"Don't mention it. If you have any more problems, you can find us at the Snowfall Inn," Evan Yang said with a smile.
"Alright, alright," the man said gratefully.
The man picked up the little girl and sent Evan Yang and Hannah Nangong off.
"I didn't expect you to really have some skill," Hannah Nangong said with a smile.
"I'm not good at much else, but detoxification is my specialty," Evan Yang chuckled.
"So you can cure any poison?" Hannah Nangong asked curiously.
"Depends on the situation," Evan Yang replied. He wasn't sure if he could cure every poison, just that so far he hadn't encountered one he couldn't handle.
"I thought you were invincible!" Hannah Nangong laughed.
Evan Yang shook his head helplessly. After walking a few steps, he felt someone scanning him, so he frowned, "Did you notice? Someone's provoking us."
Hannah Nangong focused for a moment, then pointed in a direction. Seeing a group of people, she said in surprise, "How did they get here?"
Evan Yang also looked in that direction and saw that the bully and his group were there.
As for the bully, it was of course Bullard Duo. He grumbled, "That guy Quinn, who knows what he's up to? He said he'd be back soon, but he's been gone so long."
"Young master, should we go over?" one of the five men asked.
"Go over? There are too many people here. This isn't our turf," Bullard Duo said after thinking it over.
"Then should we lure them out?" someone suggested.
"Yeah, you guys go provoke them. I don't believe they won't come out," Bullard Duo said after some thought. So the group began to provoke them.
Soon, Evan Yang and Hannah Nangong naturally noticed the provocateurs. "Didn't expect one of them to already be an Immortal Lord," Hannah Nangong said in surprise.
Evan Yang nodded. "The other four aren't simple either. It's strange, though—how did they know we'd come here?"
This was something Evan Yang couldn't figure out. They had already left the Unclaimed Star System, and even coming here had taken a long journey. How could they have been found?
"It's weird to me too. Maybe we should just capture them and ask," Hannah Nangong suggested.
"Can you handle that Immortal Lord? Forget it," Evan Yang said. He didn't think Hannah Nangong could take on the Immortal Lord, and as for himself, he wasn't capable of dealing with one at the moment either.
"But they're still provoking us," Hannah Nangong said, unwilling to let it go.
"Let them provoke us. The reason they're doing this is to lure us out," Evan Yang replied.
"Oh." Hannah Nangong was stunned by Evan Yang's words.
"Come on, let's head back to the inn and figure things out slowly," Evan Yang said to Hannah Nangong.
So Evan Yang and Hannah Nangong returned to the inn. Seeing that they weren't falling for it, Bullard Duo got angry and said, "Let's go to that inn. I refuse to believe we won't find a chance to subdue them."
"Yes, young master," the five replied.
So the six of them headed for the Snowfall Inn. When the innkeeper saw six strangers, he hurried over to greet them.
"Did that man and woman just now stay here?" Bullard Duo asked.
The innkeeper thought for a moment and said, "Yes."
"We want a room too, and it has to be right next to theirs," Bullard Duo said.
"Uh..." The innkeeper sensed these people were up to no good.
"What?" Bullard Duo said unhappily.
"Alright, I'll arrange it right away," the innkeeper said after thinking it over.
So their room was arranged next to Evan Yang's. At that moment, Evan Yang and Hannah Nangong were in Hannah's room.
"Looks like they've followed us," Hannah Nangong said.
"It's fine. Let them follow. If they really make a move, I'll have my own way to deal with it," Evan Yang said.
Hannah Nangong really had no idea where Evan Yang's confidence came from. Right now, Evan Yang just wanted to know how they had found him here.
Then they saw Evan Yang fiddling with Hannah Nangong's window and door.
"What are you doing?" Hannah Nangong asked curiously.
"Soundproofing and blocking divine sense, so they can't see what's happening inside," Evan Yang said.
"You know formations?" Hannah Nangong asked curiously after seeing what Evan Yang was doing.
"Just a little," Evan Yang replied, not revealing that he was actually a formation expert.
"A little? Looks at least grandmaster-level to me! Where did you learn it? Was it from your old world?" Hannah Nangong asked curiously. "You're right," Evan Yang smiled.
"Then your world really shouldn't be called a micro world-realm. Otherwise, there wouldn't be someone like you," Hannah Nangong muttered.
"Is that so?" Evan Yang knew his world wasn't very strong, and it took ages for anyone to become immortal. Especially this time, he wasn't sure if the others could ascend smoothly.
As for Evan Yang, he was just an exception; no one else had such freakish abilities.
"So we're just staying here for now?" Hannah Nangong asked.
"Yeah, that's the plan for now. Let's see what they do," Evan Yang said.
So Hannah Nangong stayed with Evan Yang. As for Bullard Duo and the others, after entering their room, they sent the innkeeper away and began to discuss among themselves.
"Young master, what do we do now? It seems we can't see or hear anything from their side," one of them said.
"How could we not see or hear anything?" Bullard Duo didn't believe it, given how close they were.
"It's true," the group exchanged looks. Bullard Duo tried himself and found it was like looking through fog—he couldn't see inside, nor hear anything.
"That's odd. How can we not see or hear anything? Could there be some kind of treasure?" Bullard Duo wondered suspiciously.
"Must be some treasure," the group agreed.
"That makes things tricky. If there's a trap inside, what do we do?" After the last two incidents, Bullard Duo was starting to be cautious.
But the Immortal Lord said confidently, "Don't worry, young master. That woman is at most ninth-tier Profound-Immortal. I can handle her. As for them, they don't have much to work with."
"Are you stupid? What if the whole place is filled with poison? Don't you know there are poisons in the Immortal Realm that can knock out even Immortal Lords? If you barge in and collapse, what am I supposed to do?" Bullard Duo suddenly exploded in anger.

"It can't be that unlucky, right?" the Immortal Lord said awkwardly.
"What do you mean, 'not much'? That guy is weird—his technique can seal people so they can't move." Just thinking about that immobilized feeling made Bullard Duo uncomfortable.
"So what do we do? Just wait? Or should we go over, blast the door open, and check from a distance?" the Immortal Lord suggested.
"I told you, do you think this is your home? This isn't our turf. If there are experts here, who will help us? Idiot," Bullard Duo said angrily.
The Immortal Lord was frustrated—nothing seemed to work, so he could only wait.
The other four saw even the Immortal Lord being scolded, so they kept quiet. After thinking, Bullard Duo said, "You, go find the waiter downstairs and say they want food and wine in their room."
The designated person went downstairs, and after a while returned, smiling, "Young master, I told them to send it up right away."
"Alright, when the door opens, you all pay close attention to what's inside. Make sure you see clearly," Bullard Duo said.
The five nodded.
After a while, sure enough, the waiter brought food and wine to Evan Yang's door. "Guests, your order is here," he called.
"Food and wine?" Evan Yang and Hannah Nangong were chatting when a voice came from outside. The two exchanged glances.
"Looks like someone else ordered it for us," Evan Yang said.
"Then don't open it," Hannah Nangong said.
"No, I'm going to open it—and wide open at that," Evan Yang smiled.
"Why?" Hannah Nangong asked, puzzled.
"I'll tell you in a moment," Evan Yang said. Then he called out, "Just leave it at the door. I'll get it right away."
"Alright." The waiter put the tray at the door and left.
"Young master, what are they up to?" The group was curious after hearing Evan Yang's voice.
"Watch closely, he's coming out soon," Bullard Duo said, not bothering to explain further.
The door opened, and everyone saw that the room was filled with black mist.
The six were shocked. Only after Evan Yang closed the door did Bullard Duo clap and say, "Good thing we didn't go in. That poison mist is terrifying."
"Young master is clever. So what do we do now?" Even the Immortal Lord was shocked.
"Wait. I don't believe they'll stay holed up in there forever," Bullard Duo said.
"Yeah." The others nodded, so they took turns keeping watch on the room.
Evan Yang carried the food and wine in, smiling, "I bet they were scared."
"Oh? Why?" Hannah Nangong had no idea what was going on.
"Besides soundproofing and blocking divine sense, I added a hallucinatory array. From outside, all they see is black mist," Evan Yang smiled.
"Nice trick!" Hannah Nangong laughed loudly.
"Since they sent us food, let's not be polite," Evan Yang said with a smile.
Hannah Nangong and Evan Yang smiled and then finished the food and wine.
After they finished, Hannah Nangong asked, "So we just keep waiting here?"
"Not necessarily. I want to go somewhere," Evan Yang said.
"Oh? Where?" Hannah Nangong asked curiously.
"Rocky Ridge, north of the city," Evan Yang said.
"Why?" Hannah Nangong asked, curious.
"Do you know how that little girl got poisoned?" Evan Yang asked.
"It's related to that place?" Hannah Nangong asked.
"Yes. That's why I want to check it out. If this poison isn't dealt with, more people will get hurt," Evan Yang said.
"That's true. This poison is vicious," Hannah Nangong nodded, remembering the girl's condition.
"So we'll head out soon—but not through the main entrance. We'll slip out without them noticing," Evan Yang smiled.
"You have a way to escape their divine sense?" Hannah Nangong was surprised by Evan Yang's plan.
"I can create arrays, so naturally I can make one that hides us again. But I have an even better method," Evan Yang smiled.
"What method?" Hannah Nangong asked curiously.
Evan Yang just smiled without answering, but in his heart he was eager to try it. This method was a stealth technique he developed after reaching the eighth layer of Pure Natural Art, fusing a hallucinatory array with his cultivation.
