Journey to Divine Dragon Valley

"Is that true? You really mean to do this?" Yvonne Xuan asked, her tone full of doubt.

"Of course! I'm so outstanding—there's no way my children are weaklings. As the Primordial Dragon Bloodline, at the very least, they should be Golden Dragon Bloodline too, and not just any kind, but top-grade Golden Dragon blood," Evan Chu declared.

Yvonne Xuan flashed away from the martial field and headed toward Frostbane Sect's underground chamber. After a while, Ethan Chu and Lynn Chu were brought over.

"Dad, what do you want with us? We were just about to go into seclusion to train with the Immortal Realm technique you gave us, and now you've interrupted!" Ethan Chu complained, sounding a bit frustrated.

"Ethan, Lynn, check your bodies—have you noticed anything different? What color is your blood? Or maybe something feels sealed inside you?" Evan Chu asked.

"Dad, our blood is pale gold. I asked Mom once, and she said yours is the same, so we must've inherited your bloodline. Why do you ask?" Ethan Chu replied.

Evan Chu was instantly relieved. What he feared most was that they might have ordinary human blood—then awakening their bloodline power would be nearly impossible. But this pale-gold blood is the mark of the Golden Dragon bloodline; his children could definitely awaken their dragon power.

Maybe, once they awaken it, they'll leap straight to Sixth- or even Seventh-Layer Venerable Martial Realm. If they're lucky, they might even ascend to the Immortal Realm. That's way better than grinding away at ordinary cultivation methods.

"Excellent! Dad's got good news for you—soon, I'll take you to Divine Dragon Valley to awaken your dragon blood. In two days, it's Full-Moon Night, the perfect time to enter the Dragonblood Crucible. When you come out, you might be even stronger than your mother, maybe even able to ascend to the Immortal Realm," Evan Chu said.

"That's awesome! Dad, hurry and take us—we want to be top experts just like you!" Ethan Chu shouted.

Lynn Chu's face was just as excited. Evan Chu glanced at the two and said, "No need to wait—let's head for Divine Dragon Valley right now. This time, everyone goes. I want you all to see for yourselves what the mysterious Divine Dragon Valley is like."

After the women finished preparing, they set out immediately. Evan Chu couldn't summon Goldwing—otherwise, riding his mount, they'd reach Divine Dragon Valley in no time.

But everyone was strong, so their speed was decent. "By the way, I haven't seen Gus or Zack Zhao since I got back. Are they still in seclusion?" Evan Chu asked as they flew.

He really had forgotten a lot since coming back. Logically, he ought to visit Skylar Yule and Luna Chu, but time was too tight—he'd have to wait until after returning from Divine Dragon Valley.

"They've been in seclusion ever since you left. They came out once when they ran out of Starstones. Now both Gus and Zack Zhao have broken through to the Venerable Martial Realm. If they knew you were back, they'd be thrilled," Yvonne Xuan said.

"Great! The stronger they get, the happier I am. Everyone, let's pick up the pace—Divine Dragon Valley is still a ways off. Maybe we can reach the entrance before nightfall."

Evan Chu remembered his first time entering Divine Dragon Valley: the Vermilion Bird Temple Master personally led the way. The first entrance needed moonlight, the second needed sunlight to reveal itself, and you had to activate dragon power to open the gate.

But now, all those restrictions are gone. The current Divine Continent isn't what it used to be—peace reigns everywhere, and everyone lives happily.

By nightfall, they reached the entrance. With Evan Chu's powerful divine sense, he easily found the exact spot, but the entrance still needed dragon power to open.

After opening the entrance, Evan Chu led everyone inside. The moment they entered, it felt like stepping into a hidden paradise—everyone was amazed, but to Evan, it seemed pretty ordinary, maybe because he'd been here before.

Compared to the space inside his Timewheel Bracelet, the environment here was worlds apart—there was simply no comparison.

As soon as Evan Chu and his group entered, the Dragon Guards at the entrance spotted them and came out to question the newcomers. But when they realized it was the legendary Primordial Dragon of the Dragon Clan, the two Dragon Guards instantly knelt before Evan.

"Dragon Guard Zach Zhang, Dragon Guard Dane Zhang, pay respects to Lord Primordial Dragon!" they said in unison. Judging by their looks, they seemed to be brothers, both Silver Dragons.

"No need for formalities. You two keep patrolling—I'm heading straight to the Dragon Shrine. My uncle isn't in seclusion, is he?" Evan Chu asked.

"The Shrine Master isn't in seclusion. Safe travels, Lord Primordial Dragon!" they replied.

Evan Chu didn't say much more and immediately led the group toward the Dragon Shrine. When Ethan and Lynn saw how exalted their father's status was among the dragons, they were filled with envy and pride at being his children.

Of course, the other women felt the same way—being the wife of a peerless powerhouse was the greatest honor.

Soon, they arrived at the Dragon Shrine. Before they even entered, the Golden Dragon Shrine Master and the Golden Dragon Grand Elder came out, both looking excited and incredulous.

"Evan, how come you're back? And why did you bring so many people?" the Golden Dragon Shrine Master asked.

"Evan greets Uncle. These are my humble wives, and those two are your grandson and granddaughter," Evan Chu said, then turned to the women and added, "Go on, pay respects to your uncle and great-uncle."

So the women, along with Ethan and Lynn, all paid formal respects to the Golden Dragon Shrine Master, making him extremely happy.

"Come, sit inside—no need to be so formal, we're all family!" the Golden Dragon Shrine Master said.

Everyone entered the grand hall. The decor inside the Dragon Shrine was just as lavish as Frostbane Sect's, maybe even more so. The Golden Dragon Shrine Master sat at the head, the others took seats on either side, and several dragon maidens brought over cakes and wine.

"Evan, you didn't just come to Divine Dragon Valley for fun, did you? If so, Uncle will show you around—Divine Dragon Valley's scenery is truly spectacular, you'll be amazed," the Golden Dragon Shrine Master joked.

"Uncle, this time I came to bring Ethan and Lynn to the Dragonblood Crucible for bloodline awakening. They should have the same Golden Dragon bloodline as me, and Full-Moon Night is just around the corner—the perfect time for awakening. What do you think?" Evan Chu asked.

After all, even Evan wasn't too familiar with the details inside Divine Dragon Valley, and he didn't know if the Dragonblood Crucible could still awaken bloodline power. He had to ask first.

"That's wonderful! Ever since you awakened your bloodline power, I've had people add lots of medicinal herbs to the Dragonblood Crucible. Right now, it's at its most powerful—if you want to awaken bloodline power, now's the time!

But make sure you explain the dangers of entering the Dragonblood Crucible to them—I don't want to see them hurt, not even a little," the Golden Dragon Shrine Master said.

"Thank you for your concern, Uncle. You can leave the arrangements to the Golden Dragon Grand Elder—I have no objections," Evan Chu replied.
