The Yu Clan Chief clutched his neck, swallowed hard, and stiffly shook his head.
"Oh? Weren't you just saying you wanted her ground to dust and scattered to the winds?"
"That was... that was just a moment of confusion! She's innocent!"
"Just now the Lu clan also said she was innocent. But didn't you all claim that a mother's debt should be paid by her daughter—that it's only right and proper?"
"That... that wasn't me!" The Yu Clan Chief suddenly pointed at the Huai Clan Chief. "It was him!"
Bianca Whitefan turned to look at the Huai Clan Chief.
The Huai Clan Chief's eyes bulged, his whole body numb with fear. "N-n-n-no! The laws of all Three Divine Realms say, 'Guilt does not extend to innocent relatives!' She's not guilty! She's not guilty!"
"So what you're saying is, I'm the one who's guilty?" Bianca Whitefan stepped right up to him.
"Uh? You... you also lost control and fell into demonic madness, your mind was unclear, you—"
He really couldn't bring himself to say, "You're not guilty." That would've been way too shameless.
"Tell me, am I guilty or not?" Bianca Whitefan pressed him.
The Huai Clan Chief glanced at Bianca, then at the crowd watching him, rolled his eyes cleverly—and promptly fainted.
Bianca Whitefan gave a little smile, then looked at the other gods. Suddenly, demonic qi surged from her, and she asked in a thunderous voice, "Well? Am I guilty?"
"Not guilty! Not guilty! You're not guilty!" Some of the more cowardly ones were so terrified they dropped to their knees, repeating it over and over.
"Then double back the bows my daughter gave you earlier—return them to me, twice over!" Bianca Whitefan barked.
Those kneeling immediately kowtowed to Lucia Lu six times.
But most of the gods weren't afraid of evil.
They stood their ground, glaring angrily at Bianca Whitefan, refusing to budge.
"So, are you going to return them or not?" Bianca Whitefan smoothed her silky hair and said coolly, "If you don't, I'll come collect from you—and your children—nice and slow!"
No one knows who lowered their head first, but one by one, everyone started bowing twice over to Lucia Lu.
All the gods felt humiliated and wronged—some were even in tears.
"Damon Sang coveted the Divine Lord's throne, neglected his own cultivation, and ruined my husband! Left him lying in the Frostbound Casket at the North Pole for over a hundred thousand years! By the time I finally saved him, Damon Sang's son and grandson teamed up to try and kill him again!" Bianca Whitefan faced the gods, her words sharp and clear: "They attacked my husband—so why can't I kill them? Why is it only allowed for them to murder my family, but not for me to retaliate? If I had to do it all over again, even without falling to demonic corruption, I'd still do the same!"
The gods glanced at each other, but no one spoke.
"I've killed more gods, demons,妖, and humans than I can count! If I'm guilty, let Heaven strike me down—let lightning fall and kill me right now, I won't complain!" Bianca pointed at the Kee Clan father and son lying on the ground. "But you lot? You have no right to judge me! Even trapped inside the Dragon-Coiling Heavenly Gang Array, I could crush any one of you as easily as squashing an ant!"
All the 'ants' stared at her, not daring to breathe too loud.
Just then, Soren Lann stepped forward, positioning himself protectively in front of the gods. He said, "Senior Bianca, I am the current Divine Lord, Soren Lann. When parents lose their children, grief is inevitable, and in grief, people act out. You acted this way, and so did they. I hope you won't take any more lives. I promise you, I will not let them harm Lucia Lu again."
