A layer of power surrounded the Chaos Lotus, blocking all forms of penetration, much like a domain. Joe Di was certain that if this wasn’t in his Ninth World, refining the Chaos Lotus would have been nearly impossible—he might not have even started before it escaped.
But now, within his own world, Joe Di showed no restraint. The cosmic laws fully permeated the lotus, and with the power of the Ninth World, Joe Di easily tore apart the isolating force around the Chaos Lotus.
As the vast breath of creation surged forth, Joe Di simultaneously gained all manner of cosmic insights.
Under the cycle of Joe Di’s cosmic laws, restriction after restriction was refined by him. When Joe Di finally obtained the information about the Chaos Lotus, he was stunned.
At the dawn of the universe, four Creation Lotus Seeds appeared amidst the vastness. One of these seeds absorbed the breath of the universe’s birth, and under endless waves of creation energy, formed the Genesis Lotus before vanishing into the boundless cosmos.
The other three Creation Lotus Seeds weren’t so fortunate. Like countless other treasures, they came into existence after the universe formed, giving rise to three Innate Lotuses.
Yet these three Innate Lotuses were invaded by various energies. One merged into the Blood River and turned red, becoming the Inferno Lotus. Another was touched by mortal smoke and fire, turning golden and becoming the Virtue Lotus. The last fell into the depths of the Bitter Sea, turning black and forming the Doom Lotus.
Whether it was the Virtue Lotus, Inferno Lotus, or Doom Lotus, their destinies were far inferior to the Genesis Lotus, resulting in a vast difference in rank.
To Joe Di’s dismay, the lotus he obtained was the Doom Lotus—the most unfortunate among all the lotuses. Yet, the lotus he had been refining was clearly blue?
Just as Joe Di thought this, the blue lotus in his hand turned black. A twelve-petaled black lotus now hovered before him.
Should he continue refining it? Joe Di stared at the twelve-petaled black lotus before him, torn. It wasn’t that he couldn’t refine the lotus—here in his Ninth World, his strength was more than enough to do so.
But he had just learned two things: if he continued refining the Doom Lotus, he could turn it into a top-tier innate treasure for both defense and offense. However, the Doom Lotus now only possessed a spirit and could no longer grow.
If he didn’t refine the Doom Lotus, he could still try planting it.
For anyone else, even planting the Doom Lotus would be pointless. It had drifted in the void for ages without growing at all. How could such a primordial treasure be cultivated so easily? But Joe Di was different—his Ninth World grew as he did. Someday, perhaps, his Doom Lotus could rival the Genesis Lotus.
Thinking that even Jason Silentwood couldn’t do anything to him, and that his own power would only rise, Joe Di decided not to fully refine the Doom Lotus for a quick boost. Instead, he chose to plant it in his Ninth World.
He already had the World Tree in his Ninth World, so adding a Doom Lotus was no big deal.
After planting the Doom Lotus, Joe Di embedded a Supreme Ley Line beneath it, then picked up Jason Silentwood’s ring.
Jason Silentwood’s ring was indeed a world unto itself—a high-grade True Spirit World. Even though Jason Silentwood had fallen, it still took Joe Di half a month to break through all the restrictions within the ring.
When Joe Di saw what was inside Jason Silentwood’s ring, he was truly stunned. There were twenty-three Supreme Ley Lines and nearly a hundred Prime Ley Lines. As for mid- and low-grade ones, Jason Silentwood hadn’t bothered with them at all. The pile of Prime Spirit Crystals was like a mountain—Joe Di estimated there were at least ten billion.
There was also a top-tier spirit herb garden, filled with rare herbs that even made Joe Di envious. He didn’t see a Wayfruit Tree, though. Joe Di guessed Jason Silentwood’s world, while impressive, couldn’t compare to his Ninth World—planting a Wayfruit Tree at will was still out of reach.
As for treasures like Millennium Divinewood Essence, Joe Di found a hundred drops. Various artifact materials, cultivation techniques, pills, and treasures—all were piled up like mountains.
But what Joe Di wanted most—the Prime Dao Fruit—he only found seven.
Still, for Joe Di, these Prime Dao Fruits were enough for him to advance to Prime Dao Pill Saint.
After moving everything from Jason Silentwood’s ring into his own world, Joe Di couldn’t help but marvel. He was exhausted, but his luck had been extraordinary. Yet, what he’d gained was only a fraction of Jason Silentwood’s wealth. Where did this guy get so many treasures?
Joe Di hadn’t considered his own age—how old was he, really? Jason Silentwood had lived for countless years.
Next, Joe Di opened Guang Mingzi’s and Wu Luo’s rings. Wu Luo was famous, but even combined, the contents of their rings couldn’t compare to a corner of Jason Silentwood’s. In Guang Mingzi’s ring, though, Joe Di found a clump of Vitalis Spring, and of rather high grade.
After leaving the Ninth World, Joe Di didn’t hesitate to plant two Supreme Ley Lines in the Spirit Gathering Array, then tossed out a pile of Prime Spirit Crystals and began his secluded cultivation.
Even with such powerful cultivation resources, Joe Di’s progress was still incredibly slow. Fortunately, he’d obtained a hundred drops of Millennium Divinewood Essence, a treasure invaluable even to Unity and Harmony Realm cultivators. Each drop was priceless. To boost his cultivation, Joe Di unhesitatingly swallowed ten drops at once.
With ten drops of Millennium Divinewood Essence, pure and dense world energy rampaged through Joe Di’s starry meridians. Coupled with the terrifying sweep of cosmic law, Joe Di’s cultivation finally began to surge.
Two years later, Joe Di had fully reached the mid-stage of the Prime Realm. After swallowing another twenty drops of Millennium Divinewood Essence, three years later, his cultivation broke through to the late-stage Prime Realm.

The pile of Prime Spirit Crystals beside Joe Di was completely depleted, and the two Supreme Ley Lines were greatly diminished as well.
Satisfied, Joe Di stopped cultivating. If he consumed the remaining dozens of drops of Millennium Divinewood Essence, he estimated he could even break through to the half-step Unity Realm.
Now that he’d reached the late-stage Prime Realm, he no longer feared anything. Even if he needed to go into seclusion, he didn’t have to do it on some desolate planet in the void.
He could return to the Void Market—no need to let Dean Carter and Bolt worry.
.......
In less than a month, Joe Di once again arrived at the entrance to the Void Market.
From the time he left the Void Market to chase after the Demon Clan’s Jin Shengxun, to now, nearly five years had passed in the blink of an eye. In cultivation, time truly loses its value.
Upon entering the Void Market, Joe Di was puzzled to find that the number of powerful cultivators had suddenly decreased. When he first arrived, Prime Realm cultivators were everywhere, but now he only saw one or two occasionally. Though the market was still crowded, most were first-step Dao seekers.
Logically, with the Dao Fruit Tower about to open, there should be more and more strong cultivators gathering here. Why were Prime Realm cultivators becoming scarce? And he hadn’t seen a single Unity Realm expert yet.
A few steps later, Joe Di arrived outside the Phoenix Roost Inn. He breathed a sigh of relief—he could sense Bolt’s presence the moment he arrived. Bolt was still here, which meant everything was fine. He was right: as long as he didn’t show up, Fan Yuan wouldn’t dare make a move against Tammy Tang.
"Joe Senior..." Dean Carter hurried over excitedly when he saw Joe Di enter. Dean had made great progress lately, nearly reaching the mid-stage Transformation Realm.
Bolt excitedly pounced after Dean Carter, though his own cultivation hadn’t improved much.
"Dean, has Senior Sister Tammy Tang returned yet?" Joe Di’s first question was naturally about Tammy Tang. Since both Wu Luo and Jason Silentwood had been dealt with, Tammy Tang should be safe.
