"You!"

Andrew Yang's face changed as he caught the phone Sawyer Summer tossed over.

"Sawyer Summer!"

When he heard that name, Andrew Yang's expression grew even more stormy and uncertain.

The four men beside him also didn’t dare make any sudden moves now.

Though they were from Jinnan, even they’d heard about the recent events in Seacrest.

The Summer Family had always been prominent in River City, but not quite a true giant. In all of River City, Aiden Li was the one people talked about, while Sawyer Summer was usually overlooked.

After all, he always seemed too scholarly—and for a long stretch, he was bedridden. The Summer Group spent years on the brink of collapse.

But now, times had changed. The Summer Family had absorbed Aiden Li’s assets and was at its peak—their annual tax payments to the province were astronomical.

Andrew Yang had thought this guy looked like just another boss—at best, someone with a bit of money. But he never expected that this boss wasn’t just rich—he was loaded.

A little money isn’t enough to do whatever you want, but with a ton of cash? You really can call the shots.

Andrew Yang’s hand trembled slightly as he held the phone. No matter who he called, it wouldn’t be easy—if things really blew up, the entire Seacrest provincial leadership would probably step in to shield Sawyer Summer.

Sawyer Summer’s line—“Here in Seacrest, I want to see who dares to make me shut down for rectification”—was full of confidence. And honestly, nobody dared force him to close.

The atmosphere suddenly grew heavy.

Everyone’s eyes darted between Sawyer Summer and Andrew Yang, and now and then, some glanced over at Evan Lin, who stood there with a calm face.

Evan Lin seemed unfazed from start to finish, but Yolanda Fang and the others beside him were getting seriously anxious.

The tall girl beside them—about 1.72 meters—kept changing expressions, just about to say something when Andrew Yang reached out to stop her.

“Boss Sawyer, you’re really making things tough for me. How about we both take a step back? Just hand over the one who beat Hugh Hu and Zack Guang, and we’ll leave right away. What do you say?” Andrew Yang looked at Evan Lin.

He might be a soldier, but he wasn’t some reckless brute.

At this point, he knew better than to go head-to-head with Sawyer Summer. If he did, he’d definitely be the one to lose.
