But now these ghosts actually value Ryan Ling so much, they even broke the rules to leave the Sky-Burial Necropolis and come to Immortal-Domain City to help him. This is literally unimaginable!
Right now, Ryan didn’t hesitate at all. Since things have already reached this point, he’s dead set on killing Harlan Yanro—even if it means fighting Nine-Dragon Gate head-on. No point overthinking it!
Ryan came to the Immortal Domain World looking for a way out. Even if he surrendered to Nine-Dragon Gate today, they’d just come after him later. Might as well go for broke—either the fish dies or the net breaks!
Now that he’s got the Sky-Burial Necropolis squad backing him, victory is obviously tilting his way!
"Enough talk—wipe out those five Heavenly Immortals first!" Ryan didn’t hesitate for a second. With the initiative in his hands, he was ready to go all out!
Instantly, the Heavenly Immortal Ghost Warband didn’t hesitate either—they’d already made a deal with Ryan, and more importantly, their Big Sis had ‘eaten the forbidden fruit’ with him. That taste was clearly off the charts, and the rest of them were dying to try it themselves. So this time, helping Ryan was 100% genuine!
"Attack!" The surrounding Heavenly Immortal ghosts didn’t think twice. Their overwhelming Heavenly Immortal power erupted instantly. Compared to Nine-Dragon Gate’s Heavenly Immortals, these ladies were way tougher—after all, they’re senior in name, and in the Sky-Burial Necropolis they’re immortal and undying, having cultivated for ages. Honestly, they’re way stronger than your average Heavenly Immortal!
The moment that terrifying Heavenly Immortal force blasted out, the five Nine-Dragon Gate Heavenly Immortals blocking Ryan were instantly sent flying. Clearly, they were no match for the Sky-Burial Necropolis ghosts!
They couldn’t even last a single round!
"Nine-Dragon Gate, you guys call yourselves the peak sect of the whole Immortal Domain World, but honestly? You’re nothing special. Not nearly as badass as you claim!"
"Damn right. I suggest you get lost immediately, or next time I’ll straight-up wipe you out. Your big sister here doesn’t have a good temper!"
"You hear that? If you don’t scram, I’ll make sure your souls scatter and you die with no place to bury your bones!"
...
Right now, the Heavenly Immortal ghosts from the Sky-Burial Necropolis were all shouting. After spending so long cooped up in their graves, their tempers were obviously terrible. Plus, they always carried a terrifying death aura—when they started ranting, it made everyone’s skin crawl!
Even the Heavenly Immortals didn’t dare say a word now. All their gazes turned to Ghosthide!
Ghosthide himself was feeling extra complicated. He knew his own strength wasn’t enough to guarantee victory against these ghost ladies. More importantly, he didn’t want to tear things open with them—after all, the Sky-Burial Necropolis’s Heavenly Immortal faction is seriously not to be messed with, unless his sect’s top elders personally stepped in!
But since things had already reached this point, Ghosthide steadied himself, softened his tone a little, and said, "Friends from the Sky-Burial Necropolis, Nine-Dragon Gate and your faction have always minded our own business. I don’t know why you’re backing this kid, but you need to understand—he’s our enemy now. If you choose to go against us for his sake, that’d be a seriously bad move. I hope you get that!"
Ghosthide obviously didn’t want a direct fight, so he started buttering them up. But while he was talking, the Heavenly Immortals who’d just been blasted away started closing in again!
Ryan’s heart skipped a beat—Ghosthide actually had a point. Ryan himself wasn’t all that valuable, so if the Sky-Burial Necropolis ghosts had to pick between him and going to war with Nine-Dragon Gate, even their Big Sis might have to weigh the pros and cons.
But just as Ryan had that thought, one of the Heavenly Immortal ghosts shouted, "Understand my ass! You old fossil, kneel and apologize to Ryan right now. Maybe, if we’re feeling generous, we’ll spare your wrinkly hide. Otherwise, we’ll skin you alive!"
"That’s right! Nine-Dragon Gate, Eight-Dragon Gate, whatever—if you dare lay a finger on Ryan, you’re declaring war on the entire Sky-Burial Necropolis! Go check if your shriveled eggshell’s even up for it!" another Heavenly Immortal ghost shouted.
Hearing that, not just Ghosthide—even Ryan himself was a little stunned. For some reason, he felt like these ghosts valued him way more than he’d ever realized. Maybe it was his Hell Crown Prince status, or maybe there was some other reason even he didn’t know!
"Y-You guys—?" Ghosthide broke out in a cold sweat, then couldn’t help but take two steps back!
Right then, the ghostly Heavenly Immortals struck again—their earth-shaking moves went off like crazy, and the five Heavenly Immortals who’d just tried to surround Ryan got their chests punched straight through!
The scene was so intense it made everyone’s hair stand on end. Nobody expected these ghostly Heavenly Immortals to attack so ruthlessly, not hesitating at all. In a flash, five agonized screams rang out—the five Heavenly Immortals were snapped in half at the waist.
But Heavenly Immortals aren’t that easy to kill. Even with their bodies split in two, they kept crawling on the ground, desperately trying to put themselves back together.
But the ghostly Heavenly Immortals weren’t about to give them a chance. Their terrifying devouring force swept out again, and the five Heavenly Immortals’ bodies were snatched away in an instant!
Everyone watching was basically left speechless!
Harlan Yanro just collapsed to the floor. Nobody expected even Nine-Dragon Gate’s Heavenly Immortals to get slaughtered so fast—what chance did he have left as a Heavenly Immortal himself?
"Harlan Yanro, it’s your turn!" Ryan didn’t hesitate—this was literally the best chance under heaven. Today, he had to finish Harlan for good!
Harlan Yanro really was a top-tier powerhouse. Even before Ryan ever set foot in the Immortal Domain World, he’d already run into this guy—back then, out in Earth’s outer space, Ryan drained Harlan’s concubine dry, and that encounter definitely messed with him mentally. So now, Ryan had to finish him off personally; only then could his own cultivation take another big leap!

Of course, even more importantly, Harlan Yanro was everyone’s sworn enemy right now—Ryan had to deliver what the crowd wanted!
In an instant, a flood of killing intent swept out—Harlan was already scared out of his wits and totally forgot how to defend. A bloody hole opened up in his chest, and it was obviously fatal. The wound started spreading, about to blast his whole body apart!
But right at that moment, Ghosthide finally snapped!
The Heavenly Immortal ghosts’ methods had pushed him over the edge—he didn’t care anymore about not having a guaranteed win, he was done hesitating!
"You really think I’m that easy to bully? Ghost-Script Seal! Ghostfire Inferno! Ghost-Cauldron Boil! Ghostblade Frenzy!" Ghosthide finally went all out, unleashing seven or eight insane moves in a row—each one earth-shattering. Ryan had never seen such a hell-level combo before. For a moment, it felt like Ghosthide was controlling everything around them!
Late-stage Heavenly Immortal power is no joke. That force roared out, locking down not just Ryan, but even the ghostly Heavenly Immortals!
And just as Ghosthide was about to go for the kill, his two mid-stage peak Heavenly Immortal helpers locked down the flanks. In that instant, every escape route was sealed!
Ghosthide’s whole vibe instantly transformed—he became a Hell-Emperor of Fengdu, his image and aura totally changing!
"Sky-Burial Necropolis, today I’m wiping you out for good! Don’t think you’re invincible, don’t think being ghosts means I can’t touch you. If you believe that, you’re dead wrong. I’m Ghosthide—the ghost-king of kings! You wild ghosts, I’ll subdue every last one of you today!" Ghosthide roared. In that moment, Ryan felt endless agony, and even the ghostly Heavenly Immortals switched from offense to defense—the whole situation flipped in an instant. Clearly, Ghosthide was an expert at ghost-slaying arts.
