Relying on the Central Alchemical Array, the Mage Legion finally managed to summon the Flame Giant completely. However, the fifty legion mages no longer dared to leave the protection of the array—they could only remain in the rear, controlling the Flame Giant to battle several Ice Apes.
Elsewhere, the spell barrage from the Alchemical Golems and Anderson’s elemental storms was also severely suppressed.

Runic symbols, each carrying a multitude of magical inscriptions, danced across the surface of the radiant barrier formed by the array cluster, continually breaking down the spells unleashed by the beasts and dispersing their power.
Elsewhere, Hubert was beset by two Forest Wolves. One swipe sent him flying back into the Alchemical Array Cluster, the sheer force of the impact even registered by the array cluster as hostile energy.
Hubert’s body slammed hard against the radiant barrier, and the runes in a radius of dozens of meters began to flicker wildly.
After landing, Hubert spat a mouthful of bloody phlegm with a snarl, rubbing at a purplish bruise on his chest—right where Slaughter had shielded him from the worst of the blow.
"Damn, that's some power. These beasts pack a punch—Hubert almost couldn't hold out..."
On the other side, Reina was also forced back into the protective range of the Alchemical Array Cluster.
In less than a minute, except for Leon taking down a single Pseudo Sky Rank Beast, not one other person managed to kill another beast.
The frenzied Pseudo Sky Rank Beasts forced Leon and the others back into the Alchemical Array Cluster's protective range once again. Instantly, over a dozen of those monsters opened their jaws wide, and one after another, orbs of destructive energy—each brimming with annihilation—began to coalesce in their mouths.
