Sending a Tracker

2/27/2026

Evan Yang naturally noticed that White Moon kept looking at him, which warmed his heart. At the same time, he reminded White Moon, "I'll be fine. Focus on your own opponent, and stop staring at me."

White Moon hadn’t expected Evan Yang to notice her gaze. She was startled, then quickly looked away. Silver Nine sneered, "You’re not focused enough. Don’t forget—when Heavenly Dao experts duel, even a moment’s carelessness can lead to serious injury. You wouldn’t want to stop now just to watch your companion get crushed, would you?"

"Hmph, crushed? We’ll see who gets crushed." White Moon snorted, then began her duel with Silver Nine. The two dodged and attacked, one on offense, one on defense, fiercely battling each other.

Meanwhile, Silver Ten’s aura grew even stronger, waiting to see Evan Yang explode and die. But Evan remained standing, smiling at Silver Ten, "Want to try again?"

"This is just the beginning, don’t get excited." Silver Ten was a bit surprised Evan Yang was still okay, but he wasn’t worried yet—he hadn’t used his full strength. He began to ramp up his power.

Evan Yang stood there, seeming to struggle, but he knew his qi only grew stronger the longer he fought. Back when he first entered the Immortal Realm, in Ethereal Sanctuary, he had used this very method to defeat his opponents.

At first, Silver Ten thought Evan Yang was just struggling to endure. But as time passed, Evan remained unfazed. Silver Ten frowned, "Kid, do you have some kind of artifact on you that lets you withstand my qi?"

"No," Evan Yang replied decisively.

But Silver Ten didn’t believe him. "You’re lying to me?"

"I’m not lying. Are you saying you can’t suppress me, so you blame it on an artifact? What, planning to go back on your word?" Evan Yang laughed.

Silver Ten was a Heavenly Dao expert, so his words carried weight. He snorted, "You’d better not play any tricks. If I find out you’re cheating with some artifact, your death will be ugly."

"I definitely don’t have any artifact. Go ahead and try." Evan Yang said.

Silver Ten increased his qi again, even starting to use his Heavenly Dao Intent. The pressure multiplied several times, but Evan Yang was still fine. Seeing this, Silver Ten kept ramping up the power, and on and on it went.

In the end, Evan Yang was withstanding hundreds of times the pressure, yet he was still unharmed. Silver Ten couldn’t hold back a cold snort, "You’re cheating!"

"If you think not being able to suppress me means I’m cheating, then go ahead and attack." Evan Yang said.

"Ridiculous! If you’re not cheating, how could an Immortal Sovereign withstand this much qi from me?" Silver Ten said, refusing to believe it.

"If you don’t believe me, senior, feel free to press your strongest qi against me." Evan Yang said to Silver Ten. Silver Ten stared at Evan Yang and snorted, "Fine. If you still don’t die, I’ll find a way to check if you’re using some artifact."

With that, Silver Ten unleashed his strongest qi. Even White Moon, fighting nearby, could feel the terrifying pressure—if she faced it, she’d have to endure it head-on. Thinking Evan Yang was only an Immortal Sovereign, her heart churned with worry, and her fighting spirit faded. Seeing White Moon like this, Silver Nine laughed, "Don’t worry. He’s doomed. This kind of power—even Heavenly Dao experts would back off. For him, it’s a dead end."

"Impossible!" White Moon snorted.

"Then tell me, could you handle this kind of pressure?" Silver Nine laughed.

White Moon fell silent. It was true—if Evan Yang really faced this kind of pressure, he’d be doomed. But White Moon was entangled with Silver Nine and couldn’t go help Evan Yang.

As for Evan Yang, he was waiting for an opportunity. He endured Silver Ten’s qi, and seeing this, Silver Ten frowned, "Kid, looks like I need to check you out."

"Senior, are you going back on your word?" Evan Yang asked.

"Hmph, I’m checking, not going back on my word. If I confirm you don’t have any artifact, I’ll let you go right away. If you do, you’re dead." Silver Ten said, then withdrew his aura and walked toward Evan Yang.

But just as Silver Ten was about to touch Evan Yang, Evan erupted with powerful qi—matching the intensity Silver Ten had used moments ago.

Silver Ten hadn’t expected Evan Yang to unleash such terrifying qi. He was blasted backward, badly injured. The reason Evan Yang could muster such strength was because, by resisting his opponent, his own qi kept growing. Silver Ten had let his guard down by coming too close, and Evan took the chance to counterattack. Even so, Evan didn’t dare underestimate him.

Silver Ten, now embedded in the stone, crawled out. His eyes were bloodshot as he glared at Evan Yang, "You’re dead."

"You’re seriously injured now," Evan Yang said.

"Even so, I can still kill you!" Silver Ten roared. Evan Yang suddenly split into a dozen clones, each identical, leaving the wounded Silver Ten confused. Evan’s clones and his main body rushed toward White Moon.

White Moon suddenly saw so many Evan Yangs and didn’t know what to do. At that moment, Evan Yang sent her a message, "Go, now!"

Hearing Evan Yang’s message, White Moon didn’t dare hesitate. She immediately followed the direction Evan Yang was leaving. Silver Nine didn’t know what was happening, but he wouldn’t let White Moon escape, so he chased after her, keeping only a short distance between them.

Ahead, Evan Yang saw a passage—something like a vortex. He was overjoyed, "We’ve found the way out, hurry!"

White Moon, Evan Yang, and Evan Yang’s clones entered. The clones left behind served to block Silver Nine and Silver Ten, but they were no match and were quickly destroyed.

Staring at the vortex, Silver Nine frowned, "What’s going on here?"

"That kid must have some artifact that can absorb my qi. Then, when I wasn’t paying attention, he used my own qi to strike back and injured me." Silver Ten said angrily, seeing the wounds on his back.

Silver Nine was suspicious, "There’s really such an artifact? That’s practically heaven-defying."

"Exactly. If you run into a powerhouse, this artifact is a lifesaver. We have to catch him." Silver Ten said angrily.

"But you know we can’t just enter the vortex. If those three find out, we’ll be punished." Silver Nine said.

"You don’t say, I don’t say—no one will know, right? Don’t you want to see what’s inside?" Silver Ten asked.

Silver Nine hesitated for a moment, then said, "Fine, I’ll risk it. Let’s go."

At this moment, Evan Yang and White Moon arrived in another world. They didn’t know if it was a space or something else, but it was vast—even Heavenly Dao expert White Moon couldn’t sense the edges. But they knew they had to leave immediately to avoid being caught by the two pursuers.

So the two ran as fast as they could, as if traveling through a silent, lifeless land.

Eventually, both grew tired and stopped to rest.

"Can your divine sense detect them?" Evan Yang asked White Moon.

"No. I’ve been watching the spot where we landed, but they haven’t appeared. I’m not sure if they followed us or not." White Moon replied.

"Whether they did or not, we still need to be careful," Evan Yang said. White Moon nodded, and the two began to study their surroundings.

Meanwhile, Silver Nine and Silver Ten had also entered, but they appeared in a different place. Before them stood three men clad in golden armor, all with their eyes closed.

The two were shocked and immediately tried to leave, but one of the men opened his eyes and said, "Didn’t I tell you not to go there? What, you just don’t listen and even sneak in?"

They didn’t know how they were teleported here, but they realized arguing would be pointless. All they could do was explain they were chasing someone.

"Lord Gold Three, two humans rushed into our territory. We kept chasing them all the way to the vortex, so we had no choice but to enter." Silver Ten explained.

"Two humans? You mean they entered the vortex?" The man, also called Gold Three, was shocked.

"That’s right," Silver Ten replied.

Gold Three frowned. "Call Silver Four over. You two wait outside the vortex. Without my order, you’re not allowed to enter."

The two nodded, and were teleported out again, arriving outside the vortex.

Silver Nine was puzzled. "Why did those two humans end up somewhere else, while we appeared before the gold-armored three?"

"The gold-armored three must have set up a formation here that only affects us, to prevent us from sneaking in. They never expected outsiders to enter." Silver Ten replied.

"Whatever, let’s call Silver Four." Silver Nine was relieved the gold-armored ones weren’t angry; otherwise, they’d be in trouble. He took out a Transmission Stone and spoke into it, "Silver Four, Lord Gold Three wants to see you. Come to the vortex at once."

Soon, a silver-armored man arrived. He radiated a chilling aura, with frost even clinging to his armor.

"What’s going on?" Silver Four, the man’s identity, asked curiously.

"You’ll know once you go in," Silver Nine told Silver Four. Silver Four glanced at the vortex—he knew what it meant. In a flash, he stepped inside.

Watching Silver Four leave, Silver Nine said enviously, "I really envy Silver Four. He gets to deal with the gold-armored three every day, and his chilling cultivation art has reached such a level—even his footsteps exude terrifying cold."

"Nothing we can do—Silver Four is the strongest among us," Silver Ten sighed.

"True enough," Silver Nine sighed.

Elsewhere, Silver Four now stood before the three gold-armored men. Gold Three spoke: "Someone has entered the Nine-Heavens Cosmos Array. You know that place isn’t for just anyone. I order you: within three days, find them and bring them back."

Silver Four was shocked to hear someone had entered. "Is that true?"

"Yes. Silver Nine and Silver Ten said so. You can ask them for details, but we only care about results—you know that," Gold Three told Silver Four.

Silver Four replied, "Understood. I’ll capture them within three days."
