"I'm scared to go alone!" Grace said. "That General looks really intimidating!"

"Then let me deliver it for you!"

"Then deliver it yourself!" Maya turned and started to walk away.

"Auntie!" Grace grabbed her arm. "Just come with me, please! I'm begging you!"

"You didn't secretly set up another meeting for me, did you?" Maya eyed her suspiciously.

Grace coughed, waving her hands frantically. "No, no! I swear, I'm not meeting Ethan Shen this time! I swear on the gods!"
