Drawing the Attention of God Realm Experts

1/19/2026

At this moment, several massive wounds appeared on the Yin–Yang Demon Empress’s body. Some wounds pierced straight through her torso. Even though she was now covered in flames, she wasn’t a true flame monster—black blood kept flowing endlessly from her wounds.

A thunderous roar erupted from her mouth. The fact that she’d been so badly wounded was entirely due to her own carelessness—she couldn’t believe Evan Chu had actually managed to break through a God–Lord Realm expert’s Space Domain. That was simply unheard of.

She rose from the magma, and her two enormous eyes shot out waves of killing intent. It was as if the searing hot space had been chilled by that murderous aura, making everyone shudder with fear.

“Brat, you actually managed to wound me. Today, you’re dead!” the Yin–Yang Demon Empress roared.

“Will you ever shut up? I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve heard you say that. And yet, here I am, still standing. Killing me isn’t that easy. If you’ve got what it takes, go all out—this time, I’ll make sure to finish you off for good!” Evan shouted back.

He didn’t want to waste any more time. The Immortal–Demon War was still raging, and the Demonic Realm had several demigod–rank experts. He had to hurry back and slay them—only then would the Demonic Realm stop dreaming of invading the Immortal Realm.

Hearing Evan’s words, the Yin–Yang Demon Empress was driven even more mad with rage. She’d seen arrogance before, but never anything like this—spouting off in front of a God–Lord Realm expert? If word got out, nobody would believe it was real.

The pressure from a God–Lord Realm expert was enough to leave demigod–rank cultivators utterly immobilized. But Evan seemed completely unaffected—he was just too monstrous.

At this moment, the black longsword in the Yin–Yang Demon Empress’s hand looked tiny—completely mismatched with her gigantic body. Still, Evan knew that sword had to be an extraordinary Soul–Seizing Pearl–class demonic artifact. Even in the Immortal Realm, there might not be an immortal artifact that could rival it.

“Die!” The Yin–Yang Demon Empress roared again. Instantly, a dozen shadowy figures appeared in the air, each swinging their sword in exactly the same motion. As they struck, the entire space trembled violently.

The space kept twisting, its power beyond imagination.

Evan wasn’t idle either. For the first time, he unleashed the Ninefold Divine-Dragon Metamorphosis. Even though he could only manage three changes, it was enough. He pushed the energy within his Blood Bead to its absolute limit—transforming it from the size of a bean to that of a pearl. That terrifying energy was condensed from the essence blood of countless Immortal Realm soldiers.

Its power was countless times stronger than Evan’s Chaos Immortal Force. Instantly, three real Evan Chus appeared—not just avatars, but his true selves.

While using the Ninefold Divine-Dragon Metamorphosis, Evan couldn’t help but wonder: what if his avatars could also perform the Ninefold Divine-Dragon Metamorphosis? Someday, if he could forge nine avatars and each one mastered the technique, with his main body that would make ninety Evan Chus.

Just imagine the attack power—maybe he could destroy worlds, wipe out entire realms. It was a tempting idea, but actually achieving it would be unimaginably hard. Could Evan really pull it off? Even Xiao Xiao wasn’t sure…

Now, at this most dangerous moment, Evan poured everything into Divine Cleave. This strike was even stronger than when he used the Unicorn Arm. He wanted to split his mind and use Unicorn Arm together with Ninefold Divine-Dragon Metamorphosis to unleash an even more terrifying Divine Cleave, but he’d never tried it before and was afraid he’d fail.

This was the most critical moment—he couldn’t afford even a shred of carelessness. That idea would have to stay buried for now. Maybe one day he’d be able to use it.

At this point, including Evan’s main body, there were four Evan Chus on the field. Though he was still outnumbered by the Yin–Yang Demon Empress’s bodies, his attack power was on a whole different level—a massive gap.

The four Divine Cleave attacks quickly merged into one, unleashing world-shattering sword qi toward the Yin–Yang Demon Empress. At the same time, her colossal sword qi surged toward Evan.

The impact was earth-shattering—it tore a rift in space itself, maybe even ripped open the Immortal Realm’s spatial barrier. If someone passed through that rift, they could ascend straight to the God Realm and skip the heavenly tribulation altogether. But right now, Evan didn’t have time to think about that.

The ground split open into countless bottomless chasms. In some places, mountains rose hundreds of meters high. The shockwaves from the battle sent both armies tumbling to the ground.

Even the battlefield itself sprouted mountains hundreds of meters tall. The whole Immortal Realm was transformed—this was all the work of Evan and the Yin–Yang Demon Empress.

“Someone in the Immortal Realm actually tore open the void? How is that possible? Did a God Realm expert descend, or did someone obtain that legendary artifact that lets you travel between realms?” Inside a resplendent golden palace, a middle-aged man was full of doubt.

“Lord Venerable, there’s no need to worry. That artifact vanished ages ago, back during the War of the Gods. The rift in the Immortal Realm’s space might be someone undergoing ascension to the God Realm, or maybe it’s just the result of several powerful experts fighting,” Elder Hale answered respectfully.

“You’re too optimistic, Elder Hale. Ascending to the God Realm isn’t like this—the process is tumultuous, and I’d be the first to know. As for battle, that’s even less likely. To tear open the Immortal Realm’s barrier, you’d need God–Lord Realm attack power.

Is it even possible for someone in the lower realms to reach God–Lord Realm? If so, they’d have ascended long ago—unless that person isn’t from the Three Realms at all. This is strange, and we need to investigate,” the Lord Venerable said.

“No need to worry, Lord Venerable. Even a God–Man Realm cultivator from the lower realms could tear open Immortal Realm space—don’t forget, some areas are thinner than others. Maybe they were fighting at a weak spot, so the rift makes sense,” Elder Hale replied.

The Lord Venerable pondered for a moment. “Maybe you’re right, but we should check anyway. Anyone who can tear open Immortal Realm space from below is a rare talent—if they ascend, they might be useful to me.”

“You’re absolutely right, Lord Venerable. Such a person is worth cultivating. I’ll go investigate—maybe we’ll get a pleasant surprise!” Elder Hale said, then left the grand hall.

Evan was completely unaware of all this. At that moment, he and the Yin–Yang Demon Empress were sent flying by each other’s overwhelming attacks. Whether they lived or died would be revealed later…
