Arrogant Young Noble

Cici nearly spat out her tea.

His French and English are even better than his Chinese—does he really need me as a translator?

Is he just burning money for fun, hiring Alex as a translator to amuse himself?

Well, he’s rich. Rich people really can do whatever they want!

After a short while, Mr. Steward knocked again: "Master, Madam, the owner of the cat is here."

Charles Yin glanced at Cici, then said, "Let them in."

The door slowly opened, and two figures—one large, one small—walked in from outside.

"I'm terribly sorry for the trouble," said a strange-sounding man in French, his belly sticking out. "This cat is my daughter's friend, so I hope you’ll consider my status and let the cat go."

Before Cici could translate, her eyes landed on the little girl—and her expression was priceless!

Isn't this the same little girl who fought me for the parking spot?

The girl who cried because Miles and Gu Miao ignored her?

So this cat belongs to her?

What a coincidence!

Charles Yin shot a quick glance at Cici. Seeing she hadn’t translated yet, he cleared his throat softly.

Cici snapped back to attention and translated the arrogant little noble’s words into English.

Charles Yin naturally replied in English: "Letting the cat go isn’t impossible, as long as you can afford the compensation."

Cici immediately repeated the sentence in French.

Before the little noble could speak, the girl beside him suddenly pointed at Cici and shouted in French: "I remember you! You’re the woman with the two little princes! Why are you here? Why are you standing next to such a handsome man? You’re so shameless!"

Cici’s expression froze.

She knew Charles Yin’s French was flawless—he didn’t need her to translate this. But the girl’s words were really irritating!
