin energy, you could rack up unlimited benefits here. No other place in the Immortal Domain World could compare!
"Benefactor, you really aren’t normal!" At that moment, watching Ryan crazily absorb all the True Immortal energy, May Xia was stunned. In just a few seconds, Ryan had nearly drained the power of ten thousand True Immortals, and he still wasn’t satisfied. It was unbelievable.
"Breakthrough time!" Ryan didn’t overthink it—he started going all out, pushing for a breakthrough. True Immortal power was expendable, so he wasn’t planning on saving any for later. There was even stronger Earth Immortal power deeper in, so he’d burn through the True Immortal power now to make room for more!
Break, break, break!
Countless streams of True Immortal power surged and swelled inside him—in a flash, his True Immortal power skyrocketed to late-stage Void Immortal, and kept climbing, inching closer and closer to peak Void Immortal!
Ryan took a deep breath—it felt incredible! His Silver Void Immortal form needed a ridiculous amount of power, and if it weren’t for the Sky-Burial Necropolis’s energy supply, nowhere else could possibly satisfy him.
As Ryan pushed harder, the whole True Immortal section of the Necropolis erupted in explosions—endless piles of bones shattered, and all their energy was instantly sucked into Ryan’s body!
In that moment, it was like heaven and earth shook!
All his power started surging—Ryan felt insanely good, like everything inside and out was transforming!
Just then, his Void Immortal power started changing again—the Silver energy in his body faintly shifted color, turning a rare shade of gold!
Clearly, with all that True Immortal power pouring in, Ryan’s Silver Void Immortal form was slowly morphing toward Golden True Immortal!
Awesome! Ryan was absolutely thrilled—if he could fully break through to Golden True Immortal, his power would skyrocket! He still couldn’t beat Harlan Yanro, but at least he could survive!
But for now, it was just a hint—he hadn’t reached his strongest yet.
He was still a long way from true Golden True Immortal!
But hitting peak Void Immortal shouldn’t be a problem!
Next, he’d have to enter the Earth Immortal burial ground—any extra power boost would be super helpful for what came next!
Break, break, break! Ryan shouted at the top of his lungs—he had to go all out with his strongest power!
For a moment, it was like the whole world was shaking—Ryan’s breakthrough was clearly working!
In a flash, his Void Immortal power swelled again—his late-stage Void Immortal realm, after all that charging, finally reached peak Void Immortal!
Ryan sucked in a breath—his whole body was crackling, and after hitting peak Void Immortal, his golden aura was getting heavier and heavier!
That was definitely a good sign—if he kept it up, he’d break through to Golden True Immortal for sure!
Benefactor, May Xia is truly impressed—your power is absolutely insane! It’s an honor to become your servant! May Xia said, running over as Ryan landed, looking even more flirty than before.
Ryan swallowed hard—his power had skyrocketed, and his desire for women spiked too. Clearly, he needed to vent some fire. Right then, May Xia pushed out her chest, making it almost impossible not to reach out and touch…
