"Aren't you Empress Clarissa Summers of Eastlore?"

Jillian Summers, Clarissa Summers, and the others stood there awkwardly for a moment, feeling even more out of place, so they nervously took their seats.

They also recognized some Dragon Abyss gods they'd met before at Lord Horned Drake's banquet; all those gods were seated behind them.

They still had no idea why this was happening.

Then more people came over to sit with them.

First, the Lu Clan arrived as a group.

Then a stunningly beautiful woman in lavish attire came and sat beside the Lu Clan.

"Saint Maiden Luna Lian!" Jillian Summers waved excitedly at Luna Lian.

Luna Lian walked over, smiling. "Jillian Summers, did you need something from me?"

"I just wanted to ask, isn't this section supposed to be for the Crown Prince and Crown Princess's family and relatives?"

"That's right!" Luna Lian replied.

"Then why are we, and you, sitting here?" Jillian Summers asked, puzzled.

"Because we're all relatives of the Crown Princess!" Luna Lian said with a smile.

This Little Fish is just too mischievous.

To think she'd keep something this big from her own parents.

Look how scared they are...

"How could we possibly be relatives of the Crown Princess?" Jillian Summers looked utterly incredulous.

Luna Lian glanced outside, made a 'shh' gesture at Jillian, and whispered, "You'll see soon enough."

Then she returned to her seat.

At that moment, ceremonial music began to play.

Sean Shaw appeared in the hall, dressed in bright red wedding robes.

Jillian Summers and Marcus White's eyes went wide—that was... that was... their son-in-law!

For a split second, it was like thunder struck—Jillian's mind could only think: Did the Demon Emperor just seize the throne?

It took her a while to regain her composure.

If this was a coup, why would all the Dragon Abyss Lords and two Divine Lords show up for the Crown Princess's investiture ceremony?

She sent another voice transmission to Luna Lian: "Saint Maiden Luna Lian, is he really the Crown Prince? Shouldn't he be the First Prince?"

Luna Lian didn't hide it anymore and replied, "Actually, the Demon Emperor has always been Drake Abyss's Fifth Highness! He's been promoted to Crown Prince and returned to Drake Abyss. Naturally, Little Fish is the Crown Princess!"

Jillian Summers' jaw dropped for ages, then she suddenly burst out laughing.

All the gods turned to look at her.
