Since It’s My Problem, I’ll Settle It Myself

"Old Master Wu, the one who's injured is my son, and the one causing trouble is your granddaughter. Since Selina was intent on shielding that boy, she ought to feel plenty of guilt toward Gavin!" Sandra Guan pressed aggressively.

Old Master Wu just glanced at her calmly. "So this is why you brought Tyson Tu here?"

As Sandra Guan finished speaking, Tyson Tu had already stepped forward, standing right in front of her.

Wu Zhihan and Wendy Guan's expressions both changed.

Walter Wu, standing beside Old Master Wu, looked like he was about to explode with rage.

The atmosphere around them instantly grew heavy.

Sandra Guan, however, seemed completely unfazed. Her smile widened as she said, "I heard from my father that Old Master Wu made a rule years ago: whenever there's a dispute in the family, it's settled by whoever's fists are bigger."

The tension was like swords drawn and bows bent, ready to snap at any moment.

Sandra Guan spoke in a calm tone, then glanced around. "I just wonder, does that rule still count nowadays?"

"That's right, it's a rule I made." Old Master Wu nodded from his grand Taishi armchair—a traditional Chinese high-backed chair. "Surprising that Old Guan still remembers it."

"In that case, I'll have Tyson Tu represent my side. If anyone on your side can defeat him, I'll immediately turn around and head back to Oceanport."

"But if no one can, then please agree to the request I just made."

After she finished, Sandra Guan fixed her gaze on Old Master Wu.

Tyson Tu kept his face cold, standing there like an iron pillar.

"I'll fight you!"

Walter Wu, who had already been simmering with anger, stepped forward. He'd always sided with Selina and couldn't stand Gavin Guan one bit.

Now that Sandra Guan had brought people to their doorstep, it was like she didn't even care about the Wu family.

He strode out, clenched his fists, and his camo uniform seemed to radiate a chill.

Old Master Wu said nothing more; Martin Wu's face was cold, and Wendy Guan looked worried.

Not far away, Hugh Hu swallowed nervously. The tense atmosphere in the back courtyard was crushing, but seeing Evan Lin's calm expression beside him, Hugh forced himself to stand his ground and not move.

Evan Lin's expression remained calm. After letting his gaze sweep over Tyson Tu, he took an extra look at Old Master Wu sitting in the Taishi chair.

As soon as Walter Wu spoke, he shifted his right foot back, then suddenly charged forward.

He moved with lightning speed, reaching Tyson Tu in an instant. Then he unleashed a rapid combo of knee strikes and a throat-lock technique, his moves fierce and quick, fists and feet whipping through the air with a powerful momentum.

Tyson Tu's face was savage. After letting Walter Wu throw a few punches, he seized an opening and delivered a brutal kick to Walter's abdomen, sending him flying.

There was a loud bang.

Walter Wu's back slammed into a stone bench, flipping it over. He lay on the ground, gasping for breath, looking battered and shocked.

"You're only at early Inner Strength. The gap is too big. You're not my opponent."

Tyson Tu glanced at him, his tone flat.

As soon as he finished, Martin Wu's face changed and he made to step forward.

He was an early Inner Strength expert too, but before he could make a move, Old Master Wu shook his head. "Zhihan, stand down. You're not his match."

"Looks like Butcher Tu taught you quite a lot. And the reason he'd let you come here must be because he wants you to fight me, right?"

Old Master Wu looked perfectly calm.

"Dad!"

Hearing Old Master Wu's words, Martin Wu and Wendy Guan's faces both changed.

Tyson Tu nodded. "Master said, if I beat you, I get to peek into the Vajra gate and officially enter the Vajra Realm."

"So if you beat me, you get to officially enter the Vajra Realm. Butcher Tu's still the same as ever." Old Master Wu shook his head. "Alright then, let's do this."

As he spoke, he slowly stood up.

Even though he was already quite old, his body was still strong and sturdy.

Old Master Wu had reached fifth-rank Vajra in his younger years. Though he was now elderly, a Vajra is still a Vajra—his body was far tougher than a normal person's.

But seeing Old Master Wu stand up, Martin Wu and Wendy Guan both felt a deep, indescribable sense of humiliation.

Even though Martin Wu held the reins of the Capitalview Political-Legal Committee, and even though the Wu family had a stellar reputation in Jinnan, none of that mattered against a martial artist like Tyson Tu.

In the end, it all comes down to fists!

Old Master Wu was much higher in seniority than Tyson Tu. If he won, fine, but if he lost, word would spread and it would be a huge disgrace to the ancestors.

The voice was perfectly calm, with a composure so unshakable that even if a mountain collapsed in front of him, not a muscle would twitch.

There were countless stakes involved, but despite all that, Old Master Wu still chose to stand up and face his opponent.

"I'm old, but if someone still wants to challenge me, I guess I get to feel young again." Old Master Wu joked, taking a deep breath.

On the other side, Tyson Tu's face was full of fighting intent. He clenched his fists, ready to make a move.

The tension was palpable.

It was about to explode.

Hugh Hu felt so much pressure he could barely breathe.

Just as he was about to drag Evan Lin away...

He suddenly heard a voice by his ear.

"Your opponent should be me."

The voice was perfectly calm, with a kind of composure like 'even if Mount Tai collapsed in front of me, I wouldn't flinch.'

The moment he spoke, Old Master Wu and Tyson Tu, who were about to fight, instinctively looked over.

"Who are you?" Old Master Wu asked curiously, frowning slightly.

"And who do you think you are, wanting to challenge me?" Tyson Tu's face turned cold, full of disdain.

When Tyson Tu looked over, Hugh Hu was so scared his face went pale.

Off to the side, Martin Wu and Sandra Guan saw Evan Lin speak, and their faces both changed.

Before Martin Wu could say anything, Sandra Guan sneered, "Where'd this kid come from? You must have no idea how strong Tyson Tu is. With your skills, he could kill ten of you with one punch!"

As soon as Sandra Guan finished speaking, Walter Wu—who had been lying on the ground for a long time—gritted his teeth, got up, and glanced over. When he saw Evan Lin standing there, he froze. "It's you?"

"Why are you here? This isn't a place for you! Get out of here, now!"

Walter Wu's face changed as he shouted at Evan Lin.

He knew Evan Lin was the one who beat up Gavin Guan, and that Selina Shi had always tried to protect Evan.

Originally, with Evan nowhere to be found, the Wu family had been forced to back down.

Who could've guessed this kid would show up on his own!

Walter Wu didn't actually care about Evan Lin's safety. He was just worried that if Tyson Tu really hurt Evan, Selina Shi would be devastated. Tyson Tu's power wasn't something a normal person could handle!

"It's my problem, so of course I have to solve it myself."
