Deciding Victory with a Single Punch

"That's right. Your fire is perfectly countered by my water, and I've already weakened it. Do you really think you can handle me now?" Quentin Qian sneered.

Sean Shen realized he was losing ground and quickly tried to pull his sword back, but Quentin's grip was too strong. Unable to break free, Sean waved his hand, summoning flames around Quentin to distract him.

"Trying that again? Dream on!" Quentin Qian swept his hand, conjuring a mist that shrouded him and blocked the flames.

"If that's how it is, take this!" Sean Shen, unable to retrieve his sword, activated the binding circle to trap Quentin.

Sean Shen muttered a few words, and a binding circle surrounded Quentin Qian.

Quentin Qian sneered at the encirclement. "I expected this. Your sword has a binding ability, but did you really think I'd let you trap me so easily?"

After speaking, Quentin Qian quickly retreated, but the binding circle had already blocked all his escape routes.

"Hmph, trying to escape?" Sean Shen refused to let him go, expanding the binding circle even further.

Instead of fleeing, Quentin Qian took out a glass-cup-like treasure and threw it, trapping himself inside.

Evan Yang and the others were puzzled, but the next moment made it clear. The cup was a treasure with isolating abilities, meaning the binding field was blocked outside.

"What?" Sean Shen was shocked. He hadn’t expected the Gentleman Sword’s binding to be blocked outside.

"I knew you’d use that move, so I prepared this treasure to block your attack. Let’s see what else you’ve got," Quentin Qian laughed.

Sean Shen frowned. "So that’s how it is."

"Not only that, I can attack from here!" Quentin Qian didn’t want to drag things out. He controlled the strange glass barrier, dashed out of the binding circle, appeared behind Sean Shen as the glass vanished, and slammed his hand toward Sean’s back. Sean was shocked and couldn’t control the Gentleman Sword in time, nor dodge, so he raised his hand, wrapping it in flames to defend.

Quentin Qian sneered, "So brave? You’re finished." Water appeared on his hand as he struck. Water and fire collided, creating a cloud of steam, followed by a sickening crack—the sound of breaking bones.

Sean Shen was sent flying and landed on the ground, looking at his fractured hand with a cold snort. "Damn it."

"You’re out of bounds. You lose." The referee declared after Sean Shen crossed the boundary.

Sean Shen glanced at where he lay, furious but helpless. Losing was now a fact.

The Dragon Sky Sect Master laughed, "So that’s all there is to you."

Sean Shen was furious but could only swallow his anger. Elder Simon Spring turned to Evan Yang and said, "It’s your turn."
