The moment Ryan Ling heard those words and saw that disgusting face, his anger flared instantly. He couldn’t believe he hadn’t even set foot in Jinling yet and already ran into this kind of Jinling punk—openly harassing someone right on the plane.
“Hey gorgeous, did you hear me? You’d better get down on your knees right now and be my woman!” The young master said, shaking his crotch for emphasis—everyone knew exactly what he meant.
Ryan Ling couldn’t hold back any longer. He was about to stand up when, before he could even move, two other passengers who couldn’t stand it rushed over.
“Who the hell are you guys? Acting this wild on an airplane?”
“Yeah, harassing a girl in broad daylight—you guys must have a death wish!”
Ryan was a little surprised—the two who jumped out were obviously martial artists. Seeing a spark of justice made him feel a bit better.
But just as that thought flashed through his mind, the other side suddenly swung two vicious punches right at them.
Bang!
Bang!
The two martial artists who stood up for justice were instantly knocked to the ground.
“Who the hell’s tired of living? Open your damn eyes and look—this is Young Master Eric Tan of the Jinling Tan Family! Anyone wanna mess with the Tan Family? Go ahead and try!” A burly man barked, instantly unleashing a Purple-Realm master’s aura.
“Tan Family?”
“Purple-Realm master?”
Seeing those two things, the other passengers who’d wanted to stand up for justice all backed off. To Ryan, even a Purple-Realm master—or a regular Void-Realm—was just an ant, but to most people, even a regular master was a top-tier existence.
From chatting with Tina Tian earlier, Ryan had learned Jinling had four major families—Qin, Fang, Shen, and Yan. Besides those giants, there were ten top clans, and the Tan Family was one of them.
The Tan Family made its fortune in media and entertainment, running tons of shady platforms and backroom deals. These days they’ve moved into livestreaming, but their sleazy old vibes never really washed off—and that kind of business is insanely profitable.
Because the Tan Family is one of Jinling’s top ten clans, even the plane’s security won’t dare step in. No one wants to mess with a family like that. All they can do is try to talk the guys down, and if things get ugly, female passengers just have to put up with it and get some hush money after.
“Hey gorgeous, having Young Master Tan take a liking to you is a blessing, you know?”
“That’s right! If Tan helps you out, you might even become a star someday. Come on!”
At that moment, Eric Tan’s two lackeys were grinning at Tina Tian. Both of them were blatantly eyeing her legs—she really did have the potential to be a model.
"Don’t—don’t come any closer, please…" Tina Tian was already scared out of her mind. No one around spoke up for her, and Eric Tan was closing in. A public assault was about to go down.
“Why the hell are you still sitting there? Get out of the way and let Young Master Tan have your seat! Are you blind?” One of the Tan Family’s lackeys suddenly barked at Ryan, spitting insults.
Tina Tian looked helplessly at Ryan—he was her last line of defense. If he fell, she was completely doomed.
Ryan let out a cold snort. He’d had enough. In a flash, he grabbed the lackey’s shoulder—instantly, the guy started bawling, his face turning green.
“Trash like you dares talk to me like that? Get lost!” Ryan squeezed his fingers just a little, and with a loud crack, every bone in the guy’s arm shattered. He collapsed on the floor like a pile of mush, unable to get up.
“An expert?” Eric Tan stared in shock at his Purple-Realm bodyguard.
The Purple-Realm bodyguard snorted coldly, cracked his knuckles, and walked over—he still didn’t take Ryan seriously.
Tina Tian was already scared stiff. When she saw Ryan make a move, she quickly hid behind him—she didn’t say anything, but it was obvious she wanted him to protect her.
"Don’t worry, you’ll be fine," Ryan patted her hand, trying to calm her down.
“Who the hell are you? You dare go up against the Tan Family in broad daylight? Thought about the consequences?” Eric Tan snarled, eyes full of menace.
"Nope, never thought about it! But I suggest you start worrying about yourself—who knows if you’ll even walk off this plane alive." Ryan shot him a cold look, as if he were already a corpse.
"Damn it, no one’s ever talked to me like that! You think taking down a Green-Realm master makes you tough?" Eric Tan nearly jumped out of his seat, clearly unused to being threatened. His Purple-Realm bodyguard swaggered right over.
"Kid, you think you’re hot shit? Well, I’ll make you kneel for me right now!" The Purple-Realm master said, grabbing Ryan’s shoulder with brute force.
In an instant, the Purple-Realm master’s aura flooded the cabin. Passengers shrank back in their seats—no one dared move.
Tina Tian broke down crying, convinced Ryan was about to be blasted away and she’d be assaulted, her life ruined forever.
But Ryan stayed calm as ever. He glanced at the wild Purple-Realm aura, shook his head, and spat out each word: "You. Get. Out. Now."
And then, something no one expected happened—the Purple-Realm master’s face twisted in agony. With every word Ryan spoke, he spat out a mouthful of blood. By the time Ryan finished, he’d coughed up four mouthfuls and collapsed, stiff as a board, totally motionless!
“What the hell just happened?”
“Is he… Void-Realm?”
“Young Master, Tiger looks done for!”
...
The faces of the Tan Family crew turned green. Eric Tan, who’d been all swagger a moment ago, was now trembling all over, drenched in cold sweat.
“Still standing in front of me? Seriously got a death wish?” Ryan snapped his head around, staring down Eric Tan—instantly, the whole plane shuddered twice.
“Please, spare me! I didn’t know you were a Void-Realm master—please, please, I’ll never do it again!” Eric Tan was so scared his gallbladder was about to burst. He dropped to his knees, kowtowing like mad to Ryan.
“Never again? If I don’t teach you a real lesson today, you’ll just keep doing it!” Ryan flicked his power—Eric’s lower body exploded, and he let out a miserable scream before fainting dead away.
“Young Master! Young Master!” The Tan Family crew wailed like they were at a funeral, rushing over to him.
“Get to the back corner, now! Make a single sound and I’ll toss you out of the plane—move!” Ryan barked. The Tan Family losers scrambled away like they’d seen a ghost, not daring to make a peep.
“Awesome, young man, you’re a real hero! This punk has harassed women on this route several times, and we could never do anything about it. Thank you—if it wasn’t for you, this young lady would’ve been in big trouble!” The air security guy gave Ryan a big thumbs-up.
Other passengers applauded, clearly loving Ryan’s approach. Still, a few worried—after all, the Tan Family is one of Jinling’s top ten clans. Crippling Eric Tan like that might bring trouble.
Ryan didn’t care much. With his current strength, not even the Tan Family or the Four Great Families could scare him. Besides, he was in the right—who would dare come looking for trouble after Eric Tan got caught molesting women on a plane?
Ryan gave a cold smile and turned to Tina Tian, who was still trembling and clutching his hand.
“Miss Tian, it’s over now!” Ryan realized she could let go.
But instead of letting go, Tina gripped his hand even tighter, her face growing paler.
“Miss Tian, what’s wrong?” Ryan suddenly sensed something was off. The trouble with Eric Tan seemed to have triggered her underlying condition.
“My... my lower body hurts so much. Can you help me get to the restroom?” Tina gritted her teeth, clearly in pain. Her legs were clamped tightly together...
