Who Is Lucy Luan

Bones shot him a glance. "Why so fierce? Can't I even say a word to your woman?"

"Take it back to the icy pool," Damian said.

Bones pouted, then turned and left with the Moonlit Flood-Dragon and the Five-Element Earth-Soul Beast.

"So, the Moonlit Flood-Dragon is your pet?" Lily Bai asked.

"It's not our pet," Damian replied. "Its soul is damaged and it's healing here. Bones sometimes helps it out."

"Is that Bones guy a spirit-medicine master?"

"Yeah."

"He's a demon too," Lily Bai said.

Damian raised an eyebrow. "I'd advise you not to set your sights on him, or you might not even know how you died."

Lily Bai: "I didn't!"

"Good," Damian said, standing atop a cloud. "Come on, I'll get you out of the array."

Lily Bai hopped onto his cloud and asked, "Your Majesty the Demon Emperor, who is Lucy Luan?"

Damian's fist clenched slightly inside his sleeve.

"Back in the Dragon-Coiling Heavenly Gang Array, you all mentioned her, and just now Bones mistook me for her. Do I really look that much like her?"

Damian said, "I don't know her."

Lily Bai: "Huh?"

But that day, his tone clearly said otherwise.

He just doesn't want to talk about it.

Lily Bai didn’t press him further.

They weren’t that close, anyway.

...

When they left the array, Azure Flame was loaded up with passengers.

Besides Lily Bai and Damian, the four demon elites were there too.

They all exited the array together.

Mirage looked absolutely sour the whole time.

She kept shooting Lily Bai dirty looks.

"Mirage, glaring at me won't help!" Lily Bai grinned at her. "When you finish those hundred catties of scented powder, please deliver it to the Sigil Sect, thanks."

"What exactly did you do to the Moonlit Flood-Dragon?" Mirage was fuming.

"You all saw it, right? I did nothing! The Moonlit Flood-Dragon just threw itself into my arms!" Lily Bai boasted. "This princess is just that gorgeous—you could never pull it off!"

"Pfft!" Mirage hissed through gritted teeth. "Shameless fox spirit!"

Purple Fox, standing nearby, was not amused. "Mirage, if you mean Lily Bai, just say Lily Bai. Why drag fox spirits into it? What makes us shameless?"

"I... I didn't mean you!" Mirage hurried to appease her. "I was only calling her shameless! Don't be mad..."

Lily Bai couldn't help bursting into laughter.

Amid the black mist, she was like a sudden beam of light.

There’s a saying among the immortal clans.

Smile once, and flowers bloom; smile again, and flowers bow.

They say it’s all about Lily Bai.

Her smile was dazzling, enough to charm a whole city.

Blood-Eye stared at her, dazed for a moment. Stroking his chin, he struck what he thought was his coolest pose. "Lily Bai!"

Lily Bai turned to him. "What?"

"You look exactly like my type."

Lily Bai: "So what?"

"I want to sleep with you."

"Pfft!" Lily Bai burst out laughing and whipped out her Rune Staff. "Go ahead and try!"

"How about we make it a duel?" Blood-Eye, ranked second among the Ten Fiendish Elites and far stronger than the other three, wasn’t afraid of her. "If you lose, you come back to my cave with me."

"And if you lose?"

Blood-Eye grinned. "Then I'll move into your cave."

"Have a little shame, will you!" Demon beasts are always this blunt when courting, so Lily Bai was actually used to it.

Still, when it happened to her, she was... a bit startled.

"I'm really strong!" He patted his chest. "If you don't believe me—ah!"

Suddenly, Blood-Eye let out a yelp and tumbled off Azure Flame's back.

Boom—a bolt of tribulation lightning crashed down not far from where he landed.

Blood-Eye turned pale and shivered, yelling, "Your Majesty! Azure Flame! Wait for me! I fell off!"
