Starlight Ascension

"The Chenriver Empire governs over a thousand billion planetary systems!" Bailey's voice grew solemn. "Master, can you imagine how vast the Chenriver Empire is compared to your Earth?"

"What is it?"

Andrew looked at Bailey, a bit puzzled.

Facing the suddenly-emerged intelligent core, he felt a deep sense of mistrust. Still, Bailey's words carried a certain truth, worth taking into account.

Thinking of this, Andrew said, "The Milky Way has about one hundred billion to four hundred billion planetary systems... The universe is truly vast and boundless. We can't even traverse our own Solar System, let alone the entire Milky Way."

Now comes the crucial point... Seeing Andrew's silent expression, Bailey's tone grew animated:

"Bailey can responsibly tell you that within this vast Chenriver Empire, Starlight-tier beings are still the elite—akin to ancient Huaxia noble houses or Western aristocrats!"

Starlight-tier—beings that transcend the ordinary!

Bailey even felt happy. The higher her master's potential, the better her own future would be, now that she had recognized him as her master.

So the Milky Way truly holds life, and from Bailey's tone, it seems the region is ruled by humans.

Planetary systems?

The definition of that term flashed through Andrew's mind.

A planetary system refers to a collection of celestial bodies orbiting a star, including but not limited to planets, satellites, asteroids, meteors, and comets... In short, a planetary system.

The Solar System is one such planetary system.

Thinking of this, Andrew said, "The Milky Way has about one hundred billion to four hundred billion planetary systems... The universe is truly vast and boundless. We can't even cross a single Solar System, let alone the entire Milky Way."

And the Milky Way is just a tiny part of the cosmic starry sky that humanity can observe.

Bailey waved her paw. "The Milky Way is just a human name. In truth, its real name in the universe is the Celestia Stellar System... The Celestia System has over 340 billion planetary systems, and within it exist two major cosmic civilizations!"

"Earth belongs to a region called the Chenriver Empire!"

Andrew was thunderstruck, secretly clicking his tongue in awe.

So the Milky Way truly holds life, and from Bailey's tone, it seems likely to be a human civilization.

"The Chenriver Empire governs over a thousand billion planetary systems!" Bailey's voice grew solemn. "Master, can you imagine how vast the Chenriver Empire is compared to your Earth?"

Andrew was a bit shaken. "It's truly immense."

Even after five thousand years of human civilization, all we've done is barely step beyond Earth; we can't even explore the Solar System. Who could have imagined that within the boundless Milky Way, there exists a cosmic empire ruling over the entire galaxy?

More importantly—

To this day, humanity has never discovered any sign of life within the Milky Way!

Now comes the crucial point... Seeing Andrew's silent expression, Bailey's tone grew spirited:

"Bailey can responsibly tell you that within this vast Chenriver Empire, Starlight-tier beings are still the elite—akin to ancient Huaxia noble houses or Western aristocrats!"

Starlight-tier—beings that transcend the mundane!

Even ion lasers and orbital cannons struggle to truly kill a Starlight-tier lifeform.

"Master."
