"What are you staring at?"
Rufina Howard snapped irritably at the nearby passerby. Every time they went out, Mason Payne would catch the attention of passing young women, their gazes lingering on him.
"Alright, alright, Rufina, what do you want to eat today?"
"Whatever. After we eat, I'll take you to find those three guys. Weren't you interested before? When I mentioned them, maybe they just misunderstood you."
Mason Payne smiled gently, the corner of his eye occasionally glancing behind them.
"Look, isn't that guy following us?"
Rufina Howard turned around, scanning her surroundings.
"Little Grey, is that you? If it's you, come out already."
The Gray Humanoid Entity walked over step by step, still brimming with hostility toward Mason Payne.
"I'm really not a bad person, you know."
Mason Payne raised both hands, while the Gray Humanoid Entity kept scrutinizing him, then quickly moved away, ignoring Rufina Howard's calls.
"I think the problem still lies with that vengeful ghost you mentioned, John Chou. Why don't we just go straight there..."
Rufina Howard shook her head.
"No, a promise is a promise. I agreed not to reveal his location to anyone. I'll go by myself."
"Little Grey, you know where that guy is, right? The one who attacked us."
The Gray Humanoid Entity had sensed the arrival of the Black and White Mimics, so he came looking for them.
"I know, but the guy with Rufina Howard seems really unpleasant."
The three mimics quietly followed Rufina Howard, who had just finished eating and was heading west of the small county to look for John Chou. When they reached the edge of town, she said goodbye to Mason Payne.
"You'd better not secretly follow me, or I'll be angry."
