Chapter 1064: Ambush

Every race has its legends—beings who command both admiration and awe. Such figures are rare, and even outsiders show them due respect.

Rexar, that legendary orc shaman, was one such existence.

That skull didn’t look sinister at all; instead, it radiated a vast, steady will—ancient, pure, and immense. It was the oldest legacy of orcish spirit.

With the undead army no longer blocking their path, the journey sped up considerably. In just over a day, they arrived outside the Goldentop Tribe.

The Bloodfang Tribe’s attack caught the Goldentop Tribe completely off guard. It wasn’t until the army charged up to their gates that the Goldentop orcs realized what was happening.

The Goldentop Tribe’s grand chieftain wore a suit of beast-hide armor, crafted from the scales of a Sky Rank beast. It was far stronger than metal armor, able to perfectly fuse with battle aura armor and boost defense to an astonishing level—far beyond what pure armor or aura armor alone could achieve.

“Krom, you reckless bastard! You’ve already healed from your wounds and dare to attack our Goldentop Tribe? Since you’ve come, don’t even think about leaving alive today—I’ll send you, you foolish idiot, straight back to the embrace of the Beast God!”

The Goldentop grand chieftain roared in fury, instantly transforming into a streak of pale golden light as he shot toward the Bloodfang Tribe’s side.

Before Krom could respond, Dida La snorted coldly. Orange flames surged up to envelop him, and his whole body transformed into a dragon-headed fire elemental, soaring into the sky to face the Goldentop grand chieftain.

Boom boom boom...

A series of fiery explosions erupted—Dida La floated in midair, surrounded by endless waves of orange flames. For hundreds of meters, the space was engulfed in fire. Behind Dida La, a ferocious dragon's head, formed from flame, appeared in ghostly silhouette, while an invisible blaze burned around it.

In an instant, the space around them seemed warped by the searing heat. Dida La swept his metal staff through the air, and with that motion, hundreds of massive orange fireballs—each seven or eight meters wide—condensed into existence.

A swarm of orange fireballs, trailing long tails of light, formed a semicircular arc and surged toward the Goldentop Tribe Grand Chieftain.

The distance of two or three hundred meters vanished in a heartbeat. The fireballs raced forward at supersonic speed—by the time they exploded before the Goldentop chieftain, the thunderous boom of displaced air followed after.

Rumble rumble rumble...

It was as if a continuous barrage of thunder rolled across the battlefield, deafening everyone. The terrifying explosions warped the very space around them.

Yet Dida La's face remained cold; he didn't pause for a moment. He kept swinging his metal staff, conjuring a flame vortex over thirty meters wide in front of him. From the vortex, a fire dragon—composed of deep orange flames—burst forth, charging straight into the heart of the explosion.

Boom...

In an instant, the densely packed explosion zone was forcefully torn open by a powerful force. A golden crown, more than ten meters wide and composed purely of radiant light, appeared and slowly shrank, transforming into a crown seemingly forged from solid gold that descended onto the Goldentop chieftain's head.
