After her shower, Hannah Han sat on the living room sofa in a silk robe watching TV. She hadn’t felt anything while busy at work, but the moment she relaxed, that little rascal’s image kept flashing through her mind.

Counting carefully, that troublemaker hadn’t come to see her in a whole month. Just thinking about it made her eyes fill with quiet resentment.

Knock knock!

There was a knock at the door.

Hannah’s delicate brows furrowed slightly. Who would be coming to see her this late at night?

"Who is it?"

"It’s me."

The moment she heard that voice, Hannah couldn’t help but light up—but she immediately replied coldly, "Who are you?"

"Heh, you really can’t even recognize your own man’s voice anymore?"

"Hmph, I don’t have a man. Go away, I’m already in bed." Hannah kept her voice cold—this guy actually dared not to contact her for a whole month, so she had to teach him a lesson.

"You really want me to leave?"

"The farther, the better. And don’t ever come looking for me again."

"Alright then. If you don’t want to see me, I’ll leave!"

As Hannah listened, she really did hear footsteps fading away. Suddenly, she panicked—had he actually left?

Instinctively, she wanted to rush over and open the door to call him back. But then she remembered how thick-skinned he was—there’s no way he’d leave so easily. He was probably playing some kind of push-pull trick.

Thinking of this, she calmed down a lot.

She sat back down on the sofa.

One minute.

Two minutes.

Five minutes.

Ten minutes.

There was still no sound from outside. Hannah couldn't sit still any longer—had that guy really left?

Thinking this, she hurried to the door and opened it.

The hallway outside was completely empty—not even a shadow in sight.

"That bastard, he actually left!" Hannah stomped her foot angrily and cursed.

"It's not nice to curse people behind their backs, you know."

Suddenly, a mocking voice came from behind. Hannah spun around, and that infuriating, half-smiling face appeared in her view. Instantly, she realized she'd been tricked again.

"You jerk, how dare you mess with me!"

Her delicate fists rained down on Ian Song's chest. After a while, Hannah noticed he wasn't reacting at all. She looked up and found his eyes fixed on her chest. Looking down, she realized that at some point, one of the buttons on her robe had popped open...

"You washed yourself so clean—were you expecting me to come back?"

With a gentle motion, Ian pulled Hannah into his arms, breathing in the scent of shampoo from her hair. He couldn't help but look intoxicated and murmured, "Shasha, I missed you so much."

Hannah, who had been feeling resentful after a month without contact, melted at those words. Her bitterness vanished like snow in spring, and she completely relaxed in his arms.

No more words were needed—their lips met, greedily tasting each other's breath.

Ian Song was never one to play it safe. As they kissed, his hands slipped under her robe, cupping that delicate, perky pair. He vaguely felt they'd grown a bit during the month apart.

"Mmm."

Under Ian's touch, Hannah became more and more undone, soft moans escaping her lips and nose.

Ian couldn't hold back any longer. With a hint of roughness, he tore off Hannah's robe and pressed her down on the sofa.

...

The next day.

Sunlight streamed through the sheer curtains into the room.

Looking at the still-sleeping Hannah, Ian kissed her gently on the forehead, got out of bed, dressed, and headed to the kitchen.

After a month apart, Hannah unleashed an unprecedented combat strength.

But this only fired up Ian's competitive spirit. Their 'battle' moved from the living room to the kitchen, then to the bathroom, the balcony, and the bedroom, leaving traces everywhere. They kept going until four in the morning before finally stopping.

Even though Hannah's physique was far stronger than a normal person's thanks to cultivation, she was still completely worn out.

Ian quickly tidied up the worst of last night's chaos before heading to the kitchen to make breakfast.

Soon, breakfast was ready. He returned to the bedroom and found Hannah still fast asleep.

On a whim, he stripped off his clothes, crawled back under the covers, and hugged her as they slept again.

They slept all the way until two in the afternoon.

Hannah opened her sleepy eyes and asked, "What time is it?"

"Two o'clock!" Ian replied.

Hannah's expression changed instantly. "Oh no!" she cried, immediately flipping upright.

"What's wrong?"

"Work! There's an event at the store today." Hannah shot Ian a reproachful look.

"It's fine, it's just an event. Besides, Vivian Su is there to keep things running—don't worry about it." Ian comforted her.

Hannah thought for a moment and said, "Alright, I'll call Vivian and let her know I won't be coming in today."

"That's more like it! Take care of yourself—your man has more money than he can spend, so you don't need to work so hard!"

"Hmph!"

Hannah shot Ian a glare, turned on her phone, and dialed Vivian Su. Last night, Ian had switched off Hannah's phone before bed.

Sure enough, after the call, everything at the store was running smoothly. Under Vivian Su's management, the event was a big success.

Grrr...

Just as she hung up, Hannah's stomach started to protest, making her blush in embarrassment.

"Come on, let's go out to eat."

For the next three days, Ian stayed in Riverstone City with Hannah, basically giving her a little vacation.

Before leaving, Ian went to visit his uncle and aunt.

Nowadays, his uncle's career was thriving. The mayor of Riverstone City, now the top official, had privately told him he was recommending him for executive vice mayor.

After a meal at his uncle's house, Ian flew the Silverglow Skiff straight back to Flame City.

That night, he called out Gavin Gan, Leon Long, Kelsey Zhang, and his female disciple for a late-night supper.

After supper, instead of going back to the dorm, he headed to his rented apartment and released Susie and Kara Moran.

"Husband, is this your world?"

Susie and Kara Moran curiously examined the room's furnishings—electric lights, computers, and all sorts of appliances amazed them.

Ian patiently explained how each device worked, then took out several sets of clothes from his Storage Ring and told them to try them on.

He'd bought these personally—underwear included.

But both women had never seen bras before and had no idea how to put them on.

So Ian, ever the 'helpful' guy, had to personally guide them, hands-on, in the name of good deeds.
