Things have already reached this point—there’s nothing left to negotiate. It’s time for a straight-up fight. Anyway, Ryan Ling’s own power is already at its peak, so strong it’s basically teetering on the edge of insanity. What’s there to be afraid of now? Even if the Count’s Manor sends Da Luo Golden Immortals after him, he’s got what it takes to go toe-to-toe. Hell, he could even settle the score with those Northslay Gang bastards right here and now!
So right now, Ryan is totally unfazed—not even a little bit rattled. On the contrary, he’s calm as can be. This is the perfect chance to test out his strength. The Jennie Family folks next to him, though, are super nervous—after all, they’re about to take on the full force of the Count’s Manor. And that Count? Definitely not your run-of-the-mill villain—he’s hands-down the most devious of all thirty-six Count’s Manors in the Demonic World. He might not be the strongest, but he’s absolutely the hardest to deal with!
And now Ryan’s got to face the whole Count’s Manor alone, which is enough to make anyone tense. Sure, the Golden Immortals are a problem, but it’s the Da Luo Golden Immortals who are the real backbone. Rumor has it the Manor’s got a full eighteen of them—the infamous Eighteen Arhats of the Demonic World—and every single one is a beast. Right now, almost all of them are closing in. Plus, there’s some mysterious, super-strong force lurking on the outskirts of the Manor. It hasn’t shown itself, but you can tell it’s scary as hell—definitely not something to underestimate!
“Ryan, you seriously need to be careful!” Melody was super anxious beside him. Sure, Ryan had broken through and reached the very peak of the Golden Immortal Realm, but the enemies they were facing now were a whole different level—their combined power was even scarier than the Northslay Gang!
“Relax, I know what I’m doing. You all just hide inside and don’t move!” Ryan reassured the women. The Jennie Family girls quickly nodded—they were already following Ryan’s every word, no hesitation left at all.
“You’ve got guts, kid! Snatching women from the Count’s Manor? You must have a death wish. Think your last-minute power-up means squat? In front of us, you’re nothing but dog crap! No matter how much you struggle, it’s pointless. Today’s your funeral!” Suddenly, a voice boomed out overhead—so loud it was like thunder, shaking the whole world. In a blink, all the Jennie Family’s secret tunnels exploded. Clearly, this guy was at least a Da Luo Golden Immortal—no way anyone else could cause that much destruction!
Ryan swept his gaze around and instantly sensed at least twenty or thirty Golden Immortals outside, plus two or three Da Luo Golden Immortals holding down the fort. Obviously, his massive breakthrough just now had blown his cover, drawing all these Count’s Manor heavyweights here. But the moment his Golden Immortal qi burst out of the cavern, Ryan knew he was exposed. Still, he had zero regrets!
“How long are you planning to keep hiding, punk?” At this point, Ryan’s location was totally blown. In a flash, a hot-headed Golden Immortal shot out a palm strike straight at the cavern. With a deafening boom—like a giant meteor slamming down—a massive palmprint appeared on the ground, shaking the earth like crazy. Clearly, this Golden Immortal was cranking his signature hard-body technique up to the max.
In an instant, the entire cavern where Ryan was collapsed!
“Heh, who was saying this guy’s Golden Immortal qi was so impressive just now? Looks pretty ordinary to me!” The Golden Immortal who’d just made his move couldn’t help but sneer, clearly feeling proud of his flashy attack.
But before he could finish bragging, that crystal-clear palmprint suddenly vanished without a trace—like the power that Golden Immortal just unleashed was nothing but a soap bubble.
“What the hell? How did that happen?” The surrounding Golden Immortals had sharp eyes—someone immediately shouted, and the one who’d attacked looked downright stunned. He hesitated for ages before he finally blurted out.
“No way! To instantly melt away my power—even a Da Luo Golden Immortal couldn’t pull that off!”
Hearing that, the two Da Luo Golden Immortals nearby were clearly annoyed. In their minds, this sudden intruder might be strong and sneaky, but at the end of the day, he was still just a Golden Immortal. No Golden Immortal could ever stand up to a Da Luo Golden Immortal, no matter how talented. Still, those words made them wary—clearly, playing around wasn’t fun anymore!
“All Golden Immortals, listen up! Blast them to hell—flatten every single Jennie Family tunnel and kill everyone below! Leave no survivors!”
This was a direct order from a Da Luo Golden Immortal—absolutely supreme. No one dared defy it. Instantly, all the Golden Immortals joined forces—nearly twenty-five of them. Their combined strike was insanely powerful; in a split second, every tunnel could be wiped out, and the whole Jennie Family would be annihilated without a trace!
“Yes, sir!” The Golden Immortals acted at once, unleashing a massive blast. The ground shook like crazy—cracks ripped open for thousands of kilometers, exposing the earth veins. The scene was both jaw-dropping and terrifying. Half of Demon-Dragon City turned to watch—no question, this was the Count’s Manor making a major move!
And Demon-Dragon City’s got all kinds of people—the news spread through the whole city in an instant!
Under that combined strike, Ryan definitely couldn’t just sit tight anymore. Without a second’s hesitation, he shot out of the cavern entrance—blazing gold light lit up everything around him!
“Knew it—he couldn’t hold out. Came running out to die!” One of the Da Luo Golden Immortals smirked, clearly looking down on Ryan. But before he could even finish talking, Ryan made his move!
He darted around the crowd of Golden Immortals like a bolt of lightning—nobody had a clue what he was up to. All anyone felt was a sudden shift in the air, the temperature dropping by more than ten degrees. Even weirder, those twenty-something Golden Immortals, who’d just been full of life, suddenly froze in place as Ryan zipped past, like someone had hit their pressure points.
“What kind of trick is that?!” The onlookers were all shaken—nobody expected this. After all, that was a slaughter formation made of twenty-five Golden Immortals, supposedly impossible to crack. Even a Da Luo Golden Immortal couldn’t break them all at once.
The two Da Luo Golden Immortals glanced at each other, totally baffled—like their brains were full of question marks.
But right then, something even crazier happened—the frozen Golden Immortals started exploding, one after another, like they were hit by some unprecedented force. The blasts were so intense, their bodies were pulverized—nobody could even bear to look.
In just a few blinks, all twenty-five Golden Immortals had been blown to dust, vanished into thin air—like they’d never even existed.
“Is that… is that the strongest move a Golden Immortal can pull off?” The crowd shouted again, eyes wide in disbelief. But even a Da Luo Golden Immortal couldn’t do this—Golden Immortal bodies are supposed to be nearly indestructible, not something you can just smash to powder. It’d take a truly outrageous force to pull that off!
“No way! Did this kid actually master some legendary Demon-Dragon Art?”
“Nah, even if he did, there’s no way it could be this destructive!”
......
The two Da Luo Golden Immortals instinctively took a step back, clearly freaked out—the look in their eyes toward Ryan had totally changed!
“Let’s go—hurry back and report to the Count!” one of the Da Luo Golden Immortals shouted.
