Mr. Brown

"Mr. Brown is incredible..." After a long while, I finally uttered these words.

"Qingyuan, take a good look. John Chou is still smiling."

Rachel Lan said this, and I looked over. Sure enough, Mr. Brown had already let John Chou down. He was covered in wounds, but he was still smiling.

"It's strange, isn't it? These two have always been like this," Yuna Ji murmured.

I looked on in surprise as Mr. Brown reached out and pulled John Chou up from the ground, then brushed the dust off his clothes.

"Young Master, you came here today not just to ask me to go back with you, did you? There must be something else."

Mr. Brown asked, and John Chou just smiled.

"No, Mr. Brown. I came here just hoping you'd come back with me. As for anything else..."

"Damn it, John Chou!"

I shouted. That ghostly soldier stabbed Mr. Brown through the body from behind with a sword. Blood-red particles floated in the air. Behind Mr. Brown, John Chou was smiling coldly.

"Young Master, isn't this joke a bit much, huh..."

Mr. Brown roared in anger. Suddenly, John Chou yanked the Soulreaper Blade that had pierced Mr. Brown's chest and pulled it out, sending it flying into the distance.

Mr. Brown's face twisted in pain as he clutched his chest. John Chou said nothing, always floating in the air with an evil smile, watching Mr. Brown.

"Young Master, you want to see if I've changed much in these hundreds of years, right? Too bad, I'm just the same as before. As for what you're looking for, I don't have it..."

As Mr. Brown spoke, he slowly floated into the air. I stared in astonishment—Mr. Brown had three heads and six arms. Besides his main head, the other two were red and blue. Just as I was surprised...

Suddenly, John Chou swung the Soulreaper Blade down hard. With a bang, one of Mr. Brown's arms grabbed the blade. The other five fists mercilessly pounded toward John Chou.

Fists flew in every direction. John Chou let go of the Soulreaper Blade, dodging every punch with perfect calm, drifting backward. A streak of blood-red light—though Mr. Brown had grabbed the blade, it returned to John Chou's hand, shrouded in a faint mist of blood.

"Young Master, do you really want to fight me? You're being suppressed by the Sanzu Force right now. If you start a fight, you'll die..."

Just as Mr. Brown finished speaking, I widened my eyes, staring in shock at the two of them.

"Qingyuan, don't be fooled by Mr. Brown's appearance. Before, for John Chou, he fought me and three other Ghost Sovereigns alone—and he had the upper hand. It took all our effort to bring Mr. Brown down. John Chou is the strongest among our seven Ghost Sovereigns, but Mr. Brown's contribution is undeniable. Especially when these two join forces—honestly, none of the six Ghost Sovereigns could win against them."
