Frank Confession

Faye Knox never expected that Evan Chu really was the Pure Yang Constitution. She had already developed feelings for him, but her biggest worry was his physique—without it, the two of them could never truly be together.

But now, all her worries could be set aside. He was the only man in her life, the one destined for her by the heavens—and this joy made her unable to contain her excitement.

"Of course it's true. When have I ever needed to lie to you? If I wasn't Pure Yang, why would I go to such lengths to get close to you, to make you my woman? It's not like I don't know the traits of a Nether Yin Constitution girl. If I had a normal physique, wouldn't I just be courting death?" Evan Chu laughed.

But soon, Faye's expression changed. "Who exactly are you? Why did you enter the Ghost Clan? I want you to tell me honestly and without hiding anything."

"You really want to know? I've got so many secrets on me, I’m afraid I couldn’t finish telling you even if I talked all day. How about we save it for another time, when things aren’t so dangerous? Right now, caution is the best policy," Evan said.

"Hmph! I knew you’d try to dodge the question. I was worried sick about you, and you’re still messing with me! You’re infuriating! Get out! Get out! I don’t want to see you!" Faye snapped angrily.

Evan could only smile bitterly. This woman could change moods faster than flipping a page. "I come from the Azure Tide Ruins. I'm not a Ghost Clan member. I only know bits and pieces about this place—I can't read the local script, don't know the customs, and barely understand the rules. A lot of things here are out of my control.

I entered the Netherworld this time to find the Netherghost Violet Orchid. Only with it can I break through to the Saint Martial Realm. My sect and my people desperately need it. Does that make things clearer for you?"

"Azure Tide Ruins? What kind of place is that? I've never heard of it! You say you're not Ghost Clan, so how did you get here? The entrance to the Netherworld was sealed ten thousand years ago—even my father couldn't open it. Clearly, you're lying to me," Faye said.

Evan felt a bit helpless. Once this woman got serious, she really wouldn't let up. "I came here with three others—they went to different places. The Netherworld entrance can only be opened if all four of us work together. If even one is missing, it’s impossible!"

After a moment's hesitation, Faye said, "I'll believe you this time. So what's your plan? You're wanted everywhere now—I’m really scared!"

"Heh, there’s no need to be scared. Even if they’re hunting me, all they know is that I’m some Ghost Clan youth. I can switch back to my human form anytime—no one would have a clue. So you really don’t have to worry. Actually, you’re the one who needs to be careful. When they can’t find me, they’ll come after you. That’s when things get truly dangerous. But don’t worry—with me by your side, I’ll protect you." Evan gave a wicked grin. He was a pro at winning over girls’ hearts—otherwise, he wouldn’t have so many women.

"Little thief, thank you! I knew you wouldn’t abandon me. So, where are you headed next? Still searching for your Netherghost Violet Orchid?" Faye’s voice softened again.

"Of course. That’s my main goal in the Netherworld. But I’ll have to hold off for now—I’m planning to check out the Netherkin territory and lay low until things calm down. Once the heat dies down, I’ll come back and settle the score with the Ghost King. He actually dared to send people after me everywhere. Does he really think I’m that easy to bully?" Evan said.

"You actually want to go after the Ghost King? Do you even know who he is? He’s one of the five top experts. Ages ago, he was already at Third-Layer Venerable Martial Realm. My dad says he’s at least Fourth-Layer now—maybe even Fifth. With your current strength, just Second-Layer Saint Martial Realm, you wouldn’t stand a chance. Even ten lives wouldn’t be enough," Faye said quickly.

"That’s not set in stone. With you around, my strength gets a huge boost. So I still have hope." Evan said, his gaze drifting to Faye’s curves.

Noticing Evan’s odd look, Faye blushed instantly. "What are you staring at? Still up to your old tricks? Why does having me around make you stronger?"

Evan laughed, "The martial art I practice is pretty special—I need to keep absorbing yin qi from women to get stronger. It’s really hard to break through just by relying on energy from Starstones. But you have the Nether Yin Constitution. If I absorb your yin qi, I could break through two or three realms at once. Then I’d have a seventy percent chance against the Ghost King.

Plus, you’ll benefit too. You might even be able to break through to the Venerable Martial Realm. That’s the advantage of our special physiques. So, want to give it a try right now?"

"How do we try? Is it complicated?" Faye had no idea about any of this, so she asked. Evan, on the other hand, gave a serious smile:

"It's simple—we just need to do some... activities that make babies together. You’ll understand when the time comes. I trust you know how it works, right?"

Faye’s face turned even redder, but she immediately snapped, "Pervert! Get out! We’re not even married yet—how could I do that with you? Do you really think I’m that kind of girl?"

"I never thought that. Fine, I’ll go. But remember—if I want to get stronger, I can only absorb your Nether Yin qi. If you don’t want me to die, you’d better think it over. Sooner or later, you’ll be my woman anyway. Your body, your first kiss—they’re already mine. Just think about it!" Evan finished and walked straight out of the room.

Faye was flustered—this was all too sudden. She’d just found out this guy was the Pure Yang Constitution man she’d been searching for, and now she was supposed to do that kind of thing with him? She was a Netherkin princess! How could she lose her virginity before marriage? If people found out, how could she face anyone?

Faye finally said, "As long as you come back to the Netherworld and marry me, I’ll agree right away. I hope you understand why I’m so conflicted."

Actually, after Evan left, he didn’t go back to his own room right away. He stood outside for a while, listening to every word Faye said.

"Marry you? It’s not like I don’t want to. But your father and I are mortal enemies. If you didn’t have the Nether Yin Constitution, I wouldn’t even bother with you. But if I want to get stronger, I have to get your Nether Yin qi. This is really tough," Evan said helplessly.

Then he pushed open the door and went back into the room—just as a commotion broke out in the inn. "Search every corner! Don’t miss a single spot! According to the city guards, the wanted criminal from Wangtu City is hiding somewhere in Rakshasa City!"

"Damn, that was fast!" Evan laughed. His ghost-qi vanished instantly, and he pulled a set of white clothes from his storage ring and put them on. In a flash, a suave young gentleman appeared—no one would ever suspect he was the notorious troublemaker causing all this chaos...
