Inside the Keane-Sigil Continent, Tu Bo the Earth Sovereign, Heaven Duke, the Crimson Emperor, and Great Sun Star Lord were sharing tea with a drowsy old Buddha when, all of a sudden, the sky turned dazzling bright. Heaven Duke chuckled, "Old Buddha, you don't wake up often—bet you've never seen this before, eh? That's the Keane brat peeling off the willow-leaf seal on his brow. Time for us to stretch our legs!"
Great Brahma King Buddha tilted his head toward the sky and sighed, "What a mess. All these heavyweights just to keep the Netherworld Divine Son caged in—no wonder we rarely get a break around here."
Off in the distance, Fenix Greenwood Keane sat sulking among the mountains, his nose bruised, face swollen, two stubby legs drawn up, arms crossed tight across his chest—a picture of pure, brooding gloom.
The old Buddha, who'd been suppressing them from midair, suddenly snapped awake and dropped down from the sky, ready to throw hands. But before he could, the five local powerhouses of the Keane-Sigil Continent surrounded him—he didn't even have time to unleash the Slaughter Cauldron before the old-timers had him beaten so hard he nearly lost his robes and dignity.
The old-timers claimed all the best spots in this prison, shoving him deep into the mountains. Fenix, the giant baby, was busy plotting how to snatch back the ground, but with the Slaughter Cauldron now in Tu Bo's hands, he was completely outmatched.
If only he had the Slaughter Cauldron, he could still make a comeback.
"If I teamed up with my rotten little brother, we could put all these old geezers in their place!"
The giant baby glanced up at the sky, thinking, "Once we squash these old fogeys, and pin down my rotten little brother here, I’ll finally be free to run wild again."
Suddenly, Quinn Shepherd’s divine sense echoed in from outside: "Heaven Duke, Tu Bo, go check—see if that’s Earth Mother out there… Wait, Brahma King Buddha’s awake?"
His divine sense landed, reshaping into human form as he bowed to the crowd.
