Evan Yang and Gavin White's fake departure made Elder Master Yang ecstatic. Without hesitation, he launched his attack and swept toward the Yang Family's main planet.
But as soon as they entered, they realized they were trapped. Elder Master Yang cried out in shock, "What's going on?"
Just then, Liam Yang and the others appeared. Spotting Elder Master Yang stuck inside the array, unable to get in, Liam grinned and said, "So it was you two. I was wondering who it might be!"
"You think this array can hold me?" Elder Master Yang snapped angrily.
"Of course it can. This formation is more than enough to trap you," Liam Yang replied with a smirk.
Elder Master Yang snorted, "I don't believe it." He started attacking the array, but no matter what he did, he couldn't break through. The longer it went on, the more anxious he became.
Liam Yang chuckled, "Don't bother struggling. My dad will be back soon, and then you'll really be in for it."
"Your dad? Didn't he leave?" Elder Master Yang asked, frowning.
Liam Yang grinned, "That was just a trick. He never really left—he set this formation up himself to catch you. He probably doesn't know it was you yet, but once he finds out, you'll see some fireworks."
"Who says I'd be surprised?" At that moment, Evan Yang and Gavin White descended, staring at the two trapped inside the array.
Elder Master Yang's face fell when he saw Evan Yang. "Damn it, you set me up!" he snapped.
"Otherwise, how else could I catch you? You're crafty, but you still fell for it. What I don't get is, how did your bodies recover so fast?" Evan Yang asked, genuinely curious.
"That's none of your business. You can't do anything to me anyway. Even if you destroy my body, my soul will escape," Elder Master Yang sneered, acting fearless.
"Really? That amazing? Let's find out," Evan Yang said, eyes narrowing suspiciously.
With that, Evan Yang activated the killing formation inside the array. The deadly force left the pair with nowhere to hide. Evan and the others watched as their physical bodies were slowly destroyed, until only their souls remained. Evan Yang smiled and said, "Let's see if you two can escape now."
The two tried to flee, but found they couldn't break free from the array. Shocked, Elder Master Yang demanded, "What kind of formation is this? Why can't we get out?"
"It's fused with spatial power—designed just to trap you," Evan Yang said with a calm smile.
"You!" Elder Master Yang was furious—he hadn't expected Evan Yang to have such tricks up his sleeve.
Evan Yang smiled. "Alright, time to put you away." He flashed beside them, and before they could react, he sealed both their souls. "Now you can't even move," he said lightly.
Sure enough, neither of them could move—they could only stare at everyone in shock. At that moment, Leon Yang spoke up, "Evan, don't kill them."
