Earl Field

Cici's face darkened.

Why is Earl Field so unreliable?

Charles Yin immediately spoke up, "Earl Field is a lifelong bachelor, if I remember correctly?"

"If my bride were this angel, I wouldn't mind stepping into the prison of marriage," Earl Field said, both arrogant and sincere. "She is the most adorable angel I have ever seen."

Heh... Can you two go play your riddle game elsewhere? Why does everyone seem to understand except me? I'm completely lost here!

Charles Yin's eyes grew cold as he glanced at Earl Field, replying indifferently, "You really know how to joke, Earl Field. Some people can be touched, some cannot."

"But what if she agrees?" Earl Field grinned slyly. "Charles, what about a fair competition—no family, no status, just us?"

"I’ll show you what it means to lose completely," Charles Yin said, his aura suddenly intensifying.

"Let’s see," Earl Field laughed, then turned to Cici. "Miss Cici, do you like England?"

"Huh?" Cici was still lost, not understanding the riddle between the two men. She froze, unsure how to answer.

This isn’t some international meeting, so it’s fine if I don’t like England, right?

"No problem! If you don’t like England, we can go to France, Russia, Germany, or even China," Earl Field said happily. "Anywhere you love, I’ll love too."

Even if she was slow, Cici could sense a different meaning in his words.

Before Cici could respond, Miss Clarence suddenly said, "Earl Field, you’d better try harder! Miss Cici isn’t easy to win over."

Earl Field smiled politely at Miss Clarence. "Thank you for the reminder, Miss Clarence. I’ll do my best."

As the hostess, Cici smiled gently. "Thank you for your admiration, Earl Field, but I’m sorry. I have no plans to marry right now. Besides, I already have children."

"Oh, that’s fine. In fact, because you have children, I think we’re even more suitable. Because your child is also my child." Earl Field laughed even more happily.

Cici frowned, not understanding what Earl Field meant.

After placing the family crest in Cici’s palm, Earl Field kissed the back of her hand again and said, "Gift delivered, so I should take my leave! Charles, I won’t give up easily. Everyone, farewell."

Earl Field gave everyone a noble salute, turned gracefully, and left quietly with his servant.
