Chapter 1210

Breaking through to the Sky Rank in just a few years isn't all that unbelievable. But when a lunatic obsessed with destroying the world becomes even more elusive, that's when things get truly troublesome...

The human mages all looked sickly green, and the orcs didn't look much better.

Keep in mind, the God-Demon Body of the Seventy-Third Deity is in the Blazeforge Realm. There's no way the other side would ever give up on it, and the location of Blazeforge Realm isn't exactly a top-secret known only to the greatest powers of Northend World.

For Delrovana, now reincarnated as a human, returning to the Blazeforge Realm is child's play. Destroying Northend World might be a little tricky—after all, there are plenty of powerhouses here, especially in some of the ancient Mage Towers, where super-strong mages haven't shown their faces in thousands of years.

But if Delrovana wants to destroy the Blazeforge Realm, that's way easier. The strongest in Blazeforge Realm are barely at Sky Rank—and even then, just the lower levels.

Everyone looked horrified. Before they could ask more questions, the whole world started to tremble. This void-like world began to shudder and contract.

The portal we came through had vanished, leaving only endless void. At the position of the USS Dauntless, the pressure in the space kept increasing, squeezing the Dauntless until it groaned and creaked. If this kept up, the contracting space might just crush the Dauntless in half, trapping everyone inside.

"Everyone, get on the ship. Let's get out of here first."

Leon sensed the space around them, especially the signals coming from the Dauntless, all urging them to leave immediately.

The group flew toward the Dauntless and boarded its deck, but Leon turned to look at Emperor Norlick.

"Lord Norlick, come with us. It looks like this space is about to seal off completely..."

Emperor Norlick gazed at the God-Demon Body, his expression calm as he shook his head.

"I have a mission here. I won't leave. Delrovana will definitely return, and I'll be here waiting for her."

Leon wanted to persuade him—to somehow trick this super-powerful being into leaving.

To this day, Leon still had no idea just how strong Emperor Norlick really was. Even though his power seemed greatly diminished, he could still wipe out a dozen Sky Rank mages here in under ten seconds—no problem at all.

He might not have surpassed Sky Rank, but he's definitely at the very peak of it.

Having someone like that around makes a lot of things much easier. Especially since Leon had a head full of questions—no one was better suited to answer them than Emperor Norlick.

But then again, for Delrovana, the thing she wants most is probably to kill Emperor Norlick. Destroying the world comes second.

If Emperor Norlick came along, it'd be like putting himself right under Delrovana's nose. After all, nobody knows yet who Delrovana has reincarnated as.
