Battle with the Inagawa Syndicate

12/2/2025

Ray Tang and Shawn Young charged into the skyscraper, where the battle had reached a fever pitch. Gunshots rang out, bullets whizzed everywhere, and thick clouds of smoke rolled toward them. All around, broken bodies littered the floor—dead men from both the Dragon Clear Brotherhood and the Inagawa Syndicate, sprawled in the hallways and corners.

Dark red blood had already stained the building’s floors, covering even the once-luxurious marble tiles and walls, now riddled with bullet holes and craters. Every piece of glass visible inside had been shattered in the crossfire. The fierce gunshots echoed from upper floors down to the lobby—Dragon Clear Brotherhood’s men had already stormed upstairs, forcing the Inagawa Syndicate’s top killers to retreat under their relentless assault.

Ray Tang walked over to an elevator and pressed the button. To his surprise, the doors slid open—the elevator was still working. Ray gave Shawn Young a signal and grinned, “Shawn, let’s just take the elevator straight to the top floor, then fight our way down! We’ll catch these bastards in a pincer attack!”

Shawn Young frowned with concern. "You think those Inagawa Syndicate killers might have set up an ambush upstairs?"

Ray Tang confidently shook the two Mauser pistols in his hands and sneered, "Heh, even if they’ve set up an ambush, we’ve got nothing to worry about. I’ve got ways to deal with them! Follow me! Tonight, we’re going on a killing spree."

With that, Ray Tang darted into the elevator. Seeing his confidence, Shawn Young’s curiosity was piqued, so he followed Ray inside. Once in the elevator, Ray glanced around, then pointed at the wall and said, "Look, the Inagawa Syndicate must have a command center on the top floor. Let me smash this thing—let’s see how they try to find us."

Shawn Young looked up—it was a surveillance camera inside the elevator. He smiled at Ray Tang and said, "No need to smash the camera, Ray. I’ve got an even better way. Watch this."

Ray Tang was stunned. Shawn Young gave a mysterious smile, then pressed the button for the top floor. As the elevator shot upward, Shawn Young quickly began chanting a spell…

Ding—the elevator doors slid open.

Bang bang bang—suddenly, gunfire erupted.

The elite killers of the Inagawa Syndicate, already lying in wait, unleashed a barrage of gunfire, turning the elevator and its doors into Swiss cheese.

When the smoke finally cleared, the Inagawa Syndicate’s killers stared in shock—the elevator was completely empty!

One of the killers crept forward and peeked inside, but found nothing. He turned to his comrades and shook his head—no sign of anyone. The Inagawa Syndicate’s men stared at each other, puzzled. After all, the surveillance camera had clearly shown two people in the elevator.

Just as the killers were scratching their heads in confusion, the elevator’s ceiling suddenly burst open—a huge hole appeared, and two figures dropped down like lightning.

Bang bang bang!

Ray Tang hadn’t even hit the ground before his two Mauser pistols were blazing away. Every shot found its mark—each gunshot was followed by a spray of blood and a scream, and the unlucky targets all took a bullet right to the forehead. Not a single shot missed!

Ray Tang moved with the agility of a hunting hawk—dodging, weaving, and leaping with incredible speed. As he charged the enemy, his twin pistols fired in all directions, not at the men directly in front of him, but at those surrounding him. The ones blocking his path were knocked aside by a flying knee, and as they landed, Ray finished them off with two quick shots, sending them straight to hell.

By now, Ray Tang had fired all forty rounds from his twin Mausers, and forty Inagawa Syndicate killers lay dead on the floor—each with a bullet hole in their head and an expression of disbelief frozen on their face. From the moment Ray burst out of the elevator to the last shot, less than half a minute had passed. His speed was simply unreal.

This top floor was the Inagawa Syndicate’s command center in the building, packed with elite killers on high alert. As forty men dropped dead, another wave of gunmen surged into the hallway, spraying bullets everywhere and turning the corridor into a wall of fire.

Ray Tang ducked low with Shawn Young, dodging behind the elevator entrance. With a flick of their sleeves—click, click—their Mausers were reloaded in a flash. Ray lunged forward, hugging the ground like a flying fish, both hands crossing as he fired rapidly.

Bang bang bang bang!

In an instant, Ray Tang dropped more than a dozen enemies blocking his way. He charged up to a small-time leader, who trembled in fear and didn’t even get a shot off before Ray kicked him square in the jaw, knocking him out cold.

Before the guy even hit the ground, Ray leapt behind him, slipped his arms under the man’s armpits, and hoisted him up as a human shield. Using the body as cover, Ray charged down the hallway.

Rat-tat-tat!

Streams of bullets from submachine guns tore into the unlucky shield, shredding his chest to bits. Ray Tang, hidden behind the body, didn’t stop—his twin Mausers kept firing, dropping enemies all along the corridor.

Soon, he was out of bullets again, and another pile of corpses filled the hallway. The Inagawa Syndicate’s elite killers were finally being pushed back.

Ray Tang kicked the unlucky corpse away, flicked his sleeves, and quickly reloaded. Shawn Young caught up from behind, grabbing two submachine guns and a few grenades off the floor. The two split up, advancing along both sides of the corridor toward a massive oval-shaped office—the command center of the Inagawa Syndicate’s Tokyo branch, by the look of it.
