Shawn Bai glared at Liam Li and Colin Green. "Damn it, what did that kid make us drink?"
"No idea, but it was terrifying. Somehow, it got us drunk and made us rant without realizing it." Liam Li was still unwilling to accept it, thinking about it even now. It was just too bizarre—especially after losing a hundred years of cultivation. While the impact wasn't huge, the grudges he'd picked up with those people could no longer be remedied. It would affect him in the sect, more or less, from now on.
"That kid is ruthless—he dared to get the three of us drunk and make us babble nonsense. I'll definitely teach him a lesson!" Colin Green, already holding a grudge against Evan Yang, now hated him even more.
Shawn Bai had originally coveted Evan Yang's treasure, and now he hated him even more. He couldn't wait to take Evan's life.
"Brother Li, it's up to you this time. Try to gather some experts inside to teach him a lesson. The space in there is pretty big, and everyone will be focused on enlightenment—no one will notice." Shawn Bai said.
"I know. When he comes out, he'll be crippled—and won't even know who did it to him," Liam Li said angrily.
Shawn Bai and Colin Green nodded in agreement.
The selection day was over, and it was almost time to enter that magical place. Those chosen were naturally excited, but some started scheming. On the other side, a group gathered, led by Liam Li.
"Listen carefully. There's a fog zone in there where you can't recognize voices or faces. So, lure him in, then set up a signal among yourselves—if anyone isn't one of you, kill them!" Liam Li ordered.
"That place? You really can't see anything?" someone asked.
