Immortal Flat Peaches
"Mm." Sean Shaw replied. "Both of your senior sisters are pretty great."
"Just say you like Lucia Lu and be done with it!" Adrian Drake snorted. "I kept telling you how amazing she is, but you told me to shut up. Now look at you—totally obsessed!"
Sean asked, "So you don't think Luna Lian is great?"
"Her?" Adrian blinked. "Lian-Lian is awesome too! Everything she makes tastes incredible, she's so gentle and clever, and she’s got a quiet kind of wisdom."
As he spoke, Adrian suddenly exploded, "Wait—you better not be interested in Lian-Lian too! I'm warning you! Don't even think about it! If you dare, they'll beat you to death!"
Sean stared at him, took a deep breath, and said, "You really are an idiot!"
"What do you mean?"
Sean was about to explain, but Adrian annoyed him so much that he just said, "Forget it! Go home!"
Adrian walked out, still looking suspicious.
After a few steps, he came back and said, "Don’t you think Ian Yan is pretty interesting too?"
Sean glanced at him sideways and said nothing.
"Back when he thought Lucia Lu had taken his Yin Core, did he ever complain?" Adrian shrugged and spread his hands. "He just stammered that he was fine—ha! But look at him today: if you hadn't stopped him, he'd have chopped Jenna Summers to pieces!"
Sean frowned.
"Guess you've got another rival for affection!" Adrian raised his eyebrows and walked off.
Sean waved his hand and slammed the door shut with a bang.

For the first time since camp started, someone actually failed the assessment and got sent home.
Honestly, getting sent home isn’t a big deal.
It’s not like you lose a single hair over it.
But in reality, the Divine Commanders’ Training Camp is full of heirs from the main clans of Drake Abyss, the Southern Realm, and the Lumina Realm.
Basically, everyone here is from the same social circle.
Getting sent home is a real loss of face.
Everyone’s learned the meaning of 'no joking around in the military.'
So after that, everyone put in even more effort.
The Immortal Flat Peaches from the Lumina Realm ripened, and the biggest, best ones were sent as tribute to the Celestial Palace.
The Celestial Empress, thinking of these children, passed the peaches on to their training camp, one for each person—no more, no less.
Last time they tried to steal peaches from Peach Blossom Haven, most were still green, with only a few red ones.
Now, though, there were mostly red peaches and only a few green ones.
Each one was big and bright red, sweet and fragrant, making everyone’s mouth water.
"Cultivating these Immortal Flat Peaches is extremely difficult. You need a Spirit-Gathering Array to concentrate spiritual energy—not too much, not too little—and it has to be adjusted for every season," the Celestial Emperor explained. "It takes three hundred years of careful tending before a tree will bear fruit."
Everyone knew these peaches were precious, but they didn’t know the details. Hearing this, they were all amazed.
"Our Drake Abyss peach trees only bear four or five fruits each," the Celestial Emperor continued. "But after transplanting them to the Radiant Domain, where it’s warmer, each tree can yield dozens!"
Everyone was amazed again.
"All these peaches came from the Radiant Domain," the Celestial Emperor said with a smile, pointing to Lucia Lu and her siblings. "They were grown in Peach Blossom Haven, their family’s orchard! We’re all benefiting from their hard work. Come on, let’s give them a round of applause to show our thanks!"
Everyone applauded as expected.
After class, everyone crowded around the three siblings, asking about Peach Blossom Haven.
Some asked if they could visit. Lucia Lu replied that when everyone was free, they could hold a gathering at Peach Blossom Haven and invite everyone to come have fun.
