Chapter 1209

So, at any cost, we have to get there as fast as possible...

As soon as Elsa finished speaking, the USS Dauntless, having barely stored any energy, began to burn through it frantically. From the barrel of the Hand of Destruction, a blinding light erupted—a pure aura of annihilation unleashed.

A massive, dazzling beam shot out from the Hand of Destruction, instantly spanning seven or eight kilometers. The spells cast by those demon lords were utterly powerless before this dozens-of-meters-wide beam—unable to even slow it down.

The light engulfed the demon lords and smashed violently into the Sacred Mountain.

In an instant, the entire Sacred Mountain began to tremble. Where the beam of destruction struck, space shattered and stone was obliterated, the destructive force spreading madly outward.

A massive opening, several kilometers wide, was blasted into the mountainside of the Sacred Mountain. The waves of destruction kept expanding the hole, and from the outside, it was impossible to tell how deep it went.

The Sacred Mountain shook violently, as if the Hand of Destruction might split it in half at any moment.

Amid the violent shaking, the USS Dauntless charged forward fearlessly, plunging into the pitch-black opening at top speed.

After speeding through the tunnel for a few seconds, the USS Dauntless seemed to crash into some barrier. Its energy split and burned even faster, its engines pushed to the limit, tearing open a crack in the obstacle and forcing its way in...

Meanwhile, in that starry world, the orcs had once again ignited their battle aura. When their energy was finally spent, their very lives would begin to burn.

The mages also began to choose their own ways—finding the most dignified method to end their lives.

Leon watched these people in silence. Honestly, no one believed him; they all thought Leon was just trying to persuade them not to give up.

"Archmage Leon, we appreciate your kindness, but defeat is already inevitable. No one can stop it now..."

Morgan hadn’t started his own end yet, because his dark magic creature refused to follow the order to smash its own head...

Suddenly, the whole world began to shake violently. In the recovering void space, a blinding brilliance erupted—terrifying, pure destruction tearing through the emptiness, annihilating everything, and forcibly ripping open a breach in the world.

The savage prow of a warship ripped through the void, bursting out of the breach with unstoppable force—heading straight for the spot where Leon had just placed the rune marker.

As the USS Dauntless appeared, Leon grabbed the Spellbook of Ages. A torrent of incantations spilled from his lips, and an endless flood of runes erupted from the Spellbook, instantly pouring into the Dauntless.

In that instant, the terrifying ram at the prow of the Dauntless seemed to come alive. Its gaping maw opened wide, swallowing the newly restored spatial node in the void whole.

The swallowed node was the anchor for the channel that kept absorbing abyssal power. Once consumed, it was drawn straight into the Dauntless's central energy system.
