Finally Found Them

1/18/2026

"Are you coming in with me, or staying outside?"

After setting up the formations, Ian Song asked for Winter Emperor's opinion.

You're not really going in just to hunt Holy Emperors, are you?

Winter Emperor asked.

"That's right!" Ian Song nodded seriously.

"Then I'll go with you!"

"Let's go!"

Ian Song reached out and grabbed her wrist, then activated the formation disks on his body. Several protective arrays formed around them, tightly shielding the pair, and then they charged into the channel.

Chaos Gang Winds can slice open chaotic void itself—truly terrifying. Luckily, inside the channel they aren't too dense, or else no one could make it through.

Fortunately, Ian Song could use his divine sense. As soon as a Chaos Gang Wind appeared, his divine sense would catch it and he'd immediately dodge.

They advanced several hundred meters.

Suddenly, a Chaos Gang Wind several zhang long appeared a hundred meters ahead and shot straight toward them.

"Move!"

Ian Song abruptly accelerated, dodging that Chaos Gang Wind.

The Chaos Gang Wind slashing through the void directly carved out a fissure dozens of meters long.

But after advancing just over a thousand meters, two more Chaos Gang Winds, each several zhang long, appeared directly ahead and to the left.

Even though Ian Song's divine sense detected them, the Chaos Gang Winds were just too fast.

"Pfft! Pfft!"

The defensive arrays were sliced open instantly.

Though the defensive arrays couldn't block the Chaos Gang Winds, they still bought them enough time to dodge.

After dodging the two Chaos Gang Winds, the pair kept moving forward.

Over the next hour,

they encountered Chaos Gang Winds multiple times. The most dangerous moment came when seven Chaos Gang Winds struck at once—they barely dodged, and one wind even grazed Ian Song's body before he could evade.

Even so, it still left a bloody gash on his skin.

Keep in mind, he'd already cultivated his Primordial Chaos Body to minor completion, boasting defense even greater than a God Emperor. Yet his skin was still sliced open just by touching a Chaos Gang Wind.

If it had hit him fully, he would've been chopped in half for sure.

Luckily, they made it through the channel safely.

When they finally stepped out of the channel, both let out a long sigh of relief.

Beyond the channel lay the chaos world—in fact, it was a Chaos Continent.

There were mountains, waters, and forests here.

The air still flowed with chaotic energy, though. Otherwise, it would be almost identical to the God Realm.

The channel connected to a canyon.

The entire canyon was made of silver-white stone.

"This is Chaos Mithril—the perfect material for forging God Emperor artifacts."

Winter Emperor picked up a piece of the silver-white stone, visibly excited. "I can't believe there's so much Chaos Mithril here!"

"What are we waiting for? Let's gather as much as we can and put it in the storage God-ring!"

Ian Song reminded her.

"Got it!"

Next, they collected plenty of Chaos Mithril from the canyon. Along the way, they also found lots of Chaos Divine Medicines—which of course they didn't pass up.

Two hours later,

After leaving the canyon, they found themselves facing a dense forest.

For a moment, Ian Song wasn't sure where to go—the map God Emperor Tian Guang had given him only covered the area outside the channel. As for where to find the three Holy Emperors or the supreme treasure, that was anyone's guess.

"Forget it, let's just pick a direction and walk. We'll leave it up to luck!"

"Whoa, these are Chaos Iron Trees—another top-tier material for forging God Emperor artifacts!"

As soon as they stepped into the forest, Winter Emperor exclaimed over the trees everywhere.

"Chop them down! The more, the better—stuff them all in the storage God-ring!"

Ian Song said again. Then, he chopped down hundreds of Chaos Iron Trees and stuffed them into the storage God-ring. Winter Emperor also collected plenty.

Next, they kept traveling through the Chaos Iron Tree forest, picking up even more chaos treasures along the way.

At first, they were both pretty excited, but after a while, they just got numb to it.

There were just too many chaos treasures here.

Forging God Emperor artifacts isn't easy—it takes years of nurturing and refining. So even with all these treasures, they didn't have nearly enough time to turn them all into God Emperor artifacts.

Then, a pack of Chaos Azure Wolves appeared.

A lot of them.

There were a thousand in total—the weakest were God King level, and the strongest reached God Emperor.

Nothing much to say.

They just started slaughtering.

Ian Song went all out. In less than fifteen minutes, the whole pack was wiped out—he personally killed over nine hundred, including the five God Emperor-level ones.

Winter Emperor killed over a hundred.

After that, they were attacked several more times by chaos creatures.

Five hours later, they finally walked out of the Iron Tree forest.

There must be tens of millions of Chaos Iron Trees in this forest—each tree could be used to forge several God Emperor artifacts.

Outside the Iron Tree forest was a lake.

Beyond the lake stretched a plain, and at the far end of the plain, several towering divine mountains could be seen.

Ian Song had no idea how large this place was.

His divine sense still worked here, but it was nothing like in the God Realm, where he could easily cover millions of miles.

Here, covering a few hundred miles was already impressive.

"Let's head toward the divine mountains!"

Ian Song said.

So the two of them kept moving forward.

There were plenty of chaos treasures growing on the plain, but by now, neither of them felt any excitement.

After several days of flying, they finally crossed the plain and reached the divine mountains at its edge.

Each divine mountain was tens of thousands of feet tall, like five giant fingers reaching into the sky.

Standing beneath the divine mountains, Ian Song and Winter Emperor felt incredibly small.

At the same time, Ian Song could sense plenty of chaos creatures living atop the mountains.

Ian Song stared at the mountains for a long time before finally deciding to take a detour.

Unknowingly, Ian Song had already spent five months on this Chaos Continent.

During that time, they'd seen more rare treasures than they'd seen in their entire lives. But eventually, even when chaos treasures appeared before them, they ignored them.

They'd collected so many that their storage God-rings were full. And only God Emperor-level beings could use these treasures—how many God Emperors does a world have, anyway?

Just a few hundred.

So gathering more was pointless.

They also ran into chaos creatures many times.

They fought, they fled, and they bled.

But what really frustrated Ian Song was—

he still hadn't found any trace of those Holy Emperors.

He started to wonder if coming here was a mistake—maybe he was just wasting his time.

"That's it, I'm not going any further!"

Ian Song, feeling deflated, decided to stay on this small divine mountain for a while.

While he was there, he caught a Chaos Divine Rabbit.

It was a rabbit, but it was bigger than a calf.

He skinned it, gutted it, and roasted it over a fire.

He roasted the rabbit for five whole hours, until the meat turned golden. Then he sprinkled on some seasonings.

Another half hour passed.

The rabbit was done. Ian Song cut off a piece and handed it to Winter Emperor, then tossed her a bottle of God King Drunk.

"Mm! This tastes amazing—it rivals the best chefs in our Kunyu God Realm!" Winter Emperor praised after tasting the rabbit.

"If you like it, eat as much as you want!"

Ian Song chuckled. To be honest, once you reach a certain cultivation level, you don't need to eat or drink at all—the only reason to do it is to satisfy your cravings.

After a few days of rest and cultivation,

Ian Song and Winter Emperor hit the road again.

After seven or eight days of travel, a black sea appeared ahead of them.

Staring at the black sea, Ian Song frowned. He could sense a faint, menacing aura coming from it—as if this wasn't a sea at all, but a living, ferocious beast.

"Do you sense anything from this black sea?"

Ian Song asked Winter Emperor.

"Nothing special."

After focusing carefully, Winter Emperor replied.

Apparently, the reason Ian Song could sense the menacing aura from the black sea was that his soul had undergone fifteen transformations, making him far more sensitive than most.

"Do you think those Holy Emperors might be inside this black sea?"

Ian Song asked again.

Winter Emperor just smiled and shook her head.

"Let's go. We'll leave it up to luck—maybe we'll run into those Holy Emperors!"

Ian Song said.

With that, he took a step and appeared above the black sea. The moment he entered, his sense of danger grew even stronger.

Nobody knew how big this black sea really was.

They flew for several hours and still saw no end.

Suddenly—

The water exploded and a giant black fish shot into the sky, jaws wide as it lunged at Ian Song and Winter Emperor. Its mouth generated a powerful suction, dragging them dozens of meters forward before they could react.

"Hmph!"

Ian Song snorted and swung his sword.

"Slash!"

A hundred-zhang sword light flashed, and the black fish was sliced in two, falling into the sea below.

As they moved forward, more chaos treasures kept attacking them from the water.

And the farther they went, the stronger the chaos creatures became.

Ian Song had a feeling—they might be heading the right way. Maybe the place with the supreme treasure was hidden somewhere in this black sea.

"Slash, slash, slash!"

Sword light flashed, and three sea overlords were decapitated by Ian Song.

All three chaos creatures were God Emperor-level.

That made fifteen God Emperor-level chaos creatures he'd killed so far.

They pressed on.

Less than a hundred miles farther, the water exploded and ten more God Emperor-level chaos creatures attacked them.

"Die!"

Ian Song's eyes flashed coldly. His sword moved like lightning, and in a flurry of strikes, he sliced all ten chaos creatures in half, sending them crashing into the water.

Ian Song knew killing ten God Emperor-level creatures was just the beginning.

Soon after, he faced more than a hundred God Emperor-level chaos creatures at once.

Even going all out, he started to struggle.

"Huh?"

After defeating those God Emperor-level chaos creatures, Ian Song scanned with his divine sense—he discovered a massive vortex eight hundred miles away, surging with energy and signs of battle inside.

"Let's go!"

Ian Song grabbed Winter Emperor's hand and shot forward.

Soon, they reached the giant vortex.

He could sense the energy even more clearly now, but the vortex had a strange force blocking his divine sense. If he wanted to know what was happening inside, he'd have to go in directly.

So, without hesitation, the two of them flew into the vortex. After passing through a barrier, they found themselves on a small island.

At that moment, eight people were fighting above the island.

Five against three—the battle was fierce.

"Ha! Finally found them!"

Ian Song couldn't help but burst into laughter.
