Completely Annihilating the Barbarian City Ancestor

1/5/2026

“You really think your so-called ultimate Primordial Immortal strike can hurt me? Naive!” Right now, Ryan Ling’s entire body was surging with divine power, erupting so wildly it felt like heaven and earth were shaking. This was his Da Luo Golden Immortal strength rampaging at full blast—a level of divine force totally unprecedented, far beyond what any ordinary person could even imagine!

Of course, that’s also because this so-called Barbarian City Ancestor isn’t actually all that strong. Sure, he’s reached the Primordial Immortal Realm, but he’s only at the early stage. The only reason he looks so fierce right now is that, as the Ancestor, he can tap into all of Barbarian City’s qi—so his aura and power seem crazy intense. But honestly? To Ryan, this is just a fox borrowing the tiger’s might.

As for Ryan’s current Da Luo Golden Immortal qi—honestly, even the top Da Luo Golden Immortals in the whole Immortal World can’t compare. That wild brawl just now? He absorbed who knows how much Da Luo Golden Immortal aura. But the real kicker: his right hand has fully merged back into his body. That hand was a piece of his former self, and the power it brings is just insane—no one could possibly imagine how strong it is.

“I don’t believe it—you think you can destroy me?” The Barbarian City Ancestor was basically losing his mind. He couldn’t accept that he was actually about to lose to Ryan Ling. His whole body started boiling and roaring, his Primordial Immortal power swelling up again as he tried to go all-in for one last death match against Ryan!

But Ryan wasn’t about to give him a second chance. He shot straight forward and slammed a brutal kick into the Ancestor—pushing his Da Luo Golden Immortal power to the absolute max. The impact was thunderous, and the Barbarian City Ancestor went flying, his Primordial Immortal qi exploding inside and out. It was honestly a miserable sight. And the craziest part? Ryan’s kick sent the Ancestor’s Primordial three-flower crown flying right off his head!

That Primordial three-flower crown is the symbol of a true Primordial Immortal. If someone loses it, it means their Immortal power is totally gone—they’ve lost their qualification to be an Immortal, period. Honestly, that’s even worse than death. Right now, all the experts watching were just stunned. Nobody expected Ryan to win against the Barbarian City Ancestor with such a slick move—and at such insane speed. It was unreal!

“Genius! He’s absolutely a cultivation genius—mark my words, with this guy in the Immortal World, the whole power structure might flip upside down!” An old man with a bushy white beard couldn’t help blurting out. Clearly, Ryan’s status in everyone’s eyes had just skyrocketed to a level nobody even dreamed of.

Meanwhile, the Barbarian City Ancestor was totally finished. His aura and essence had massively weakened—inside and out, he looked frail as hell. It was like he’d gone from a twenty-something powerhouse to an eighty-year-old geezer in seconds. The scene was honestly hard to believe.

And Ryan was busy madly devouring the Primordial Immortal power from the Ancestor. This was the real deal—genuine Primordial Immortal qi, way better than that half-step stuff. If Ryan could absorb it all, it’d be a huge boost for his future charge into the Primordial Immortal Realm. Of course, right now he’d just stepped into Da Luo Golden Immortal, so there’s still a long road ahead. He’d have to take it slow and steady.

“W-what are you trying to do?” The Barbarian City Ancestor stared at Ryan, totally dazed as Ryan’s aura shot up, instantly blowing past his own. He had no idea how to react.

"What do you think?" Ryan wasn’t about to waste even half a sentence on the guy. He moved instantly, grabbing the Ancestor by the throat. Maybe before, the Barbarian City Ancestor was strong enough to break free with a single wild move—but now his strength was totally shot. Forget escaping, he could barely even speak. Compared to Ryan, he was on a whole different level now!

“Spare me! I’ll serve you forever if you let me live!” The Barbarian City Ancestor immediately started begging for his life, yelling as loud as he could. Clearly, he was totally out of options—groveling to Ryan was his only shot at survival.

But at this point, Ryan wasn’t about to let him off the hook. Ryan suddenly roared, squeezing with all his strength. The Ancestor instantly started suffocating, his whole body twitching in agony—it was honestly pitiful. Meanwhile, Ryan kept draining his aura bit by bit. In just a few blinks, the once-dominant Barbarian City Ancestor was sucked dry, left as nothing but a skeleton. It was as tragic as it gets!

“Say goodbye to this world!” Ryan didn’t hesitate for a second. He shouted and finished off the Barbarian City Ancestor for good. The poor guy didn’t even get a last word before dying.

Watching the Ancestor get utterly wrecked, all the surrounding experts—and even those from nearby cities—went pale. Ryan’s power had blown their minds. And he was only Da Luo Golden Immortal right now! If he advanced any further, who knows how terrifying he’d be? More importantly, after seeing his killing style in these battles—literally devouring people’s essence, like cannibalism—who would dare get close? Plus, the top dogs in the nearby cities were just Primordial Immortal level too; even if they were a bit stronger than the Ancestor, it wasn’t by much!

“Master, this is awesome—everything’s finally over, and Barbarian City can go back to being peaceful!” Lily looked at Ryan with pure admiration, totally fangirling.

“Yeah, this is for the best.” Ryan got it—whether it was the Barbarian City Ancestor or the Ten Great Families, they were all just vampires bleeding the city dry. They lived in insane luxury by sucking the life out of ordinary people. Now that Ryan had wiped them out, he’d really done the city a favor and eliminated its biggest monsters!

Just then, all the men, women, young and old of the Kwan Family dropped to their knees in front of Ryan. The elderly matriarch even went full prostration, lying flat on the ground.

“Benefactor, you’re the greatest blessing our Kwan Family has ever had—please accept our thanks!” The old matriarch didn’t hesitate for a second, banging her head on the ground three times. The rest of the Kwan clan followed suit, bowing so hard the floor was about to crack!

“Alright, alright, get up. I did all this to rid the city of monsters—just promise me you’ll treat Barbarian City kindly from now on!” Ryan steadied himself and spoke up.

“Don’t worry, I swear we’ll do it! We’ll distribute all the Ten Great Families’ wealth to everyone in the city—so every single person can live safe and rich!” The old matriarch promised immediately.

“Good, that’s what I want to hear. I’m done here—go do your own thing!” Ryan knew the Barbarian City arc was officially over. There was no point sticking around now; he’d hit Da Luo Golden Immortal, burned through the power of his right hand, and it was time to chase a new goal. He’d already made up his mind—next stop: War City!

Ryan figured most of his friends and relatives from Earth, the Immortal Domain World, and even the Demonic World were now in War City. Plus, that Immortal World Big Shot who helped him out before was based in War Province—and War City was the closest major stronghold to Barbarian City!

Of course, there are tons of powerful cities in the Immortal World—Dragon City, Tiger City, Ghost City, Earth City, Flame City. Out of all three hundred sixty-five immortal cities, the absolute strongest is Heaven City!

That’s Ryan’s next step. But first, it’s time to meet up with that Immortal World Big Shot…
